Abstract

Bank BCA is one of the banks that strengthens its efforts in developing service products by utilizing the internet to make online transactions. So this study aims to determine the effect of privacy, security, and trust on the intention to transact online at Bank BCA Bandung. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. Research location at Bank BCA Bandung No. 18 in October 2022. The population is customers who visited in the October 2022 period. Sampling was carried out using an incidental sampling technique with a total of 97 customers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques were performed using the t-test and F-test. The results of the study found that privacy, security, trust has a simultaneous and partial effect on the intention to transact online at Bank BCA Bandung. The effect is 51.9%, while the remaining 48.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Revolusi industri membuat kinerja UMKM terus di pertanyakan. Respon dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian pasar dan persaingan ketat dengan kolaborasi sumber daya dan kapabilitas. Istilah yang disebut ekonomi pengetahuan modern, Intellectual Capital telah memainkan peran penting dalam bidang bisnis, kelembagaan, dan akademik, membantu transisi menuju pengembangan organisasi yang inovatif, kompetitif, dan berkelanjutan. Pekerjaan rumah terhadap kinerja berlanjut UMKM di belahan belum berhasil tumbuh seperti yang diharap, ini diakibatkan faktor rendahnya modal, keterlambatan UMKM mengadopsi teknologi, tingginya biaya serta fakta persaingan dari impor dengan harga yang murah. Kapabilitas finansial memungkinkan UMKM memiliki kemampuan dalam menyiasati persaingan dengan keputusan keuangan yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh modal intelektual dan kapabilitas finansial terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan UMKM industri fashion di Kota Bandung sebanyak 125 wirausaha dalam penelitian ini. Intellectual Capital dan Financial Capabilities berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ketika diuji dengan Kinerja Keberlanjutan UMKM secara parsial dan simultan dan model penelitian ini menjelaskan kinerja keberlanjutan UMKM sebesar 73%.

Abstract

Penelitian studi literatur ini membahas tentang peran inovasi dalam meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran inovasi dalam meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi dari perspektif internasional hingga nasional, serta tantangan-tantangan yang terkait dengan penerapan inovasi dalam meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan data dari sumber-sumber yang relevan di Indonesia maupun internasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, inovasi dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi. Berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan kualitas produk, serta membuka peluang baru untuk menciptakan pasar yang lebih luas dan mengurangi biaya produksi. Namun, implementasi inovasi juga dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kebijakan yang tidak mendukung, kurangnya investasi dalam riset dan pengembangan, serta kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya inovasi. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi melalui inovasi, perlu adanya dukungan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, institusi pendidikan, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat umum. Pemerintah perlu menciptakan kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan inovasi, meningkatkan akses terhadap sumber daya, serta meningkatkan dukungan untuk riset dan pengembangan. Institusi pendidikan perlu mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang memiliki keterampilan dan pengetahuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi. Sektor swasta perlu berinvestasi dalam riset dan pengembangan serta memperhatikan inovasi sebagai strategi bisnis. Masyarakat umum perlu meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya inovasi dan berperan aktif dalam mendukung pengembangan inovasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange determine their audit report lag time. The focus of this study is a manufacturing firm trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. In this study, we rely on information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange's annual reports.Purposive sampling is employed to assemble the data. The study's population consists of all 232 manufacturing firms registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; the sample consists of 52 firms that match the study's parameters. SPSS is utilized for the analysis, and the methods employed are descriptive statistics, classical assumptions, and hypotheses. Partial negative and significant effects of firm size, positive and negligible effects of company age, and negative and insignificant effects of audit committee size were found in this study on audit report lag.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much user satisfaction is based on the influence of the user experience of e-commerce applications using the modified DeLone & McLean model by adding perceived utilitarian and perceived hedonic variables as the main dimensions representing the IT user experience. The population of this research is users of e-commerce applications as buyers using the purposive sampling technique. While data analysis uses the PLS-SEM approach with the help of SmartPLS. The study's findings show that while perceived utilitarianism and service quality have little bearing on user satisfaction, perceived hedonistic behavior, system quality, and information quality do. Three of the many hypotheses that were put forth and rejected were: the influence of service quality on user contentment and use, and the influence of perceived utilitarianism on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Paylater is one of the newest payment methods in e-commerce that implements a buy now, pay later system or an installment mechanism. This service is the latest payment option launched by e-commerce. This study aims to determine user acceptance perceptions that influence satisfaction, sustainability intentions, and user use behavior. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model, which also includes the variables perceived trust and pleasure, was employed in this study. This study adopted a quantitative methodology, distributing online surveys with 26 questions and using SmartPLS version 3.3.2 tools to analyze the data. According to the study's findings, eight out of ten hypotheses are supported. Effort Expectancy on Satisfaction and Price Value on Satisfaction are two hypotheses that are ruled out since their path coefficients and T-test values, respectively, are less than 0.1 and 1.96.

Abstract

Accounting Information Systems (AIS) are gaining importance in the management of financial reports for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the current digital era. The ability to effectively utilize AIS can help SMBs manage their finances more efficiently and precisely, thereby enhancing their performance and long-term success. By utilizing the appropriate AIS, MSMEs can obtain advantages such as more efficient and accurate transaction recording, improved financial analysis, and the ability to generate comprehensive and simple-to-understand financial reports. Utilizing accounting information systems, this study seeks to facilitate the management of financial reports from micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. AIS is a system used to manage financial data and provide business proprietors with accurate and up-to-date financial information. By utilizing AIS, MSMEs can save time and energy when managing financial reports and making structured business decisions regarding data input and processing, particularly financial reports. The research yields an accounting information system with system features suitable for assisting and supporting MSMEs in managing financial management, such as managing customer data, sales data, purchase data, account data, general journal data, user data, sales reports, purchase reports, general journal reports, balance sheet reports, income statements, and capital change reports.

Abstract

This study used a quantitative methodology. Experimental research is used, with a post-test-only control design as the study design. There were 100 students in the study's population, and students from classes A (the experimental type) and C (the control class) made up the sample. This study uses assemblers as a learning medium applied to those classes. Two variables are used in this study: the independent variable (the augmented reality feature in the assembler application) and the dependent variable (the ability to write descriptive texts for class students). Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, documentation, and observation. The application used to process research data is SPSS. This study's results show an influence between using augmented reality features and students' writing abilities. This is evident from the average value of the experimental class and control class.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja karyawan adalah bagian penting dari proses pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan dan pendukung keputusan dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan memastikan bahwa hasil penilaian obyektif dan tidak dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor subyektif. Sehingga urgensi penelitian pada penentuan model pendukung keputusan dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan berdasakan skill atau kemampuan yang dimiliki setiap karyawan. Pada penelitian ini menerapkan metode Behaviour Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) digunakan untuk membantu pengambil keputusan dalam menentukan nilai akhir perankingan alternatif terbaik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menerapkan metode BARS dalam mendukung penilaian kinerja karyawan, dengan teknik pendukung keputusan dapat membantu pengambil keputusan menghasilkan keputusan secara obyektif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan 6 kriteria penilaian dan 3 alternatif karyawan, metode BARS terbukti menghasilkan keputusan untuk karyawan terbaik dengan nilai 4,3 pada alternatif A3. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya adalah menambahkan Behaviour Anchor pada setiap kriteria untuk membuat hasil perankingan lebih obyektif.

Abstract

Health Information Systems have the potential to enhance the accessibility and quality of health services in remote areas. However, limited infrastructure, user skills, data security, and limited resources pose obstacles to the implementation of Health Information Systems in remote areas. This study seeks to analyze the role of Health Information Systems, challenges and solutions in the implementation of Health Information Systems in remote areas, and recommendations for system features that support health services through a review of the relevant literature. The results of the research on implementation challenges indicate the development of an IT infrastructure, user training, robust data security, and a sustainable funding source. Health Information Systems with centralized patient databases, disease reporting systems, inventory management, and inter-facility integration can enhance data access, decision-making, coordination, and resource management. In conclusion, Health Information Systems are a crucial instrument for enhancing health services in remote areas. Effective implementation requires collaboration among healthcare providers, the government, and other stakeholders in order to maximize the potential of Health Information Systems and surmount existing obstacles
