Abstract

Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Al-Lathif is an early childhood education level school under the ministry of religion located on Jl. Landscape of Padalarang Regency No. 31, Jayamekar, Padalarang, West Bandung Regency, West Java. The problem faced is the lack of competence of the Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Al-Lathif teachers, especially when using the Microsoft Office Word computer program. The aim is to provide training and mentoring of Microsoft Office Word computer programs to teachers Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Al-Lathif in order to improve teacher competence, especially the use of technology in the learning process. The method of implementing this activity has several stages, namely data collection, problem identification, needs analysis, design and preparation, training implementation and activity documentation. During the training, the teachers were given a printed training module and then they did the exercises by practicing using the Microsoft Office Word computer program. The result of this activity is the establishment of cooperation in order to accelerate efforts to increase skills in operating Microsoft Office Word to process data, make learning implementation plans, create teaching materials and documents in the form of reports and correspondence, resulting in work efficiency to complete various activities to process data using Microsoft Office. Word quickly and precisely. Abstrak Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Al-Lathif merupakan sekolah jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini dibawah kementerian agama yang berlokasi di Jl. Bentang Padalarang Regency No.31, Jayamekar, Padalarang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat. Adapun masalah yang dihadapi yaitu kurangya kompetensi yang dimiliki para guru Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Al-Lathif terutama pada saat penggunaan program komputer Microsoft Office Word. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan program komputer Microsoft Office Word kepada guru Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Al-Lathif agar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru terutama pemanfaatan teknologi pada proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini ada beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan dan penyusunan, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Pada saat pelatihan, para guru diberikan modul pelatihan yang telah dicetak kemudian mereka mengerjakan latihan dengan mempraktekkannya menggunakan program komputer Microsoft Office Word. Hasil dari kegiatan ini terjalinnya kerjasama agar dapat mempercepat upaya peningkatan keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Office Word untuk mengolah data, membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, membuat bahan ajar maupun dokumen berupa laporan dan surat menyurat, sehingga menghasilkan efisiensi kerja untuk menyelesaikan berbagai aktifitas mengolah data menggunakan Microsoft Office Word secara cepat dan tepat.

Abstract

Problems that arise when acquiring equipment and pharmaceuticals include procurement delays caused by waiting for genuine data from the storage area, as well as surplus stock of various types of drugs. This is due to the fact that administrative documents are still kept in the traditional manner. In this article, we provide forecasting tool and medicine stock based on the demand ratio in order to overcome stock delays and surplus stock. Because of the needs (in the month of forecasting carried out and the amount of data held), single exponential smoothing with alpha 0.1 is utilized. The prediction findings are also considered accurate because the forecasting smoothing computation with an average error value of MAD (21,4), MSE (710,4), and MAPE (7%) was assessed as very good.

Abstract

Accounting Information Systems (AIS) are gaining importance in the management of financial reports for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the current digital era. The ability to effectively utilize AIS can help SMBs manage their finances more efficiently and precisely, thereby enhancing their performance and long-term success. By utilizing the appropriate AIS, MSMEs can obtain advantages such as more efficient and accurate transaction recording, improved financial analysis, and the ability to generate comprehensive and simple-to-understand financial reports. Utilizing accounting information systems, this study seeks to facilitate the management of financial reports from micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. AIS is a system used to manage financial data and provide business proprietors with accurate and up-to-date financial information. By utilizing AIS, MSMEs can save time and energy when managing financial reports and making structured business decisions regarding data input and processing, particularly financial reports. The research yields an accounting information system with system features suitable for assisting and supporting MSMEs in managing financial management, such as managing customer data, sales data, purchase data, account data, general journal data, user data, sales reports, purchase reports, general journal reports, balance sheet reports, income statements, and capital change reports.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, big data analytics has become a very relevant topic to improve learning personalisation as it can collect and analyse very large and complex data. Big data analytics can lead to a more efficient learning system by collecting and analysing huge and complex data. In education, big data analytics can be used to understand students’ learning behaviour, their needs and preferences, so that learning and learning outcomes can be improved. This research is conducted with the aim of using big data analytics to improve learning personalisation. It also aims to find out the challenges of using big data analytics to improve learning personalisation. The method used in this research is quantitative method. This method is a way of collecting numerical data that can be tested. Data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires addressed to students. Furthermore, the data that has been collected from the distribution of the questionnaire, will be accessible in Excel format which can then be processed with SPSS. From the research results, it can be seen that the big data analysis has shown that the use of more detailed and accurate data can help teachers find students’ special needs and improve learning effectiveness. As a result, teachers can create learning strategies that are better suited to students’ needs and improve their learning outcomes. From this study, we can conclude that the use of big data analytics in improving personalisation allows teachers to understand better the individual needs and preferences of students, so that more suitable learning plans can be developed and student engagement can be improved.

Abstract

Membaca dan mengenali lingkungan merupakan keterampilan penting dalam perkembangan anak. Namun, kurangnya media pembelajaran yang menarik sering kali menyebabkan rendahnya minat baca dan pemahaman anak terhadap objek di sekitar mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana media pembelajaran dapat dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman membaca dan pengenalan lingkungan pada anak sekolah dasar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di dua sekolah dasar dengan partisipan 10 siswa, 5 guru, dan 5 orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan buku interaktif, aplikasi digital, dan Augmented Reality (AR) secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan membaca dan kemampuan anak dalam mengenali objek sekitar. Meskipun media pembelajaran memiliki manfaat besar, tantangan dalam implementasi masih mencakup keterbatasan akses teknologi, kurangnya pelatihan guru, dan minimnya keterlibatan orang tua.

Abstract

Music streaming services have become the primary choice for many users to enjoy music. However, with the multitude of options available, users often find it challenging to select the most suitable platform. This article discusses the application of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to evaluate and compare three popular music streaming services: Spotify, YouTube Music, and Apple Music. The assessment is based on five main criteria: audio quality, subscription price, ease of use, song selection and catalog, and application response time. Data were collected through a questionnaire involving 142 respondents. The analysis results indicate that Spotify excels in ease of use and song catalog selection, while YouTube Music stands out in terms of subscription pricing. By utilizing relevant criteria, this analysis aims to provide more informed recommendations for users. The SAW method has proven effective in generating objective and structured recommendations, helping users make better decisions when choosing a music streaming service.
