Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of scientometric research from the theme of urban economic development. The analysis was carried out on 360 articles indexed by Dimension.ai. The method used is scientometric using R Bibliometrix Biblioshiny and VosViewer as processing tools. The results obtained are that this theme has begun to develop significantly in 2020 until now. Research in urban economic development is dominantly published by Chinese authors and affiliates in reputable journals. Research opportunities from urban economic development in emerging themes found the topics of city, innovation, metropolitan, planning, future, and change. This indicates that the potential research themes are in the city planning area which is “innovative”, “future-oriented” and able to “adapt the technology” in “the face of change”. Potential topics in urban economic development were found to have changed from 1964-2013 to 2014-2020 which focused on urban, data, local, contemporary, design and cities. These results can be used as input in compiling research on the theme of urban economic development research and to help researchers find novelty and sustainable impact contributions.

Abstract

Corn is one of the food crop commodities cultivated in Ciamis Regency, one of which is in the Ciamis Regency agropolitan area. The differences of corn farming productivity at five locations in the agropolitan area which shows the use of production factors is not yet efficient. The research was carried out using a survey method on corn farmers in Panumbangan District which was taken as the research location intentionally (purposive sampling). The population size is 1,545 people and the samples are 94 people is determined using the Slovin formula. Analysis of technical efficiency were analyzed using a stochastic frontier production function, allocative efficiency were analyzed using a cost function where the data analysis used the Front4.1 application. Economics efficiency is combination between technical efficiency and allocative efficiency. The results showed the level of efficiency achieved in corn farming in the agropolitan area of Ciamis Regency were efficient (>0.70), with an average of 0.88 for technical efficiency; an average of 0.81 for allocative efficiency; and an average of 0.72 for economics efficiency

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian merupakan proses seseorang konsumen mempertimbangkan, memilih hingga memutuskan membeli suatu produk. Proses membuat keputusan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen dalam membeli rumah menjadi indikator untuk mengukur kesediaan konsumen untuk membeli rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas umum-fasilitas sosial, green economy, harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah di Bumi Resik Panglayungan (BRP). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel fasilitas umum-fasilitas sosial, green economy, harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah di perumahan Bumi Resik Panglayungan (BRP) secara simultan dan parsial. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan menambahkan dan mengembangkan varibel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah.

Abstract

The housing industry is experiencing an increase in demand, especially subsidized housing. Various factors are the main considerations for consumers in determining purchasing decisions such as environment, green open space, price, and location. The object of this research is 4 subsidized housing in Tasikmalaya Regency. This model measures government public policy as a moderating in deciding to buy a subsidized house. This study uses primary data in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire to measure each variable. The sample determination technique uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This research method uses SEM - PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square). The results showed that government policy has a moderating role for the environment on housing purchase decisions. Environmental, green open space and price have a direct impact on purchasing decisions. The implication of this finding will be the establishment of supporting facilities related to the location of subsidized housing. In this case the government needs to ensure that public facilities are available before the subsidized housing project is implemented.

Abstract

Cabai merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura unggulan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Namun, fluktuasi harga cabai terutama saat panen raya sering menimbulkan kerugian bagi petani. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi pengolahan produk berbahan dasar cabai sebagai upaya meningkatkan nilai tambah dan ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama Kelompok Wanita Tani Bintang Manggala di Desa Cikoneng, Kabupaten Ciamis, dengan tujuan memberikan keterampilan pengolahan cabai menjadi produk sambal kemasan yang higienis, tahan lama, serta memiliki daya jual lebih tinggi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahapan persiapan, pemaparan materi, praktik pembuatan sambal, diskusi interaktif, hingga pendampingan kewirausahaan. Materi yang diberikan mencakup pentingnya inovasi olahan cabai, standar keamanan pangan, strategi pengemasan modern, serta alternatif ketahanan pangan untuk penyimpanan yang cukup lama. Peserta juga dilatih menghitung biaya produksi, menentukan harga jual, serta membuat label produk yang menarik. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan keterampilan teknis dan kewirausahaan anggota kelompok tani, lahirnya produk sambal kemasan berbasis potensi lokal, serta terbukanya peluang pengembangan usaha mikro. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu memperkuat pemberdayaan masyarakat dan mendukung diversifikasi ekonomi desa dalam mengolah cabai untuk memiliki nilai ekonomis yang lebih tinggi..
