Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of communication and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. XY. The population in this study were all employees of PT XY, totaling 262 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that had been filled in by PT XY employees, namely 50 respondents. The data analysis method used is the SPSS method of multiple linear regression. This study tested three variables, namely: communication (X1), organizational culture (X2) as the independent variable and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results showed that communication and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance at PT XY.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of lifestyle and cultural traditions on the people of Tegal City. The population in this study were residents of the city of Tegal, amounting to 70 people. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through questionnaires that had been filled out by residents of the city of Tegal, namely a number of 70 respondents. The data analysis method used is the SPSS method of multiple linear regression. This study examines three variables, namely: lifestyle (X1), cultural traditions (X2) as the independent variable and society (Y) as the dependent variable. The results show that lifestyle and cultural traditions have a significant effect on the people of the city of Tegal .

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence between motivation. Work, Training and Compensation for Employee Performance. The number of samples in this study were 67 employees at Medirossa Hospital 2 Bekasi. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling, with the help of statistical software SPSS version 26. The results of the t-test data processing for the work motivation variable (X1) t count 4.554 > 1.998, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the Training Variable t count 5,600 > t table 1.998 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and compensation (X3) t count -2.582 < 1.998 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 then work motivation and training partially have a significant effect while partial compensation has no effect . The results of the f test data processing with an f table value of 35.806 > F table 3.16 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and H4 is accepted, so that work motivation, training and compensation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Bangsa mayoritas adalah pekerja bahkan ada yang berwirausaha, ternyata keadaan mahasiswa yang berprofesi sebagai pekerja dan berwirausaha di Universitas Pelita Bangsa kebanyakan tidak mengetahui tentang Peraturan Perusahaan dan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama. Secara umum permasalahan dan kendala utama bagi mahasiswa pekerja dan pengusaha adalah kurangnya pemahaman akan pentingnya Peraturan Perusahaan dan Kerja Bersama, karena hal tersebut akan menimbulkan kesenjangan antara pekerja dan pengusaha yang nantinya akan menimbulkan perselisihan hubungan industrial antar pekerja. dan pengusaha yang sebenarnya keduanya telah diatur dengan undang-undang untuk melindungi baik hak-hak yang harus dipenuhi oleh pekerja maupun pengusaha. Sehingga diperlukan suatu kegiatan yang sesuai dengan kondisi mahasiswa dan wirausaha yang bekerja di Universitas Pelita Bangsa untuk meminimalisir permasalahan ketenagakerjaan tersebut. Untuk itu beberapa dosen dari Universitas Pelita Bangsa tertarik untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat di Universitas Pelita Bangsa dengan cara pembinaan mahasiswa pekerja dan pengusaha untuk mengetahui pentingnya Peraturan Perusahaan dan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama. Langkah yang dilakukan adalah memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan penyusunan, dan review Peraturan Perusahaan dan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama. Pre-test dan post-test digunakan untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa terhadap peraturan perusahaan dan perjanjian kerja bersama; keterampilan mahasiswa yang memiliki usaha dengan tenaga kerja lebih dari 10 orang dalam menyusun peraturan perusahaan guna menjamin kepastian hukum atas hak-hak yang diperoleh baik dari pekerja maupun pemberi kerja; Mahasiswa yang juga berwirausaha dapat mengetahui aspek hukum yang harus disesuaikan dengan peraturan perusahaan dan/atau perjanjian kerja bersama. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini kami menghasilkan luaran berupa review 2 (dua) Peraturan Perusahaan dan konsultasi 1 (satu) Perjanjian Kerja Bersama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan secara parsial. serta pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan secara simultan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan melakukan teknik penyebaran kuisioner kepada 50 sampel karyawan PT. X Kawasan KITIC Kabupaten Bekasi. Dari hasil pengolahan data kuisioner yang telah melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, juga uji normalitas menunjukan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan menunjukan hasil hipotesis yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Hasil dari analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa 1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja, 2) hubungan interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas karyawan, 3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas, 4) gaya kepemimpinan, hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dan memberikan implikasi bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja harus diperhatikan agar tercapaian nya tujuan yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

Smartphone atau ponsel cerdas merupakan salah satu teknologi yang berkembang dengan cepat dari tahun ke tahun. Banyak bermunculan merek- merek baru di dunia persaingan handphone yang saling berlomba untuk menciptakan produk unggulan mereka. Produsen dituntut untuk tidak hanya sekedar menciptakan produk tetapi juga harus memahami keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen. Hal tersebut dibutuhkan produsen untuk mampu bersaing dengan produsen lain. Salah satu produsen smartphone yang banyak dicari saat ini adalah Xiaomi. Pertimbangan konsumen dalam memilih smartphone kebanyakan dipengaruhi oleh merek suatu produk, kualitas produk, dan harga. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, dan Harga dapat mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian. Serta tujuan dari masing-masing variabel Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, dan Harga dapat mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian pada Produk Smartphone Xiaomi pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Bangsa Cikarang Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dalam pengumpulan data dan analisis datanya. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna smartphone Xiaomi di Universitas Pelita Bangsa Cikarang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 orang. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi dasar dan asumsi klasik, serta analisa regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS Ver.25. Berdasarkan analisis dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa 1) citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Xiaomi pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Bangsa di Cikarang, 2) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Xiaomi pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Bangsa di Cikarang, 3) harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Xiaomi pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Bangsa di Cikarang , 4) citra merek, kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Xiaomi pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Bangsa di Cikarang.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate factors affecting consumer buying behavior in grocery shopping post-covid-19 era. Empirical studies were conducted to determine the role of social media marketing, coupon proneness, price discount, and product bundling in grocery shopping. The sample was determined with 125 respondents from Indonesia with the criteria of consumers who have shopped at grocery stores in 2023 and followed their social media. The findings show that: (1) social media marketing has a positive impact on consumer buying behavior; (2) coupon proneness has no effect on consumer buying behavior; (3) price discount has a positive impact on consumer buying behavior; (4) product bundling has a positive impact on consumer buying behavior in grocery shopping. Social media marketing, price discount and product bundling are effective ways to influence consumer buying behavior during the covid-19 pandemic and after, while respondents were neutral when asked how important it was to them about coupon offers. Social media marketing, coupon proneness, price discount, and product bundling are able to explain consumer buying behavior by 61,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style, discipline, and reward on organizational commitment. The subject of this research is one of the companies engaged in manufacturing automotive wire in the Jababeka Cikarang area. This research is quantitative research and the sampling technique used is random sampling. Respondents who sampled this study were 80 employees. Technical data analysis using SPSS Statistic 25 software, the results showed partially that the leadership style variable had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Discipline variables have no effect on organizational commitment. The reward variable has no effect on organizational commitment, therefore the influence of the existing leadership style and discipline and the provision of existing rewards will be able to support organizational commitment.

Abstract

The rapid growth of business in Bekasi Regency requires companies to always excel in competing, especially for their human resources. This study aims to prove the effect of workload, work stress and worklife balance on work performance on employees of manufacturing companies in the MM2100 area with a population of 185 employees.Sample research as many as 86 employees. The independent variables in this study are workload, work stress and work life balance, while the dependent variable is employee performance. Data analysis is used using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant positive effect on work performance1), work stress has a significant positive effect on work performance2), work life balance has a significant positive effect on work performance3), workload, work stress and worklife balance have a significant positive effect on work performance4).
