Abstract

The study aims to discover the influence of the family environment, entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial behavior which is mediated by the entrepreneurial interest of students majoring ini Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 1 Bantaeng. The type of this study is quantitative research with a total population of 102 students in classes XI and XII of Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 1 Bantaeng. Random sampling technique was employed and obtained 81 students as the research sample. Data were collected and processed by using path analysis tecnique. This study showed that each variable tested was valid and reliable and feasible in terms of model based on path analysis test so this study could be conducted. The results of the analysis prove that the variables of family environment, entrepreneurial knowledge, and interest in entrepreneurship have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial behavior and the role of interest in entrepreneurship is able to mediate the family enironment and entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial behavior. This means that the family environment variables and entrepreneurial knowledge have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial behavior mediated by entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing: 1) Women's Leadership Style on the Effectiveness of Student Institutions at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law at Makassar State University, 2) Factors that Determine Women's Leadership Style on the Effectiveness of Student Institutions, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law at Makassar State University. . The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis processing techniques go through four stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it is known that: 1) Women's Leadership Style on the Effectiveness of Student Institutions at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law at Makassar State University, namely the traditional leadership style, namely being responsible, obeying the rules, nurturing and evaluating. The future leadership style is independent, innovative, and educative. The preferred leadership style is competent, influential and trustworthy. The delegation leadership style is responsible, independent, and competent. The sharing leadership style is open, understand the rules, dedicated. 2) Factors that Determine Women's Leadership Style on the Effectiveness of Student Institutions at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law at Makassar State University, namely achieving goals, namely knowing targets, coordination, motivation. Organizational commitment is totality, consistency, trust. Efficiency, namely time management, forming a work team and implementation calendar, loyalty. Moral and cohesiveness are exemplary, nurturing, caring. Leadership abilities are influential, innovative, assertive and responsible.

Abstract

Abstrak. Anak yang mengalami gangguan kesulitan menulis dikenal dengan istilah disgrafia. Kemampuan menulis berkaitan dengan aspek perkembangan motorik. Kesalahan menulis yang sering ditemui pada anak disgrafia yaitu ejaan dan kapitalisasi, ukuran dan jarak huruf yang tidak tepat, menulis lambat atau susah payah, posisi tubuh atau tangan yang tidak biasa saat menulis, memegang erat pena atau pensil yang menyebabkan kram tangan, menghilangkan huruf dan kata dari kalimat. Siswa dengan disgrafia dapat diberikan intervensi untuk meminimalisir hambatannya dengan memberikan program yang tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan disgrafia seperti buku ajaib berseri. Peneliti melakukan serangkaian metode pengumpulan data yakni dengan melakukan kegiatan observasi, selanjutnya melakukan wawancara, dan melakukan dokumentasi. Parameter keberhasilan buku Ajaib berseri ini dapat membantu pembelajaran siswa dengan disgrafia dan dapat dikembangkan oleh pendidik dengan luluasa sesuai kemampuan dan kebutuhan. Sehingga pada akhirnya buku Ajaib berseri dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan minat siswa dalam menulis.   Kata Kunci : Siswa disgrafia, Buku Ajaib berseri
