Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a direct impact on the income of the Indonesian people. As many as 84% of people feel a decrease in income. Community Service Activities aim to help improve the knowledge and skills of women who are members of the Community of Empowered Women’s and Family Welfare Programme (PKK) Women’s of Perum Grand Asri Cikarang, to process fresh fruit into healthy syrup without preservatives, dyes, flavors, and artificial sweeteners. The method of implementing activities is in the form of training and mentoring to create product innovations and conduct product marketing digitally. The activities carried out included information transfer, training on fruit processing into syrup, making product designs with the SICIKA brand, creation of product promotion content using the AIDA method, and mentoring to make ready-to-sell products. The result of this community service activity is an increase in partner skills in making syrup products with the SICIKA brand and digital marketing promotional content for the sale of these products.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the sectors affected by COVID-19, even though MSMEs are an alternative solution for social problems such as poverty and unemployment. The existence of a pandemic has led to the emergence of government policies, Large-scale social restrictions mobilization, which will have an impact on slowing economic activity and directly affect people's behavior in daily needs. This study discusses the adoption of the use of E-Commerce in the MSME sector in Depok City uses the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) method by examining response of MSME activists in terms of usefulness, perceived ease, actual use and technology. The results show that the adoption of E-Commerce in Depok City has a moderate level of adoption, has a high usefulness value and a moderate level of convenience. Meanwhile, the technology capability used has a low value

Abstract

The payment system, in particular, has undergone major changes as a result of the growing use of information and communication technologies. The development of digital wallets, which enable financial transactions without the need for currency, is one of the improvements in the payment system. This study intends to examine how MSMEs in Depok City use digital wallets. Data are gathered through surveys and interviews with a variety of respondents as part of this research approach, which combines qualitative and quantitative methodologies. This study examined the social, technological, and environmental elements that affect the adoption of digital wallets based on the analysis's findings. The findings of this study suggest that MSMEs in Depok City are not using digital wallets to their full potential. Cash payments are regarded as being easier to use, and MSMEs have not expressed any interest in or motivation to adopt digital wallets. This study suggests initiatives to raise public awareness and better instruct the populace about the advantages and security of utilizing digital wallets in order to promote GNNT. Furthermore, it is also regarded as necessary for the government and business to play a part in creating a solid infrastructure for technology and robust consumer protection systems.The findings of this study are anticipated to shed light on the variables influencing the adoption of digital wallets in Depok City and offer recommendations for developing local digital payment technology policy. Abstract

Southern Subang has the potential for various tourist attractions, including six tourism villages, namely Cipancar Tourism Village in Serangpanjang District, Dayeuh Kolot Tourism Village and Sukamandi Tourism Village in Sagalaherang District, Bunihayu Tourism Village and Tambak Mekar Tourism Village in Jalan Cagak District, and Cirangkong Tourism Village in Cijambe District. Community Based Science and Technology Implementation Service (PPIBM) of MICE Study Program, Politeknik Negeri Jakarta carries out the design and preparation of tourist route maps which can be used as a marketing tool for tourism villages in Southern Subang. The series of PPIBM activities are conducting secondary studies, carrying out workshops and surveys, designing tourist routes and socializing tourist route maps. The Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) and village officials were involved in implementing PPIBM to gain an understanding of how to design a tourist route. The output of this community service project is a tourist route map in the form of a pamphlet, the copyright for which has been registered, with the goal of enhancing tourist visits and length of stay in Southern Subang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy implemented by the Instagram account @sahabat.petani, managed by PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero), to increase its engagement rate as a key social media performance indicator. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, using data obtained through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. The strategic analysis is conducted using the SOSTAC framework, which includes Situation, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action, and Control. The findings indicate that the account’s engagement rate is still low, at 0.63%, which is below the industry average. Several contributing factors include the absence of a dedicated social media team, inconsistent content uploads, limited interaction with followers, restricted digital marketing budget, and technical barriers due to location differences between the content team and sources. The proposed strategy involves consistent content scheduling, collaboration with agricultural influencers, and targeted educational campaigns. As a result, the engagement rate improved to 4.17% in May 2025. Based on SWOT analysis and the IE Matrix, the recommended strategy is a growth strategy using the SO (Strength–Opportunity) approach—leveraging internal strengths to seize external opportunities. This strategy has proven effective in increasing the engagement rate and enhancing audience interaction on the @sahabat.petani Instagram account. Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan oleh akun Instagram @sahabat.petani milik PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) dalam meningkatkan engagement rate sebagai indikator kinerja media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Analisis strategi dilakukan menggunakan metode SOSTAC yang terdiri dari Situation, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action, dan Control. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa engagement rate akun masih rendah yaitu 0,63%, di bawah rata-rata industri pupuk. Beberapa faktor utama penyebabnya adalah belum adanya tim khusus media sosial, unggahan konten yang tidak konsisten, kurangnya respons admin terhadap audiens, keterbatasan anggaran digital marketing, serta kendala teknis akibat perbedaan lokasi antara tim dan sumber konten. Strategi yang dirumuskan meliputi penjadwalan konten secara konsisten, kolaborasi dengan influencer, dan kampanye edukatif. Hasilnya, engagement rate meningkat menjadi 4,17% pada bulan mei 2025. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT dan Matriks IE, strategi yang disarankan adalah strategi pertumbuhan (growth strategy) dengan pendekatan SO (Strength–Opportunity), yaitu mengoptimalkan kekuatan internal untuk memanfaatkan peluang eksternal. Strategi ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan engagement rate dan mengoptimalkan interaksi audiens di akun Instagram sahabat.petani.
