Abstract

Konflik adalah ketidaksesuaian antara dua atau lebih anggota-anggota atau kelompok (dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan) yang harus membagi sumber daya yang terbatas atau kegiatan-kegiatan kerja dan atau karena kenyataan bahwa mereka mempunyai perbedaan status, tujuan, nilai, atau persepsi. Konflik dapat terjadi dimanapun termasuk dalam sebuah perusahaan, konflik terjadi karena masing-masing pihak atau salah satu pihak merasa dirugikan. Konflik dapat berakibat negatif tetapi dapat pula berakibat positif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sebuah perusahaan yaitu di PT YKT Gear Indonesia, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana konflik dapat berpengaruh terhadap karyawan PT YKT Gear Indonesia, apakah pengaruh konflik dapat menurunkan kinerja karyawan PT YKT Gear Indonesia atau dapat menaikkan kinerja karyawan PT YKT Gear Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat di simpulkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana, konflik memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 0,344. Artinya kenaikan satu poin pada Konflik, maka akan mengakibatkan naiknya Kinerja Karyawan pada PT YKT Gear Indonesia sebesar 0,344 dan sebaliknya, jika terjadi penurunan satu poin pada Konflik, maka akan diikuti pula oleh penurunan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,344 pada PT YKT Gear Indonesia. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi sederhana pengaruh konflik terhadap kinerja adalah positif sedang karena nilai r yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,434. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa konflik memiliki kontribusi sebesar 18,81% terhadap kinerja karyawan PT YKT Gear Indonesia, sisanya sebesar 81,91% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain

Abstract

The present study examines the influence of training program on employee productivity at the production division of PT. Exedy Manufacturing Indonesia in the period of November 2017 to January 2018. The employee productivity is measured using the following regression equation: Y = 20.560 + 0.323 X. The value of Y of 20.560 means that without training program (x = 0), the employee productivity is 20.560. An increase of one unit means that there is an increase in productivity as much as 0.323. The data analysis results in the r value of 0.494, meaning that the training program has a positive effect on employee productivity as much as 0.494. The training program contributes to employee productivity as much as 24.40%; the rest is influenced by factors other than the studied variable. It is also revealed that the observed t is 3.109, higher than the critical t of 2.037, meaning that the training program has an effect on employee productivity at PT. Exedy Manufacturing Indonesia

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan yang sahih (valid) dan dapat dipercaya (reliable) tentang sejauh mana Pengaruh Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BEKAERT INDONESIA yang beralamat di Kota Industri Suryacipta Jl. Surya Utama Kav 1-14 Teluk Jambe - Karawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2015 s/d Mei 2016. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang karyawan diperoleh dengan teknik convenience sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner atau angket yang berbentuk skala ordinal dengan kategori 1 sampai dengan 5. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode koefesien korelasi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti memperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar (r) = 0,615. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dan kinerja karyawan adalah positifdan kuat. Kemudian dilakukan uji t untuk menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja telah terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BEKAERT INDONESIA.Hal itu dibuktikan dengan diterima hipotesis H1 yang berbunyi "kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BEKAERT INDONESIA." Kesimpulan tersebut diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan uji signifikansi (uji t) dimana nilai t hitung (5,621) lebih besar dari pada t tabel (1,671). Berikutnya analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis regresi sederhana. Dengan metode analisis regresi sederhana peneliti memperoleh persamaan yang dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kinerja karyawan melalui variabel kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di PT. BEKAERT INDONESIA. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 39,12 + 0,587 X. Variable X (Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja) bernilai positif yaitu sebesar 0,587. Itu artinya bahwa Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif atau berbanding lurus terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan dari perhitungan uji koefesien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 37,82% dan sisanya (sebesar 62,18%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Abstract

Abstract Compensation is a complicated and classic problem that has plagued the industrial world. As is known that the provision of appropriate compensation which given by the company, is one of the main factors that influence the improvement of employee performance. In Indonesia, the issue of providing compensation has been regulated in the labor law. The government in this case the Ministry of Manpower always emphasizes to all companies operating in Indonesia, in order to obey and implement all provisions regulated by law. This research was conducted at a company located in Bekasi, precisely in Jababeka - Cikarang, which is at PT. Jaeil Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which compensation can increase employee performance, especially in the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research, in which the objects in this study amounted to 40 employees of the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression method. Meanwhile, data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that the value of R² is 0.486, meaning the percentage of the effect of compensation for employee performance is 48.6% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test show that the value of t count is greater than the value of t table (5.146> 2.048). This shows that the hypothesis used in this study is accepted, that is there is an effect of giving compensation to the performance of employees in the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia, so companies need to pay attention to employees by adjusting the compensation with the workload they bear according to the prevailing laws and regulations. Abstract

The research conduct a case study on the rapid response unit through a quantitative approach regarding the effect of continuous training and development for in resolving emergencies and developing rapid response system. The Rapid Response Unit (RRU) is a unit that helps avoid the risk of adverse events that threaten the safety of community interaction in the area in the campus forest area. However, the unit's existence is not enough to only present physiques with the available time to help secure and control various of events in the campus forest area. An increase in hard and soft skills is needed to maintain quality of rapid response unit human resource. The study results indicate an impact in resolving incidents based on the time spent of intervention in the crucial level of the incident, the level of familiarity of events for the field officers, and the adequacy of training provided.

Abstract

In the midst of competitive conditions in the industrial world which is full of uncertainty, competitors that continue to emerge, and the intensity of change is so high, it forces the company to always continue to make improvements and innovations, in order to remain relevant to changes that are constantly happening. One of the ways that organizations can take, in order to be able to make continuous improvements, as well as spawn breakthroughs that are liked by consumers, is to increase the competence of their employees, so that they are motivated to perform better, in order to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance in the production department of PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar. The research method used is associative quantitative research method, where the data collection method is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the production department of PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar totaling 61 people. Sampling was done by saturated sampling method. Data processing using SPSS version 26 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially the competence variable had a positive and insignificant 6% influence on the performance of the employees of the production department of PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar; (2) partially the motivation variable has a positive and significant 53.52% influence on the performance of the employees of the production department of PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar; (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between the competence and motivation variables of 59.3% on the performance of the employees of the PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar.

Abstract

This research was conducted from August 2021 to December 2021. The research method used in this study is a descriptive and quantitative analysis method. The number of samples is 37 respondents of KAP MEI Apprentice employees. Data analysis was carried out using simple regression analysis and pearson correlation coefficient analysis. With a simple regression analysis the authors buy goods that can be used to predict the level of employee performance through work discipline variables in the research object. The regression obtained is the regression equation which can be used to predict the Y variable, namely the level of employee performance through the X variable, namely work discipline, Y = 15.251 + 0.379X. The a value is 15,251, meaning that if there is no work discipline variable (X), then the employee's performance (Y) is already 15,251. Then the work discipline variable has a positive b that is equal to 0.379, meaning that the correlation of work discipline has a positive influence or is directly proportional to the performance of the LPK MEI apprentice employees. This implies that if work discipline increases by 0.379, employee performance will increase by 0.379 and vice versa. The second method is the correlation coefficient method which aims to determine the level of relationship between variable X and variable Y. In this study, a correlation of (r) = 0.599 was obtained. This shows that the correlation level of work discipline has a positive and moderate effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, from the calculation of the coefficient of determination (Kd) = 35.9%. This shows that work discipline contributes to employee performance by 35.9% and the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors. The results of the significance test (t test) obtained a value of 4.432 while the t table was 1.687. The result is tcount > ttable, thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence between work discipline on the performance of LPK MEI apprentices.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and prove how much influence motivation and job satisfaction have on the performance of Bank Central Asia KCP Cikarang employees. This study used a quantitative method by conducting a survey of 35 respondents to determine the effect of motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on employee performance (Y). From the results of the study it was found that the motivation, job satisfaction and performance of Bank Central Asia Cikarang Branch employees were considered good. the independent variables affect the dependent variable, where t count on motivation is 2.628 <t table 2, 034, and t count for job satisfaction is 4.186 <t table 2.034

Abstract

Work discipline and organizational culture are important issues that have always been the main focus of every company, because they are closely related to overall performance. Many things are done by the organization in order to improve the work discipline of its employees and improve organizational culture, one of which is to commit to implementing mutually agreed provisions. Because with a high commitment to implement all existing provisions, this will have an impact on the decreasing number of errors that arise, so that it will have a significant effect on the company’s performance. PT. World Music Industry is a manufacturing company that produces musical instruments, where most of its production is intended for overseas markets. Not much different from what is experienced by other manufacturing companies, PT. World Music Industry also has problems with discipline issues and the implementation of a quality organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. World Music Industry. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to 165 employees of the production department of PT. World Music Industry. The results showed that there was a significant influence, work discipline variables and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. World Music Industry by 70.70%

Abstract

Penerapan Data Mining dapat di gunakan untuk semua bidang, diantaranya bidang bisnis, bidang pendidikan, telekomunikasi dan sebagainya. Dalam bidang bisnis misalnya hasil implementasi data mining dapat membantu para pebisnis dalam  membuat kebijakan  menentukan pengambilan keputusan terhadap apa yang berhubungan dengan persediaan barang. Misalnya pentingnya sistem persediaan barang di suatu Toko  untuk jenis barang yang laris dibeli konsumen maka harus di stok untuk mengantisipasi kekosongan barang. Karena minimnya stok barang dapat berpengaruh pada pelayanan konsumen dan pendapatan Toko. Metode yang sering  digunakan untuk menganalisa pola pembelian konsumen adalah metode asosiasi atau association rule mining. Association rule mining adalah suatu metode untuk mencari pola hubungan antar satu atau lebih itemset yang ada dalam suatu dataset.    Algoritma yang paling popular dalam mencari pola hubungan itemset adalah  algoritma apriori atau sering disebut dengan market basket analysis. Proses yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tools Rapid Miner untuk mengolah data dengan algoritma apriori dengan sampel toko penjualan skincare. Dengan pencarian pola menggunakan algoritma apriori ini diharapkan informasi yang dihasilkan dapat meningkatkan strategi penjualan.
