Abstract

The importance role of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) in the economics sector is undeniable and marketing management implemented for SME’s development in the future ahead and factually sees there is a need in modern society for culinary tourism. In Jambi city, one of the local cuisine product is called Pempek, which is a kind of food made from fish and processed into types of variant. Some of small shops that sell pempek in Jambi city had implemented marketing mix strategy in their business and used digital technology as a media for their online business promotion. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of marketing mix on online consumers buying interest (willingness to buy) of pempek product in Jambi city and to analyze level of marketing mix simultaneously influence online consumers buying interest (willingness to buy) of pempek product in Jambi city. This research is quantitative research. Instrument used in a form of Likert scale questionnaire. The research population is consumers of pempek in Jambi city, for online buyers and the sample decided for this research is 100 respondent, with purposive sampling technique. Software SPSS V.23 is used to analyze data collection.The result shows that “price” is a factor which had a significant and positive effect on consumers buying interest / willingness to buy, with significance level 0,000 < 0,05. In F test result shows Fcount>Ftable (167,219 > 2,70), with Adjusted R Square is 0,870, means that independent variable (marketing mix) has 87% influencing dependent variable (buying interest).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know price and packaged analysis of the decision to purchase the purwanti white oyster mushrooms. The method used is the quantitative method with data retrieval using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques with validity tests, religious tests, correlation analysis, classic assumptions test, linear regression analysis, hypothetical testing. The results of the study indicate that the partial price variable affected the purchasing decision variables was shown by the processing of raw data, legible, and variable variables As much as 3,725 with the significant value of 0,000< 0.05, furthermore the packaged variables have a partial impact on the purchase decision variables indicated by data processing, quantifiable, oscillate variables At 8.496, the value of 0,000< 0.05.1Based on the results of the f that the price and packaging will have a significant impact simultaneously on the an f decision of 66.803 with a significant degree (0,000 < 0.05), which means that together the price variables and the packaging will significantly affect the decision of the purchase. Its intrinsir square value is 0.547 which means that all independent variables can explain 54.7% of the existing.

Abstract

Scarlett Whitening is a body care product that has many product lines, namely skin care and body care. This research was conducted to determine the effect of lifestyle, halal label and price on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products (a case study of high school students in Sungai Rumbai sub-district). This study used a quantitative method of collecting data using a questionnaire, the respondents who were used as samples were 200 respondents. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products. With the results of the t-test for lifestyle variables, it can be seen that the t-count is 1.433 and the t-table is 1.652 where the t-count is smaller than the t-table (1.433 <1.652). This shows that the independent variable of lifestyle has no significant effect on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions. While the halal label variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products. With the results of the t-test, it can be seen that the t-count is 2.745 and the t-table is 1.652 where the t-count is greater than t-table (2.745> 1.652). This shows that the independent variable halal label has an effect on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions. And the level is significantly greater than than alpha (0.007<0.05). The price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products, with the results of the t-test t-count 10.383 and t-table 1.652 where t-count is greater than t-table (10.383 > 1.652) This shows the independent variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable of purchasing decisions. However, lifestyle variables (X1), halal label (X2) and price (X3) together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Its Adjusted R Square value is 56.8%. This shows that purchasing decisions are influenced by lifestyle variables, halal labels and prices, while the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap stres kerja pada Kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Solok. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Solok yang berjumlah 50 orang, pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan non probability sampling, teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah quota sampling. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS yaitu Uji Validitas, Ujia Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Signifikan Parameter Individual (Uji Statistik t), Uji Simultan (Uji Statistik F), Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja pada Kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Solok. Berdasarkan pada pengujian koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0.818 berarti 81.8% faktor – factor stres kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 18.2% dijelaskan oleh faktor – faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh apa yang di timbulkan minat dan motivasi terhadap keputusan memilih Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Hukum Dan Ekonomi bisnis Universitas Dharmas Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalsis pengaruh minat dan motivasi terhadap keputusan memilih. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data mengunakan kuesioner dibantu dengan SPSS versi 20. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mengunakan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus. Dimana dalam ini jumlah popolasinya terbatas (tidak terlalu banyak) sehingga seluruh populasinya di jadikan sampel. Adapun populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa aktif Manajemen Universitas Dharmas Indonesia dengan jumlah 161 responden Teknik analisis data dengan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas,Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda Uji T, Uji F dan Uji Determinasi (R2). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) terbukti minat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan memilih, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih serta secara simultan (uji f) bersama-sama minat dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih. Nilai Adjusted R2 nya 0,443 yang berarti semua variabel independen dapat mempengaruhi sebesar 44,3% terhadap variabel dependen. Sementara sisanya 55,7% dapat dipengaruhi faktor lainnya yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji atau menganalisis pengaruh Pengetahuan, Kemudahan dan Kepercayaan terhadap Minat pengajuan pinjaman PNS melalui mobile banking Bank Jambi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dari nasabah PNS Bank jambi sebanyak 353 nasabah. Adapun jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel pengetahuan (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai sig,0,060 > 0,005 dan Thitung < dari Ttabel 1,890 < 2,589 maka tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada variabel pengetahuan terhadap minat. Variabel Kemudahan (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai sig,0,632 > 0,005 dan Thitung < dari Ttabel 0,479 < 2,589 maka terdapat pengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan pada variabel kemudahan terhadap minat. Variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai sig,0,000 < 0,005 dan Thitung > dari Ttabel 9,351 > 2,589 maka terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel kepercayaan terhadap minat. Diperoleh hasil Pengetahuan (X1), Kemudahan (X2) dan Kemudahan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap minat (Y), nilai Fhitung dengan Ftabel karena nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel (48,813 > 2,589). Degan tingkat signifikan (0,000 < 0,005).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, self efficacy and entrepreneurial character simultaneously and partially on entrepreneurial interest (case study of University of Dharmas Indonesia students).  This study uses quantitative methods with data collection using questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study using Validity Test, Reability Test, Correlation Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, T Test, F Test and Determination Test (R2). Respondent population in this study were 683 respondents and the sample was 253. The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) entrepreneurial knowledge has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, self efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, entrepreneurial character has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest and simultaneously (f test) entrepreneurial knowledge, self efficacy and entrepreneurial character have significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. The Adjusted R2 value is 0.644, means that all independent variables can affect 64.0% of the dependent variable. While the remaining 36.0% can be influenced by other factors not tested in this study
