Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze how big the influence of product quality and perceived value on purchasing decisions on Scarlett Whitening Products, Cikarang Regency, Bekasi Regency from October 2021 - February 2022. This research uses quantitative research that explains the relationship between three variables with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. The data processing technique uses the help of the IBM SPSS version 26.0 application program so as to get the test results from the instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determinant coefficient test and significant test (t test and f test). The results showed that product quality and perceived value had a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination is 28.3% while the remaining 71.7% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. Based on the results of the t-test (partial) and the results of the f-test (simultaneous) indicate that there is a significant influence partially or simultaneously between product quality variables and perceived value on purchasing decisions. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Persepsi Nilai Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Produk Scarlett Whitening Daerah Cikarang Kabupaten Bekasi dari periode Oktober 2021 – Februari 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan antara tiga variabel dengan sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Teknik observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan Studi Kepustakaan. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 26.0 sehingga mendapatkan hasil pengujian dari uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinan dan uji signifikan (Uji t dan Uji f). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk dan Persepsi Nilai mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,3% sedangkan sisanya 71,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam model penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil uji t (parsial) dan hasil uji f (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan antara variabel kualitas produk dan persepsi nilai terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the marketing mix in the store "RB Collection" Pasar Baru Bekasi. The research in this thesis uses quantitative methods. The variables that are connected in this study are the Marketing Mix variable (X), and the Purchase Decision variable (Y). The data sources used consisted of primary data, namely data obtained directly from research respondents through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The population and sample in this study were RB Collection consumers in Pasar Baru Bekasi City. The test was carried out using SPSS 26. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) it can be concluded that the marketing mix variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions because the value of tcount (11.852) > ttable (0.198) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The marketing mix variable has a dominant influence that is equal to 0.771. The coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R-Square value obtained is 0.594, indicating that about 59.4% of the Y variable (purchase decisions) can be explained by the marketing mix variable (X). Or practically it can be said that the contribution of the marketing mix to the purchasing decision variable is 59.4%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of product quality and price on the decision to purchase paint coating products at PT.Ezzer Kemindo Muliatama. Product Quality (X1), price (X2) and purchase decision (Y). The population of this study is the consumer of PT. Ezzer Kemindo Muliatama. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all 79 correspondents. Secondary data is obtained from library sources and research journals. The method used is a descriptive method with data collection through questionnaires and observations. Likewise, from the hypothesis on the test t get partially significant hypothesis results. It can be proven by the value of significance evidenced by the value of significance on the test f obtained the value of significance (Sig) for the simultaneous influence of X1 and X2 against Y is 0.000 < 0.05 and the value Fhi numera 25,671 > Ftabel 3.11, so it can be concluded that the H3 hypothesis is simultaneously accepted significantly strongly. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk cat coating pada PT.Ezzer Kemindo Muliatama. Kualitas Produk (X1), Harga (X2) dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT. Ezzer Kemindo Muliatama. Data primer diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 79 koresponden. Data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber pustaka dan jurnal penelitian. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket dan observasi. Demikian juga dari hipotesis pada uji t diperoleh hasil hipotesis yang signifikan secara parsial. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi pada uji f diperoleh nilai signifikansi (Sig) untuk pengaruh simultan X1 dan X2 terhadap Y adalah 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhi numera 25,671 > Ftabel 3,11 , sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis H3 secara simultan diterima kuat secara signifikan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Brand Ambassador on Buying Interest at Lazada. This study uses quantitative methods. The variables that are connected in this study are Brand Ambassador (X) and Purchase Interest (Y). Sources of data used consist of primary data, population observations and samples in this study are consumers. The test was carried out using the help of SPSS 26. The results obtained from this research indicate that partially brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on buying interest at Lazada. Brand ambassador variable has a strong influence. The Adjusted R-Square value obtained is 0.489. It can be said that the contribution of the brand ambassador to the purchase intention variable is significant

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the East Banana Village. The population of this research is the employees of the East Pisangan sub-district. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all correspondents of 100 employees. Secondary data was obtained from library sources and research journals. The method used is the descriptive method by collecting data through questionnaires and observation. Likewise from the hypothesis on the t-test to get partially significant hypothesis results. It can be proven by the significance value on the t-test partially obtained a significance value of 0.00 which is less than 0.05. significance in the f test obtained a significance value (Sig) for the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the Fount value is 257.246 > F-table 3.09, so it can be concluded that H3 simultaneously accepted the hypothesis with a strong significant. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan pisangan timur. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai pegawai kelurahan Pisangan Timur. Data primer diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada seluruh koresponden sebanyak 100 orang pegawai. Data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber perpustakaan dan jurnal penelitian. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Begitupun dari hipotesis pada uji t mendapatkan hasil hipotesis yang signifikan secara parsial. Dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi pada uji t secara parsial diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05. signifikansi pada uji f diperoleh nilai signifikansi (Sig) untuk pengaruh X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 257,246 > Ftabel 3.09, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H3 secara simultan hipotesis diterima dengan signifikan kuat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence Brand Image and Price have on Purchase Decisions for Rose Brand Products in the community in the Rt. 002 Rw. 014 during the period November 2021 – February 2022. This study uses quantitative research is research that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables, the sample in this study totaled 100 respondents, using a non-probability sampling type sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used is the questionnaire method, observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data processing techniques use the help of the IBM SPSS version 26 program to obtain test results from the results of the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, and Hypothesis Test (t-test and f test). The results of this study indicate that Brand Image and Price have a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination was 71.6% while the remaining 28.4% was influenced by other variables not included in this study. Based on the results of the t (partial) test and f (simultaneous) test, shows that there is a significant effect partially or simultaneously between Brand Image and Price variables on Purchasing Decisions. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menerangkan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden, dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel jenis non probability sampling dengan Teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS versi 26 sehingga mendapatkan hasil pengujian dari hasil Uji Validitas, Uji Realibilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi linear berganda, Uji koefisien Determinasi dan Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji f). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Brand Image dan Harga mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 71,6% sedangkan sisanya 28,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil uji t (parsial) dan uji f (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh yang signifikan secara persial maupunn simultan antara variabel Brand Image dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is; to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia; to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia; to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are employees of PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia in the Assembly Production division, with a total sample of 109 respondents. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the (partial) t-test showed that the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance because the t-count value was 5.268 > t-table value 1.663 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance because the t-count value is 5.631 > the t-table value is 1.663 and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. And the results of the research on the F test (simultaneous) show that the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia, because it obtained an F-count value of 140.701 > Ftable value of 3.08 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia; (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia; (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia pada divisi Assembly Production, dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 109 responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian pada uji-t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena diperoleh nilai thitung 5,268 > nilai ttabel 1,663 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena diperoleh nilai thitung 5,631 > nilai ttabel 1,663 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dan hasil penelitian pada uji F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia, karena diperoleh nilai Fhitung 140,701 > nilai Ftabel 3,08 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

This study aims to analyze, test, and determine the effect of work discipline and incentives simultaneously and partially on the work loyalty of MITRA10 Bekasi City employees. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 90 employees who are employees of MITRA10 Bekasi City. And the research instruments used were questionnaires and observation—data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the ANOVA test, the Fcount value was 76.986 while the Ftable was 3.103 with a significant level much smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of work discipline and the provision of incentives on work loyalty MITRA10 Bekasi City. For the results of the partial test (t test) on the work discipline variable of 2.909 > from t-table 1.988 sig 0.005 <0.05, the incentive variable is 5.848 > from t-table 1.992 sig 0.000 <0.05. The results show that the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.631 (63.1%) employee loyalty can be obtained and explained by the variables of work discipline and incentives. While the rest (100% - 63.1% = 36.9%) can be explained by other independent variables. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis, menguji, dan mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel disiplin kerja dan pemberian insentif secara simultan dan parsial terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan MITRA10 Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sejumlah 90 karyawan yang berstatus sebagai karyawan MITRA10 Kota Bekasi. Dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji ANOVA diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 76,986 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 3,103 dengan tingkat signifikan jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan disiplin kerja dan pemberian insentif terhadap loyalitas kerja MITRA10 Kota Bekasi. Untuk hasil uji parsial (uji t) pada variabel disiplin kerja sebesar 2,909 > dari ttabel 1,988 sig 0,005 < 0,05, variabel pemberian insentif sebesar 5,848 > dari ttabel 1,992 sig 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,631 (63,1%) loyalitas kerja karyawan dapat diperoleh dan dijelaskan oleh variabel disiplin kerja dan pemberian insentif. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 63,1% = 36,9%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen lain.
