Abstract

Abstract: Application The Learning Cell Methods with flanelgraf media Improved Learning in Social Studies.The purpose of research is to improve the learning of social studies material struggle fighters in Dutch and Japanese colonial period by using the method of learning cell with media flanelgraf in the fifth grade elementary school students of State 4 Pandansari. This research  is form of action research as much as three cycles. As the subject is fifth grade elementary school students of State 4 Pandansari totaling 26 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results showed the  application of the learning  cell with flanelgraf media can improv social studies learning materials fighters during the struggle of the colonial Dutch and JapaneseKeywords: the learning cell, flanelgraf, social studies learning Abstrak: Penerapan Metode The Learning Cell dengan media flanelgraf dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran IPS. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS materi perjuangan para pejuang pada masa penjajahan Belanda dan Jepang menggunakan metode the learning cell dengan media flanelgraf pada siswa kelas V SDN 4 Pandansari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas sebanyak tiga siklus. Sebagai subjek adalah siswa kelas V SDN 4 Pandansari berjumlah 26 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan the learning cell dengan media flanelgraf dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS materi perjuangan para pejuang pada masa penjajahan Belanda dan Jepang. Kata kunci: the learning cell,  flanelgraf, pembelajaran IPS

Abstract

The purpose this research in increasing Islamic ecucation zakat and whole number in the students class VI of SD Negeri Karangjambu by using Guided Note Taking. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) during 3 cycles, each cycle includes of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. As sample is students class VI of SD Negeri Karangjambu, it includes 22 students. Technique of collecting data is used observation, interview, test, and documentation. The result shows that using Guided Note Taking could increase Islamic ecucation zakat and whole number.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the mathematical ability of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Keruh, Musi Banyuasin Regency in solving problems on the material of straight line equations by using the context of school cooperatives where school cooperatives provide an authentic context-based learning environment, allowing students to directly apply the concepts they have learned, including in the field of mathematics. Students' ability to solve mathematical problems plays an important role in determining the level of student success in learning. The subjects this study involved 30 students who were class VIII students. To describe in depth the students' ability to solve problems, a comprehensive approach is needed that not only includes the final results, but also the thought processes and strategies they use in solving these problems. With descriptive method and qualitative approach is the type of this research. The tool instrument in this study used in the form of an instrument to do a test on the ability solve mathematical problems with the material straight line equations as much as 2 activities of problem test activities and in the form of interviews. The level of students' ability to solve math problems at each Polya stage is as follows. 27% of students are categorized as high ability, 50% of students with medium ability and 23% of students with low ability to solve problems. In general, this situation illustrates that students' ability to solve mathematical problems is at a moderate level. These results illustrate that students' ability to solve mathematical problems can be improved through a more contextualized direct approach where problem-based learning helps students understand mathematical concepts by linking theory to real situations, encouraging students to think critically in solving problems directly using problems that are very relevant in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a digital worksheet assisted by wizer.me on geometric transformation material, particularly translation and reflection, as an alternative learning medium that is more interactive for junior high school students. The development was carried out using the Plomp model through the preliminary, design, reconstruction, testing, evaluation and revision, and implementation phases. The results of validation by experts showed that the developed product had a very good level of validity in terms of content, construct, ICT, and language, with an average score above 87%. Meanwhile, the practicality test in a small group also showed a positive response from students with a score of more than 82%, indicating that the digital worksheet was practical to use in the learning process. The effectiveness of the media was tested by giving pretest and posttest questions to 28 students. There was a significant increase in learning outcome, with the average pretest and posttest scores increasing by 40.58 with N-gain value of 0.59, which is in the moderate category and is reinforced by the results of the Paired Sample t-Test, which shows a difference in scores before and after learning. Therefore, it can be concluded that digital worksheets assisted by wizer.me are quite effective in supporting students’ understanding of geometric transformation material, making them suitable for use as an innovative learning medium in the classroom.
