Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the partial effect from the competence of Human Resources Development (X1, ) Leadership Style (X2) for the Quality of Financial Statements (Y),  the partial effect  among the competence of Human Resources (X1), leadership style (X2); Commitment organization (X3) for the quality of financial statement; Human Resources competence (X1) and style leadership (X2) for the organization commitment (X3); Effect of Human resources for financial statement quality (Y) that moderation by organization commitment (X1) dan the effect of leadership style for the quality of financial statement (Y) that moderated by organization commitment (X3). The Result showed that competence variable SDM (X1) was not affected for the commitment organization (X3) whereas leadership style (X2) was affected by organization commitment for the quality of financial statement (Y) The Competence of human resources variable (X1), leadership style and organization commitment (X3) were not moderating among the effect of human resources competence (X2) for the quality of financial statement as well as the effect of leadership style (X2) to Financial statement (Y). If it was comparted, the direct effect from human resource for the quality financial statement there was more if when it was moderated by organization commitment. The same way what happening for the effect of leadership style for the quality of financial statement. The information which given from this research can be used to increase the human resources competence by financial management and applicating the good leadership style and more careful the quality financial statement.

Abstract

The problems raised in this study are: Does the tariff (X1) and whether the facilities (X2) affect the satisfaction of Damri transportation service users in Kab. TTU? The aim of this study is to determine the effect of tariffs (X1) and the effect of facilities (X2) on service user satisfaction (Y) at Perum Damri in TTU Regency partially and simultaneously. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample that uses all of the population as a sample of 100 people. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis technique and multiple linear regression. The results of simple regression analysis between the Tariff variable (X1) on Service User Satisfaction (Y) are: Y = 5.954 + 0.600 X2 + i. The R2 value obtained from this study is 0.533, meaning that the percentage contribution of the influence of the Tariff variable (X1) on Service User Satisfaction (Y) in this research model is very small (less than 50%). The results of the facility variable (X2) on Service User Satisfaction (Y) are: Y = 7.288 + 0.597 X3 + i. The R2 value obtained from this study is 0.615, meaning that the percentage contribution of the influence of the Facility variable (X2) on Service User Satisfaction (Y) in this research model is quite small (less than 50%). The results of multiple linear regression analysis of rates (X1) and facilities (X2) on service user satisfaction (Y) are: Y = 2.152 + 0.248 (X1) + 0.362 (X2). The magnitude of the coefficient of determination or R2 of 0.492, it can be interpreted that 49.2% of the variation of the service user satisfaction variable at Damri in Kab. TTU can be explained by the Tariff (X1) and Facilities (X2) variables, while the rest (50.8%) is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Perceived Ease of Use and Experience shopping on buying intention in the Indonesian KK Marketplace by adding Perceived Usefulness as a mediating variable. The research method used is quantitative with the SEM PLS approach. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire, then the data is processed using the SmartPLS program. The results of this research show that Perceived Ease of Use and Experience shopping has no effect on intention to buy, Perceived Ease of Use and Experience shopping have a significant effect on Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Usefulness can mediate Perceived Ease of Use and Experience shopping can mediate intention to buy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The stanting problem in North Central Timor Regency has increased. The data shows that the highest number is at the Manumean Health Center at 28.3% and the lowest at the Lurasik Health Center at 19.7%. This is indicated due to weak work commitment. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of low-cost motivational variables (X1) and leadership variables (X2) on work commitment to the stunting reduction acceleration team in TTU Regency. This study focuses on all teams for the acceleration of stanting reduction and in the field of family health and nutrition at the TTU District Health Office with a total of 40 respondents. The data analysis technique used is inferential analysis. The results of inferential analysis show that the low-cost motivation variable (X1) has a significant influence on work commitment (Y). The leadership variable (X2) has a significant effect on work commitment (Y). Meanwhile, the low cost motivation variable (X1) and the leadership variable (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on work commitment.
