Abstract

Planning and career development, a planning process that enables employees to identify sasaransasaran careers and pathways leading to goals / objectives are. Planning programs and career development provides the opportunity for employees to explore their interests, desires and their career options in the company, because it is through this process employees can look for ways to improve themselves in order to develop skills and the ability to achieve the targeted position. For that management must seriously take into-overdue and treating employees with respect to the potential for achievement. The use of directions and paths and career development process in accordance with the needs and interests of employees with the company towards mutual benefit. Process and career development should be able to provide certainty to employees more transparent and secure and be able to grow and develop all the skills, intellectual, wawasasan, motivation, and dedication of the employees on the job position that embrace. Through process and career development can be pursued coaching employees towards the right on the right place.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Field Services and Information on Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Siak.The purpose of this study to determine and explain the performance of employees at the Field Services and Information on Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Siak.Sampling method in this study, for employees is conducted by using census method because it is considered more relevant, the number of population and the sample relative bit and be in a place with this research.Data collection techniques used consist of primary data collected by using a list of interviews and secondary data were collected by using observation and documentation.While data analysis technique used is descriptive method.Where the descriptive method to describe the full reality of the performance of employees in Field Services and Information on Investment Board and Integrated Licensing Services Siak.Once the data is collected, then subsequently grouped for descriptive analysis were presented in accordance with the withdrawal of a conclusion.As for the results of research conducted by researchers with the title "Employee Performance Analysis In the Field Services and Information On Investment Board and Integrated Licensing Services Siak" with the indicator variable quantity, quality, time and costs can be categorized own good.Thus Employee Performance Analysis In the Field Services and Information On Investment Board and Integrated Licensing Services Siak has been performing well, although not optimal, with no hope of improvement for the future in order to achieve the vision and mission of the Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Siak.

Abstract

Education and training is very important for new employees or employees who have long, training briefly defined as an activity to improve the performance of current and future performance. Education and training activities dividend to employees in an organization, in the form of expertise and skills which in turn will be a valuable asset to the organization. Through education and training of personnel will increase the ability and likewise for the organization, education and training can make a significant contribution if done correctly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the education and training of personnel in the Office of the Regional Employment Board in Bengkalis. The method used in this research is to use a combination of methods of qualitative and quantitative methods, based on the results of data analysis found that the education and training provided by the employees in the Office of the Regional Employment Board in Bengkalis own Good.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the waste management carried out by the garbage bank in Bengkalis Regency. The type of data used in this study includes primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used by the writer is descriptive qualitative in the form of tables and depictions through the results of interviews in the field by looking at respondents' answers to the management of waste banks in Bengkulu district in the form of collected data analyzed by describing existing problems and providing Interference with relevant results is then concluded. From the research it can be concluded that the results obtained are still that the waste management by the garbage banks of Bengkulu district is quite implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze the strategy of the General Election Commission in increasing the participation of Pemilih Pemula Pemilihan Dumai Mayor and Vice Mayor in Dumai Barat District in 2015. Strategic indicators in increasing Pemilih Pemilih participation include vision, mission, goals, targets, policies, programs, activities. This type of research is descriptive survey. The method used is quantitative method, which is prioritize the list of questionnaires, observation, interviews as a means of data collection. Population and sample in this research is intended for Chairman, Secretary of KPU, member of commissioner and staff of KPU Secretariat of Dumai City, as well as voting society of West Dumai District. The sampling technique used is purvosive sampling. Primary data include data on strategic of General Election Commission in increasing Pemilih Pemilih Beginner at Dumai Mayor and Vice Mayor Election in Dumai Barat Sub-district 2015, collected by questionnaire questionnaire technique, observation, interview. Data that can be obtained, processed by means of frequency table. Based on the analysis, the researcher concludes that the General Election Commission's strategy in increasing the participation of the newly elected voters in the Mayor and Vice Mayor of Dumai in Dumai Barat Sub-district 2015, which is seen from the above indicator of the most number of 40 with good category strategy, it can be proven from seven indicators of vision strategy, mission, goals, objectives, policies, programs, and activities, almost all of the indicators are in fairly good category. Recommendations to consider in order to improve the KPU's strategy need to be trained for KPU officers for the socialization team in the novice voter community so that the officers have a creative strategy. Need socialization and supervision of SOP to be followed and followed. Commitment of KPU officers to rule management is required.

Abstract

This research aim to to know how motivation work Officer Of Aparatur Civil State (ASN) at Department Youth and Athletics of Provinsi Riau. Indicator assessment of utilized by work motivation is covering internal motivation and motivation of Externall. Research type which is have location to in Office Department Youth and Athletics of Provinsi this Riau is diskriptif survey, that is priority enlist Questioner as a means of compiler of gathered data and data by means of is later made by especial raw material to analyse empirical kondiisi of obyektivitas existence of research target at accurate location. There are one group at this research that is Officer Of Aparatur Civil State (ASN) amount to 57 people. Sampling technique which is utilized in specifying individual of sampel is technique of purposive type sampling and used to data collecting technique consist of, primary data collected by using technique enlist interview and kuesioner and also data of sekunder collected use observation technique. Pursuant to result of Summary Comments Answer Responder Concerning Indicator Motivation Work Officer Of Aparatur Civil State (ASN) at Department Youth and Athletics of Provinsi Riau. From the mentioned can be pulled by a conclusion that for this research in categorize High with percentage 53% as according to previous clarification about measurement of percentage equal to 34% - 66% included in category Medium.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Implementation of Industrial Relations Duties and Job Conditions by the Department of Manpower and Transmigration in Tembilahan District (Case Study of Industrial Relations Dispute Resolution Through Mediation). Indicators for evaluating the implementation of tasks used include Industrial Relations Development, Industrial Relations Development, and Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes Outside the Court. This type of research is a descriptive survey with quantitative analysis, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions and objectivity of the existence of objectives at the study site. The population and sample in this study were 20 people. The types and data collection techniques used consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaire list techniques and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use a score technique. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded the research was categorized as sufficiently implemented. The inhibiting factor is the lack of budget in fulfilling the needs of the mediation process, both in terms of mediator human resources needed, as well as in terms of facilities and infrastructures including supporting soundproof rooms and recorders. So that the work becomes less implemented with a maximum.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the Professionalism of Employee Work at the Office of Kapur IX Sub-District, Fifty City District. The work professionalism assessment indicators used include competence, effectiveness, efficiency, and responsibility. This type of research is descriptive quantitative survey, which prioritizes questionnaires as a tool for collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions and objectivity of the existence of objectives at the study site. The population and samples in this study were 40 people. The types and data collection techniques used consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaire list techniques and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Analysis of Employee Work Professionalism at the Office of the Capur IX District of Fifty City District was categorized quite well. The inhibiting factor is the absence of CCTV installed in the Kapur IX sub-district office, so supervision of the professionalism of employees is not optimal. Then some employees often delay during recess. In addition, the services provided by employees in the Kapur IX sub-district office are always slow and not on time.

Abstract

The implementation of the small industry development and development program can be successful and efficient if the small industry development program can provide great benefits to small industries, especially helping small industries solve their problems (such as: capital, use of technology, etc.) globalization development. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the implementation of small industry development by the Department of Industry and Trade in the handsome district of Pekanbaru City, and to determine the inhibiting factors in the implementation of small industry development. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Questionnaire Observation, Interview and Documentation are techniques used to collect data. The results of this study are from the indicators of guidance, supervision, supervision, and information, it can be concluded that the implementation of small industry development by the Industry and Trade Office of Pekanbaru City (Study in the handsome district of Pekanbaru City) is "Good Enough" with a percentage of 34%-66%. This means that the guidance provided by the Department of Guidance, Guidance, and Training for small industry players in the city of Pekanbaru, especially in the handsome district of Pekanbaru City, has been running, but is not optimal because the coaching activity is carried out only once a year or it can be said not to.
