Abstract

Financial innovation is a way of creating new financial products, services or processes effectively and efficiently. This study aims to examine the factors of financial innovation termed as the antecedents and consequences of implementing financial innovation at both micro and macroeconomic levels and to assist future researchers in determining research topics related to financial innovation. This research applies a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method using 58 relevant articles from the Scopus database, which were examined and became the study results. This study discovers 14 antecedents and 53 consequences to financial innovation since the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Even though there are still limitations within this article, this research does provide recommendations for future studies related to financial innovation in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

Greenwashing is a strategy carried out by companies by presenting an image of good sustainable performance but hiding their actual environmental performance. Greenwashing harms investors and consumers. Therefore, this research will examine mitigation factors that can minimize the occurrence of greenwashing practices. This research method uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a database sourced from Scopus as many as 21 articles that are relevant to the topic of this study. It is hoped that the final results of this research will be useful in making policies related to greenwashing and as a basis for a development model for researchers related to greenwashing topics in the future.

Abstract

Corporate innovation plays a crucial role in companies to remain sustainable in the future. Companies can also encourage the economic strength of a country. Innovative companies can be competitive in the market by improving marketing strategies and product innovation. Therefore, they can improve company performance. The board of directors has the authority to make strategic decisions to determine company performance. Based on the results of collecting 59 pieces of literature and then analyzing them, the researchers can conclude that various board characteristics such as board gender, foreign board, and board age can influence companies to innovate. Female directors can provide valuable insight, knowledge, and skills for companies to innovate to survive in the future. Foreign boards with cross-border knowledge and international relations can implement it into companies to innovate. Young directors have a much more risk appetite and are creative in trying new things.
