Abstract

In this modern era, people have a desire for something very diverse, and to fulfill this desire Shopee is here to answer existing problems. Basically, customer satisfaction is a sign of the company's success, so it is important and cannot be underestimated. This research was made with the aim of testing the effect of Price, Discount, and Service Quality on E-commerce Consumer Satisfaction on the Shopee Application. The sample method used in this study was obtained by means of a questionnaire, and got 31 respondents from the questionnaire that had been distributed. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression and processed using SPSS. The results showed that only the price and quality of service were positive for shopee application consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

In general social media is a media that is used as a means of association online on the Internet. Instagram is one application that is loved. The media used to share photos and videos and can share on other social networking services. In this regard, the author takes the title Review of the Use of social Instagram Media as a Media Promotion at the trustworth.id. The author uses descriptive qualitative analysis research methods, with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained are social media use Instagram as a media campaign on the online shop trustworth.id like features instastory, feature feed Instagram, features the caption, as well as the endorsement and giveaway, 3 of the 4 factors that determine trustworth.id using social media Instagram as a promotional media are cognitive factors, affective and social integration, the use of social media Instagram as a promotional media has been effective because the cost of promotion through social media Instagram is relatively cheap, makes it easy for consumers to access Instagram, easy to use, easy to do promotions and does not need to come directly to the store but the constraints encountered in the promotion such as consumers who are impatient, doubtful and ask lots of questions by giving understanding and explanation that to reply to the chat from the lowest order and provide testimonial results.

Abstract

Sedulur Sikep atau yang dikenal sebagai Masyarakat Samin menyebar di berbagai daerah di Kabupaten Blora, Pati, Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Sedulur Sikep merupakan masyarakat Suku Jawa yang mengikuti pemahaman dan perilaku seora tokoh pada masa sebelum kemerdekaan yang bernama Samin Surosentiko. Salah satu kelompok pemukiman Sedulur Sikep adalah di Dusun Tambak, Desa Sumber, Kecamatan Kradenan, Kabupaten Blora, Jawa Tengah. Pakaian adat yang digunakan merupakan pakaian Jawa yang banyak dipakai oleh masyarakat Jawa pada umumnya. Sedulur Sikep membutuhkan pakaian untuk digunakan dalam berbagai acara perkumpulan, tidak mengubah adat kebiasaan pakaian yang sering digunakan tetapi dibutuhkannya penguat identitas Sedulur Sikep. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Kerjasama adalah perancangan desain motif batik identitas Sedulur Sikep dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Sumber. Di Desa Sumber tedapat Kelompok Batik dengan nama Batik Manggar, usaha dalam memproduksi kain batik di tingkat lokal. Kelompok Batik Manggar dilibatkan dalam produksi kain batik bagi Sedulur Sikep. Tim PKM Kerjasama dapat melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam: perancangan motif, penyediaan bahan dan peralatan batik, serta proses produksi batik. Produksi batik dengan menerapkan teknik batik cap kertas, yang merupakan pengembangan teknik batik cap untuk memperoleh kemudahan dan keterjangkauan dalam pembuatan alat cap. Kegiatan menghasilkan luaran artikel ilmiah pengabdian masyarakat, publikasi media, dan pendaftaran Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) motif batik identitas Sedulur Sikep.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of sensitivity training on performance improvement, the effect of piecework on performance improvement, and the effect of sensitivity training and piecework together on improving performance on Milkfish Satay UMKM in Serang City. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 346 employees in the Sate Bandeng food processing industry group in Serang City. Samples with Slovin calculations obtained 39 samples, namely employees in the Milkfish Satay food processing industry group in Serang City. The results of this study on the first hypothesis partial sensitivity training significantly influence performance improvement, the second hypothesis, partial piecework significantly influences performance improvement, the third hypothesis, simultaneously Sensitivity Training and piecework significantly affect the performance improvement on Milkfish Satay UMKM in Serang City.

Abstract

This study focuses on exploring and analyzing various variables that constitute the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Griye Sehat Cilegon Clinic. The study also aims to identify and evaluate the clinic's marketing strategies to increase patient visits and address various problems associated with marketing strategy implementation. Using a qualitative approach, this research was conducted through a descriptive method, where data was obtained through in-depth interviews with the clinic's owner, employees, and consumers. SWOT analysis was used as the primary analytical tool, while the 4P marketing framework (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) was utilized as the basic framework for interview questions. The research findings indicate that Griye Sehat Cilegon Clinic is positioned in Quadrant I of the SWOT analysis, with an internal strength score of 3.36, weakness score of 3.08, opportunity score of 3.49, and threat score of 3.33. This suggests that the clinic is in a favorable position where its opportunities and strengths can be utilized to overcome threats. Based on these findings, it is recommended for the clinic to implement an aggressive growth-oriented strategy to maximize its potential and capitalize on the available opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much sales promotion influences consumer buying interest at a restaurant that sells burgers in the city of Serang. This food was chosen because the tendency of people to buy this burger is substantial. Moreover, there is a word-of-mouth promotion in it so that the purchasing power of consumers is also influential. To determine the level of influence, a measurement scale is needed. The research methods used included descriptive research design, the Slovin formula for sampling, and data analysis by simple regression analysis method and product moment correlation formulation. Based on data analysis, it is known that sales promotion is stated on a scale of importance, namely at a perfect level. And in the calculation of SPSS software version 16.0, the value of the closeness between sales promotion and purchase intention (variable X to variable Y) shows the medium category. With a weight of R = 0.529. And the two variables' partial KD or Determinant Coefficient is 7.8%, while other factors influence the remaining 92.2192% or 92.22%. So the effect of sales promotion on consumer buying interest at Burger Bunderan Ciceri, Serang City, is very significant.

Abstract

This research aims to examine online marketing to promote brands, build preferences and increase sales through various online marketing. This research is a survey, with sources being Postgraduate Students with Masters of Management at Primagraha University who have online-based independent creative businesses for the 2022-2023 academic year. The results of the observations found various kinds of products/services with several business names, such as Ksatria Graphic, MultiqRaft, Acharehe hockey, Anugrah Sentosa, Rumah Showcase, and many more. This research provides an overview of the basis for selecting media, strategies, selecting segments, strengths, and weaknesses, and what failures have been experienced in running a business. The desired hope from the results of this research is to become a reference for potential actors, especially young people, in online marketing. In the future, we can complement an excellent example into a more robust strategy.

Abstract

Desa Ledokdawan adalah sebuah desa di Kecamatan Geyer, Kabupaten Grobogan, Jawa Tengah, dengan luas wilayah 1.896,3 hektar dan ketinggian 65 meter di atas permukaan laut. Desa ini memiliki potensi hasil pertanian berupa jagung, namun limbah bonggol jagung yang dihasilkan belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pengolahan bonggol jagung menjadi produk bernilai jual tinggi dan ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pelatihan teknik pengolahan bonggol jagung, pengenalan alat modern untuk efisiensi produksi, budidaya jamur dengan media bonggol jagung, serta pelatihan pemasaran online untuk memperluas akses pasar. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah bonggol jagung menjadi kerajinan tangan dan media tanam, penggunaan teknologi modern yang lebih efisien, serta kemampuan memasarkan produk secara digital. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Ledokdawan tetapi juga mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs) dalam pengelolaan limbah dan pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal.
