Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Dharmas Indonesia melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 82 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1. Bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja. Dengan tingkat signifikan 0,011 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05, maka dapat diperoleh H0 ditolak Ha diterima. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi kerja. Dengan tingkat signifikan 0,021 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05, maka dapat diperoleh H0 ditolak Ha diterima.. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen. Dengan tingkat signifikan 0,024 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05, maka dapat diperoleh H0 ditolak Ha diterima. ecara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja dosen. Dengan tingkat signifikan 0,029 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05, maka dapat diperoleh H0 ditolak Ha diterima. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja dosen. Dengan tingkat signifikan 0,007 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05, maka dapat diperoleh H0 ditolak Ha diterima. Motivasi Kerja tidak memediasi budaya organisasi terhadap Kinerja Dosen. Dimana hubungan tidak langsung lebih kecil dari hubungan langsung (0,048<0,141), maka dapat diperoleh tidak dimediasi. Motivasi Kerja tidak memediasi Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Dosen. Dimana hubungan tidak langsung lebih kecil dari hubungan langsung (0,047 <0,110), maka dapat diperoleh tidak dimediasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work dicipline on lecturers performace in University of Dharmas Indonesia (UNDHARI). Survey and questionaires was used to collect data study from 82 respondents as sample study. Simple linier regression test was used as data analysis, and coefficient determination test (R2) and partial test (t-test) conducted to test the hyphotesis, with SPSS.20 as a tool in data processing. The result showed there is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture (X1) on lecturers performace (Y), and also there is a positive and significant effect of work dicipline (X2) on lecturers performance (Y). The result also showed both organizational culture and work dicipline simultaneouly effect lecturers performance in University of Dharmas Indonesia (UNDHARI). This was proven by the significant value 0,000 ( under 0,05). Value of coefficien determination (R2) in linier regression was 72,6 percent. Value of coefficient determination indicates that changes in Y variable (performace) explained by organizational culture (X1) and work dicipline (X2), as the rest explained by other variables

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Analisis kualitas layanan, prosedur kredit dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Dalam Pengambil Kredit Pada PT. BPR LPN Tarantang.. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, teknik penarikan sampel Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Sensus dan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah PT. BPR LPN Tarantang, sampel yaitu sebanyak 190 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian untuk analisis Analisis Uji T dan Uji F kualitas layanan, prosedur kredit dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Dalam Pengambil Kredit Pada PT. BPR LPN Tarantang berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan nasabah mengambil kredit. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R2 ) adalah 0,621. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, prosedur kredit, tingkat suku bunga dan keputusan mengambil kredit.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapai Di Kenagarian Koto Gadang Kecamatan Koto Besar Kabupaten Dharmasraya memiliki potensi yang sangat tinggi pada sektor peternakan. Di daerah tersebut terdapat beberapa Peternak yang menggeluti ternak bebek. Zainal adalah mitra dalam kegiatan PKM merupakan salah satu kelompok ternak bebek yang bertempat di Kenagarian Koto Gadang Kecamatan Koto Besar Kabupaten Dharmasraya . Berdasarkan hasil observasi terhadap kelompok mitra UMKM terdapat beberapa kelemahan dalam budidaya bebek diantaranya sulitnya memperoleh bibit unggul, Produksi bebek yang tidak efektif ,mahalnya biaya pakan dan pemasaran. Oleh karena itu, untuk semakin memperkuat eksistensi mitra ke depannya, diperlukan adanyaperbaikan teknologi produksi, terutama pada tahapan penetasan telur dan pakan ternak bebek, melalui introduksi alat penetas telur dan alat pembuat pakan ternak bebek. Solusi yang ditawarkanadalah : (a) Penyuluhan beternak bebek, (b) Pemanfaatan Teknologi Guna beternak bebek, (c) pemanfaatan pakan alternatif yang lebih murah dan (d) pelatihan manajemen kewirausahaan beternak bebek;luaran dari kegiatan pkm ini adalah : (a) peternak bebek mampu menghasilkan bibit unggul sendiri, (b) peternak mampu memanfaatkan teknologi tepat guna berupa “alat penetas” telur dan “alat pembuat pakan”, (c) peternaak mampu menekan biaya penggunaan pakan dan produktifitas ternaktetap meningkat dan (d) dapat memasarkan produk dan mengasilkan laba yang tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji atau menganalisis pengaruh Pengetahuan, Kemudahan dan Kepercayaan terhadap Minat pengajuan pinjaman PNS melalui mobile banking Bank Jambi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dari nasabah PNS Bank jambi sebanyak 353 nasabah. Adapun jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel pengetahuan (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai sig,0,060 > 0,005 dan Thitung < dari Ttabel 1,890 < 2,589 maka tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada variabel pengetahuan terhadap minat. Variabel Kemudahan (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai sig,0,632 > 0,005 dan Thitung < dari Ttabel 0,479 < 2,589 maka terdapat pengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan pada variabel kemudahan terhadap minat. Variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai sig,0,000 < 0,005 dan Thitung > dari Ttabel 9,351 > 2,589 maka terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel kepercayaan terhadap minat. Diperoleh hasil Pengetahuan (X1), Kemudahan (X2) dan Kemudahan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap minat (Y), nilai Fhitung dengan Ftabel karena nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel (48,813 > 2,589). Degan tingkat signifikan (0,000 < 0,005).

Abstract

Today's growing promotional media greatly affects the digital world and product marketing on purchasing decisions. The Effect of Advertising Disclosure Language and Celebrity Endorsment on Purchasing Decisions for Fashion Outfit products is research within the scope of management science. The aim is to analyze and examine the effect of advertising disclosure language and celebrity endorsment on tiktok on purchasing decisions for fashion outfit products for teenagers, especially students at dharmas indonesia university. The method used is quantitative method. data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques with Validity test, Instrument reliability test, Correlation analysis, Hypothesis test, Multiple Regression analysis, Classical Assumption test, Multiple linear Regression analysis. The population in this study were 1,811 respondents and the samples in this study were 292 who were students of Dharmas Indonesia University. The results of this study: 1) Advertising Disclosure Language affects the purchase decision of Fashion Outfit products; and 2) Celebrity Endorsment has an effect on purchasing decisions for Fashion Outfit products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchase decisions on the Shopee marketplace, case study of active students of management program year 2019-2022,University of Dharmas Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative research by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study are validity test,reliability test,normality test ,multiple linear regression test,coefficient of determination test(R2),simultaneous significance tes (f-test),and partial hypothesis test (t-test). The results of this study shews that online customer reviews and online customer ratings have significant effect on purchase decisions. The result show that the online customer reviews and online customer ratings simultaneously have significant effect on purchase decisions by f-test > f- table (85.757>3,07). The result also show that the online customer reviews and online cutomer ratings partial have significant effect on purchase decisons at marketplace shopee.

Abstract

The problem in this study is still the lack of good corporate governance implementation , whether or not the determination of earnings management in the company is effective, the increase or decrease in earnings per share from year to year is important to know whether the work done by the company is good or not, there are still many investors who buy and selling is not based on information and research purposes to analyze and study the effect of good corporate governance on stock prices, to analyze and study the effect of earnings management on stock prices, to analyze and study the effect of earnings per share on stock prices, to analyze and study the effect of good corporate governance , earnings management and earnings per share on stock prices, this research is a quantitative study. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. Good corporate governance has no effect and is negative on the stock prices of companies included in the 2017-2021 Jakarta Islamic index, earnings management has no effect and negatively on the stock prices of companies included in the 2017-2021 Jakarta Islamic index, earnings per share has a significant effect on the stock prices of companies included in the 2017-2021 Jakarta Islamic index. The conclusion of share ownership by managerial and earnings management has not been able to improve company performance apart from managerial ownership there are still many other factors that can affect stock prices in a company which investors can also see to get consideration in investing and earning per share becomes one of the considerations for investors to invest is because earnings per share can affect stock prices and if earnings per share is high, the welfare of investors will also be higher.

Abstract

PAPM Rural is a program to accelerate poverty alleviation in an integrated and sustainable manner. Problems experienced by small businesses such as the availability of capital for business development, and the social environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of business capital and the social environment on the interest in entrepreneurship in the SPP PAPM group, Asam Jujuhan District. The data collection method uses a Likert scale questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using quantitative methods with a population and a sample of 290 members of the SPP PAPM Asam Jujuhan group, analysis of research data using multiple linear analysis, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 20 data processing. The results of the research partially venture capital and social environment have a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The f test shows that business capital and the social environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. PAPM is advised to have training programs and online groups for members of the PAPM SPP group, in order to encourage the creation of an interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine how much influence tourist facilities, experiential marketing and the role of tourism ambassadors on tourist visitor satisfaction of Alinia Farm &; Park Dharmasraya Regency in 2022. The method in this study is quantitative method and data collection using questionnaires assisted by SPSS version 20. Sampling in research is probability sampling which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a member of the sample. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling using accidental sampling method. Accidental sampling is a sampling technique based on chance. The population in this study was visitors to the Alinia Farm & Park tourist attraction, which was 73,142 visitors. The respondents sampled were 346 respondents. The results of the study showed that partially (t test) it was proven that tourist facilities had a positive and significant effect on visiting satisfaction with t value count > t table (5.633 > 1.966925), experiential marketing had a positive and significant effect on visit satisfaction with t value count > t table (4.659 > 1.966925) and the role of tourism ambassadors had a positive and significant effect on visiting satisfaction with t value calculate t > t table (6.398 > 1.966925) and simultaneously (test F) together with tourism facilities, experiential marketing and the role of tourism ambassadors have a significant effect on visit satisfaction with F value calculated > F table (79,443 > 2,398). The Adjusted R2 value is 0.406 which means that all independent variables can affect 40.6% of the dependent variable. The remaining 59.4% could be influenced by other factors not tested in the study.
