Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality perception, corporate image and consumer perception on consumer loyalty of Honda Ahass Motorcycle: 0295 Patra Jaya Bengkulu City, with a total sample of 50 people, taken by accidental sampling technique data analysis used partial correlation method, simultaneous correlation and multiple regression methods, and the research hypothesis wastested with statistics. The results of the partial correlation analysis show that the three variables of service quality perception, company image and consumer perception will each have a strong, unidirectional and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Meanwhile, simultaneously shows that the three variables together have a very strong and positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Thus, every change in the perceived service quality variable, corporate image and consumer perception, either alone or jointly, will be followed by changes in the consumer loyalty variable in the same direction, either increasing or decreasing. The results of Multiple Regression Consumer Analysis show that the balance of the nature and magnitude of the influence of three variables, namely the perception of quality on the Loyalty of Honda Ahass Motorcycles: 0295 Patra Jaya Bengkulu City. with the order of magnitude of influence on the variable of consumer loyalty, each variable is corporate image, then followed by the variable of consumer perception, and perception of service quality.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of natural beauty, facilities, transportation, and cleanliness to the visitors of Panjang BeachBengkulu City. The population was 96 respondents, using the Accidental Sampling technique. To analyze the data, the Multiple Regression, Partial Correlation and Simultaneous Correlation methods were used. Natural Beauty, Facilities, Transportation and Cleanliness both simultaneously and partially have a significant and direct effect on the Visitors Satisfaction of the Panjang Beach Bengkulu City, with the biggest contribution being the Transportation factor, followed by Cleanliness, Natural Beauty, and the lowest contribution is the Facilities variable. Thus the Beauty of Nature, Facilities, Transportation, and Cleanliness both simultaneously and significantly to the Satisfaction of Panjang Beach Bengkulu City, therefore the four factors that need to get the attention of the Bengkulu Provincial Government in taking policies and planning for the management of the Panjang Beach Bengkulu Cityand the Tourism sector others in Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

Currently, many companies are laying off their workers because they refuse to transfer, especially because of the covid-19 pandemic. In the case at PT. New Hope East Java workers were terminated because they refused to transfer as a result of the covid-19 pandemic. Mutation is an order from the company to rotate work from one position to another equal position. Compensation given by the company to workers who were laid off because they refused to transfer as a result of the covid 19 pandemic in the case at PT. New Hope East Java has complied with Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. Due to the inconsistency of the Transfer Order with the Manpower Act, it is null and void and invalid. Thus, the reason for Termination of Employment by PT. New Hope East Java is null and void and is not valid. Therefore, a worker or employee refusing a transfer cannot be used as a reason for Termination of Employment by the employer. The compensation received by workers is in accordance with the provisions of the Manpower Act which is subject to Article 164 paragraph 1 of the Manpower Law Number 13 of 2003. However, in the case at PT. New Hope East Java does not calculate the annual leave entitlement that has not been taken and has not yet fallen for workers. Thus, workers are entitled to compensation of Rp. 72,397,560 (seventy-two million three hundred ninety-seven five hundred and sixty rupiah).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the shop atmosphere, location and service have on the buying interest of Koya Baby House consumers in the city of Bengkulu. The variables of this study are Store Atmosphere, Location and Service. The method used in this research is distributing questionnaires. This research is a quantitative approach research. The research population was all consumers who visited the Koya Baby House store in Bengkulu City, 140 samples using the accidental sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS 16. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) Store atmosphere did not have a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Koya Baby House Consumers in the City of Bengkulu, (2) Location had a significant effect on the Buying Interest of the Koya Baby House Consumers in the City of Bengkulu, (3) Service did not have a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Koya Consumers Baby House in Bengkulu City, (4) Store Atmosphere, Location and Services simultaneously influence the Buying Interest of Koya Baby House Consumers in Bengkulu City. keywords: Store Atmosphere, Location, Service, Purchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence transformational leadership (X1) work culture (X2) and work experience (X3) have on employee performance (Y) PT. Natafari Bengkulu. using the Likert scale method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This study also aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Work Culture, and Work Experience partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance, and to determine which of the variables Transformational Leadership, Work Culture, and Work Experience have the most significant effect on Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, explanatory format and this type of research is survey research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Natafari Bengkulu, 45 samples with saturated sample method. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS version 25 for windows. The results of the study show that (1) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Natafari Bengkulu, (2) Work Culture has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari Bengkulu, (3) Work Experience has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari Bengkulu, (4) Transformational leadership, work culture and work experience simultaneously influence the performance of employees of PT. Natafari Bengkulu. Abstract

Doctors cannot avoid the possibility of disabled patients even dying, even though in practice they are in accordance with professional standards and standard operational procedures based on patient health needs. This situation should be referred to as a medical risk, but it is often interpreted by parties outside the medical profession as malpractice, so an understanding of legal protection for doctors suspected of malpractice is needed in terms of applicable laws and regulations. By looking at the decision of the Supreme Court Number 233 K / PID. SUS/2021, even though found guilty, the Defendant cannot be charged under the Criminal Code because it has been regulated in Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health (Health Law) and Law Number 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practice (Law on Medical Practice), thus affirming the existence of legal protection from laws that specifically regulate the practice of medicine. This study aims to analyze legal liability for doctors who commit malpractice, and analyze legal protection for doctors suspected of malpractice in terms of applicable laws and regulations. The research method is carried out in a normative juridical manner with statutory approach methods, conceptual approaches, and case approaches. As a result of the research, the principle of justice is not accommodated in the claim for accountability under Article 79 letter c of the Medical Practice Law. The Health Act has preventive and repressive means of protection. The defendant did not carry out his practice in accordance with the standards of the medical profession, and the standard of operational procedures and health needs of patients, so automatically medical ethics were violated, causing the defendant to be held accountable for his actions in disciplinary law, civil law, and criminal law. In order to be protected from legal liability, doctors must always carry out their practices in accordance with professional standards, and standard operational procedures based on patient health needs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of rewards on employee performance at Bank Muamalat in Bengkulu City, to determine the magnitude of the influence of punishment on employee performance at Bank Muamalat in Bengkulu City, to determine the magnitude of the influence of the work environment on employee performance at Bank Muamalat in Bengkulu City, to determine the magnitude of the influence of reward, punishment, and the work environment on employee performance at Bank Muamalat in Bengkulu City. This research method is exploratory. With a total sample of 60 respondents, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Based on the research results, it was found that there was an influence of reward (X1) on employee performance (Y). Bank Muamalat Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It was found that variable X1 had an effect on employee performance (Y). There is an influence of punishment (X2) on employee performance (Y) of Bank Muamalat. There is an influence of the work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) of Bank Muamalat. From the significance value obtained, variable X3 has an effect on employee performance (Y). And it can be concluded that together the independent variables have an effect on the dependent variable

Abstract

Crimes of theft in the family committed by children require special handling by the police, not all cases involving children are resolved through the courts. This is in the best interests of the child and also considers justice for the victim, which is called a restorative justice approach. This research aims to analyze the form of resolution of criminal acts committed by minors in the East Belitung Police area. The results of the research are that the resolution of children's cases that applies restorative justice is guided by Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and the 2012 Political Regulations concerning Restorative Justice, namely the resolution of children's cases outside the criminal court which emphasizes restoring the situation. initially with an emphasis on conditions for creating justice and balance for children and their victims. The conclusion is that the form of resolving criminal acts of theft committed by the East Belitung Police is by implementing restorative justice. Restorative justice carried out by the East Belitung Police aims to accommodate the norms and values ​​that apply in society while providing legal certainty, especially the benefits and a sense of justice that meets the needs of the community. a sense of justice for all parties, which is a manifestation of the National Police's authority in carrying out duties in the field of criminal proceedings and police discretion based on Articles 16 and 18 of Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia.
