Abstract

Career development, compensation and leadership style are directly related to employee job satisfaction. Career development, compensation and leadership style perceived by employees can reduce job satisfaction or increase employee job satisfaction. Employees who are satisfied with the work obtained will be motivated to improve performance so that it will have an impact on increasing the performance of the company or organization as a whole. Therefore, it is expected that the organization must be aware of and create a management system that takes into account the factors that influence the work attitude of employees in order to achieve the goals of the organization itself. This study aims to analyze the effect of career development, compensation, and leadership style variables on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Sinar Putra Metalindo, Cikarang. The number of samples set is 98 respondents with sampling using the saturated sample method. Measurements in the questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 26 application program. The results of testing the first hypothesis show that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The results of testing the second hypothesis show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The results of testing the third hypothesis show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

For companies to have high competitiveness in the era of globalization, one of which needs to be considered in the field of human resources. This study focuses on organizational culture in implementing its performance through job satisfaction. In the current era of globalization, competitiveness between companies has been so complex that it is no longer possible for companies to ensure that companies continue to exist in the business world. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture on the organizational commitment that mediates job satisfaction. The object of research at PT Nipro Indonesia, Karawang industrial area. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. The number of samples obtained using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula is 57 respondents. The data was collected using a google form in filling out an online survey. The data analysis method used was the R-square test, Bootstrap, Path Coefficient, and specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture does not affect organizational commitment, organizational culture affects job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, job satisfaction can have a positive effect in mediating the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment at PT Nipro Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work stress on employee performance at PT. NT Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS program. The analysis used includes the analysis of the coefficient of determination, F Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that leadership style affected employee performance, work environment affected employee performance, job stress affected employee performance.

Abstract

Work productivity is a very important factor in supporting the success of the company's business in all aspects. Employee work productivity will continue to increase if employees are always disciplined and follow every company rule and there is a good work environment. As for the problem in this study is a decrease in employee productivity at PT. Furukawa Automotive Systems Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation, work discipline and non-physical work environment on employee work productivity at PT. Furukawa Automotive Systems Indonesia. In this study using quantitative research. Data were collected through a questionnaire method to 50 respondents. This study uses a saturated sample technique. The research was processed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of financial compensation, work discipline and non-physical work environment have a positive and partially significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Furukawa Automotive Systems Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance and work motivation on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, the number of samples taken is 50 people consisting of all employees of PT. Sinotrans. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google form. The data test in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination analysis and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara beban kerja, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan departemen produksi PT. Armstrong Industri Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan tautan google form kepada karyawan departemen produksi PT. Armstrong Industri Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 92 orang menggunakan rumus slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2019 dan SPSS 25 untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Dari hasil pengujian secara parsial dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel beban kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan departemen produksi PT. Armstrong Industri Indonesia dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 5,018 t tabel 1,991. Variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan departemen produksi PT. Armstrong Industri Indonesia dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. 0,007 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 2,744 t tabel 1,991. Variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan departemen produksi PT. Armstrong Industri Indonesia dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. 0,006 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 2,840 t tabel 1,991. Hasil koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,586 menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh dari variabel beban kerja, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap variabel produktivitas karyawan sebesar 58,6%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style, discipline, and reward on organizational commitment. The subject of this research is one of the companies engaged in manufacturing automotive wire in the Jababeka Cikarang area. This research is quantitative research and the sampling technique used is random sampling. Respondents who sampled this study were 80 employees. Technical data analysis using SPSS Statistic 25 software, the results showed partially that the leadership style variable had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Discipline variables have no effect on organizational commitment. The reward variable has no effect on organizational commitment, therefore the influence of the existing leadership style and discipline and the provision of existing rewards will be able to support organizational commitment.
