Abstract

Abstrak. Transformasi ekonomi terus diupayakan pemerintah dalam menghadapi derasnya arus globalisasi dengan implmentasi digitalisasi yang masif di berbagai sektor penunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi nasionalPengabdian yang diimplememtasikan oleh Tim UNNES Giat 6 Desa Kebondowo memberikan arahan strategi pengembangan untuk solusi permasalahan pelaku usaha desa yang menghambat perkembangan usaha. Pendampingan menggunakan metode data deskriptif yang diolah melalui metode kualitatif di dusun jrakah dan dusun kebondowo, Desa Kebondowo, Kecamatan Banyubiru, Kabupaten Semarang dengan fokus pada penguatan SDM dan perluasan pangsa pasar produk melalui digital. Hasil dari program kerja tim diterima kelompok wanita tani Maju Lestari Dusun Jrakah dengan baik dengan hasil pembuatan media sosial dan kartu nama UMKM. Pendampingan diikuti oleh para anggota UMKM dan juga sudah diimplementasikan yang berdampak positif terhadap keberlangsungan usaha UMKM KWT Maju Lestari baik melalui langsung atau digital.Abstract.The government continues to strive for economic transformation in the face of the rapid flow of globalization by implementing massive digitalization in various sectors that support national economic growth. The service implemented by the UNNES Giat 6 Kebondowo Village Team provides development strategy direction for solutions to problems of village business actors that hinder business development. Assistance uses descriptive data methods which are processed through qualitative methods in Jrakah and Kebondowo hamlets, Kebondowo Village, Banyubiru District, Semarang Regency with a focus on strengthening human resources and expanding product market share through digital. The results of the team work program were well received by the Maju Lestari Dusun Jrakah women's farmer group, with the results of creating social media and MSME business cards. The mentoring is attended by MSME members and has also been implemented which has had a positive impact on the sustainability of the KWT Maju Lestari MSME business either directly or digitally.Keyword: MSMEs; Digitalization; Marketing; Rural Economy
