Abstract

This research to determine how much influence the product, service, price and brand have on the decision to purchase pizza hut in Bengkulu city. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. As many as 100 people as a sample determined by non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach.Data collection techniques used in this research are library research and field studies in the form of questionnaires, observations and interviews.Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was found that the product, service, price, and brand variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions by Pizza Hut consumers in Bengkulu City. In other words, the four independent variables together had a major influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

his research is included in associative/relationship research, which is a study that aims to determine the relationship between the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance at PT. Adi after Bengkulu center. This study tries to determine the factors that affect employee performance in the construction service business of PT. Adi Purna Center. The population in this study were all permanent employees working at PT. Adi Purna Center as many as 30 people and the sample amounted to 30 people. The sampling technique is saturated, all the population becomes the research sample with a questionnaireinstrument. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of each variable, work stress (X1), and workload (X2), on employee performance (Y). From the calculation results obtained a linear regression equation, which is where from the equation it canbe interpreted that there is an influence between the two variables. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) and the coefficient of determination (r2) shows the effect of workload on employee performance is very strong. Constant (a) employee performance has decreased . Regression coefficient (b) each employee's performance has decreased as well as degrees of freedom, meaning the hypothesis which states that work stress and workload have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Adi Purna CenterBengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the shop atmosphere, location and service have on the buying interest of Koya Baby House consumers in the city of Bengkulu. The variables of this study are Store Atmosphere, Location and Service. The method used in this research is distributing questionnaires. This research is a quantitative approach research. The research population was all consumers who visited the Koya Baby House store in Bengkulu City, 140 samples using the accidental sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS 16. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) Store atmosphere did not have a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Koya Baby House Consumers in the City of Bengkulu, (2) Location had a significant effect on the Buying Interest of the Koya Baby House Consumers in the City of Bengkulu, (3) Service did not have a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Koya Consumers Baby House in Bengkulu City, (4) Store Atmosphere, Location and Services simultaneously influence the Buying Interest of Koya Baby House Consumers in Bengkulu City. keywords: Store Atmosphere, Location, Service, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Narkoba merupakan salah satu bahaya yang nyata dan cara BNNK Kuantan Singingi dalam rangka mengurangi dan mencegah penyalahgunaan narkoba membutuhkan sebuah terobosan dalam pengenalanya. Pengenalan di peruntukkan sebagai media penyampaian pengetahuan tentang bahaya narkoba yang mudah di pahami dan simple. Sehingga perlu adanya suatu sistem yang berbasis android sebagai alternative dalam proses pengenalan ini. pembuatan aplikasi dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java dengan menggunakan Eclips dan SQLite sebagai media penyimpanan database. Dimana program ini sebagai media pengenalan bahaya narkoba. Sehingga proses pengenalan berbasis android bisa membantu dalam pengenalan dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of influencer credibility, customer experience, and customer loyalty on brand trust (Potato Kriwil) in Bengkulu City. The method used in this study is explanatory (explanatory research). The results of the study indicate that influencer credibility, customer experience, and customer loyalty have a significant effect on brand trust (Potato Kriwil) in Bengkulu City (F-count > F-table). Customer Loyalty (X3) provides the greatest contribution to Brand Trust compared to the other two variables, although it is still in the small effect category but is approaching medium (0.134). In conclusion, influencer credibility, customer experience, and customer loyalty have a significant effect on brand trust (Potato Kriwil) in Bengkulu City. Suggestions: Further research is recommended to add other variables that also have the potential to influence brand trust, such as brand image, perceived value, or customer satisfaction, to a more comprehensive understanding.
