Abstract

Air minum di kedai kopi harus memenuhi syarat namun masih ada higiene sanitasi kedai kopi tidak layak, beragam jenis sumber air minum belum dilakukan pemeriksaan kualitas bakteriologi. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui higiene sanitasi, sumber air minum yang digunakan, kualitas air minum, hubungan higiene sanitasi dan sumber air minum dengan kualitas bakteriologi air minum di kedai kopi. Metodologi penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan cross sectional study. Instrumen berupa checklist. Populasi 35 kedai kopi dan sampel 35 kedai kopi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mekar Baru . Variabel bebas higiene sanitasi dan sumber air minum, variabel terikat kualitas bakteriologi air minum. Data primer meliputi observasi dan wawancara uji kualitas bakteriologi air dengan Compack Dry EC. Data sekunder meliputi Puskesmas, Dinkes Kota, Provinsi serta uji kepustakaan. Analisa data dengan uji chi square. Hasil tidak ada hubungan higiene sanitasi dengan kualitas bakteriologi air minum yang digunakan di kedai kopi p value 0,132 > dari ά 0,05 dan tidak ada hubungan sumber air minum dengan kualitas bakteriologi air minum yang digunakan di kedai kopi nilai p value = 0,694 > ά 0,05 maka H0 diterima. Saran berupa Kegiatan pengawasan, pembinaan, dan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin terhadap penjamah dan pengelola kedai kopi serta dijadikan referensi penelitian selanjutnya.Kata Kunci: Higiene; sanitasi; air minum; bakteriologiAbstractDrinking water in coffee shops must meet the requirements but there is still inadequate sanitation and hygiene in coffee shops, various types of drinking water sources have not been tested for bacteriological quality. The purpose of the study was to determine the sanitation hygiene, the source of drinking water used, the quality of drinking water, the relationship between sanitation hygiene and drinking water sources with the bacteriological quality of drinking water in coffee shops. The quantitative research methodology is a cross sectional study approach. The instrument is a checklist. The population is 35 coffee shops and a sample of 35 coffee shops in the working area of the Mekar Baru Health Center. The independent variables are sanitation hygiene and drinking water sources, the dependent variable is the bacteriological quality of drinking water. Primary data includes observations and interviews of water bacteriological quality test with Compack Dry EC. Secondary data includes Puskesmas, City, Provincial Health Office and library testing. Data analysis with chi square test. The results showed that there was no relationship between sanitation hygiene and the bacteriological quality of drinking water used in coffee shops p value 0.132 > from 0.05 and there was no relationship between drinking water sources and the bacteriological quality of drinking water used in coffee shops p value = 0.694 > 0 .05 then H0 is accepted. Abstract

Awkward Work Posture is a body position that deviates significantly from the normal position when doing work. Low back pain is pain that is felt in the area around the lower back, it can be local pain or radicular pain. Many fishermen's work positions are not ergonomic, such as bending over, body position when pulling nets and sitting for too long. This study aims to determine the relationship between awkward working postures when catching fish and complaints of low back pain in the mermaid fishing association working area of ​​Tanjungpinang Health Center in 2020. The research method used is a quantitative method with an analytical survey research design with a cross sectional research design on each subject involved. using the Chi-square test, which compares the frequency of occurrence (observations) with the frequency of expectations (expectations) with a sample of 44 respondents. Suggestions for fishermen are to carry out routine checks at the Puskesmas by health workers every month so that they can control their health by limiting the duration of work of fishermen so that they do not interfere with their work activities. For the Puskesmas to provide promotions or counseling to fishermen so that complaints of low back pain can be reduced.

Abstract

Occupation, including fishermen, is one type of work that has potential hazards and risks of accidents and occupational diseases because fishing activities are carried out in the middle of the sea or along the coast. Fishermen can experience work accidents such as drowning, drifting, ship damage, injuries due to fish spines, low back pain, fever and others. Fishermen need personal protective equipment to reduce the risk of accidents and occupational diseases. The objectives of holding education to increase knowledge and behavior of fishermen's occupational health safety regarding personal protective equipment in fishermen settlements in Galang District, Batam City are: 1) increasing knowledge of occupational safety and health of fishermen regarding fishermen's personal protective equipment. 2) improve fishermen's occupational safety and health behavior towards personal protective equipment. 3) fishermen can use standard personal protective equipment.

Abstract

Promosi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja suatu upaya yang dilaksanakan untuk mendorong dan menguatkan kesadaran dan perilaku pekerja tentang K3 sehingga dapat melindungi para pekerja, property, dan maupun lingkungan. Perilaku aman adalah tindakan atau perbuatan dari seseorang atau beberapa orang karyawan yang memperkecil kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan terhadap karyawan. Petugas Housekeeping di perkantoran belum menerapkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dengan baik yaitu tidak menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dengan lengkap dan terdapat perilaku tidak aman di dalam bekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Peran Promosi K3 terhadap perilaku aman dan tidak aman pada petugas housekeeping di perkantoran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian quasy eksperimen dan dengan rancangan pretest-postest with control group design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Petugas housekeeping perkantoran yang dipilih secara acak dengan jumlah 52 orang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ada perbedaan atau pengaruh yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah promosi K3 sehingga kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adanya peran Promosi K3 terhadap perilaku aman dan tidak aman.

Abstract

Entering the new normal era, companies are starting to reorganize work patterns. This is related to the ongoing outbreak of Covid-19 followed by an increase in working conditions, so that companies are required to comply with the Covid-19 health protocol. As stated in circular letter Number HK.02.01/MENKES/335/2020 concerning Protocols for Prevention of Transmission of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) in Workplaces in the Service and Trade Sector. Health promotion is an important determinant in efforts to change people's behavior, especially workers who continue to work during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to ana lyze efforts to promote occupational safety and health (K3) towards the implementation of the Covid-19 control health protocol. This research is an observational study with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all company employees. The sample in this study is the total population of 64 employees. The results of this study indicate that there are efforts to promote OSH, namely 30 (46.9%) respondents considered it sufficient and as many as 46 (71.9%) respondents considered that the implementation of the health protocol for controlling Covid-19 was good. It was concluded that there was a relationship between OSH promotion and the implementation of the Covid-19 control health protocol with a P va lue of 0.000 <0.05. It is recommended that companies increase supervision of workers to comply with health protocols when working.

Abstract

Abstrak Scaffolding adalah bangungan peralatan yang digunakan untuk penyangga bagi pekerja, bahan serta alat pada setiap pekerjaan kontruksi bangunan atau pekerjaan di ketinggian yang dapat membahayakan pekerja ketika berada di atas atau dibawahnya. Pada PT X, ditemui masih ada pekerja yang tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri dan belum ada analisis risiko pada pekerjaan scaffolding. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan analisis identifikasi potensi bahaya dan penilaian risiko keselamatan bekerja pada pekerjaan scaffolding. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode deskriptif analitik. Pada identifikasi potensi bahaya menggunakan Job Safety Analysis (JSA) dan penilaian risiko menggunakan risk matrix, sehingga diketahui tingkat risiko pada pekerjaan scaffolding. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 pekerja. Hasil penelitian adalah identifikasi potensi bahaya meliputi bahaya terjatuh dan tersangkut di atas scaffolding, terpeleset karena membawa beban yang berlebihan, tersandung kabel yang berserakan di lantai kerja dan tidak mengunakan body harness dan penilaian tingkat risiko yang tertinggi yaitu high (risiko tinggi) untuk risiko terjatuh dari ketinggian dan cidera akibat tertimpa atau tertusuk material dan tingkat risiko yang terendah yaitu low (risiko rendah) untuk risiko tersandung material. Saran untuk PT. X agar ada pengawasan dan pengecekan pada scaffolding, menambah scaffolding untuk bekerja di ketinggian, dan memberikan alat pelindung diri (APD) yang standar.
