Abstract

Energi terbarukan merupakan salah satu alternatif di tengah krisis energi. Salah satu sumber energi terbarukan adalah Biomassa. Biomassa berasal dari organisme seperti tumbuhan dan hewan serta limbahnya. Salah satu contoh penerapan biomassa sebagai sumber energi adalah limbah pabrik kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keekonomisan dari pemanfaatan limbah padat dari pengolahan kelapa sawit yaitu serabut (fiber) dan cangkang (shell) kelapa sawit sebagai bahan bakar Boiler untuk membangkitkan listrik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis produksi dan pemanfaatan serabut dan cangkang sawit untuk disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan listrik pabrik sehingga bisa diketahui biaya energi dari pemanfaatan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKS beroperasi selama 10 jam dengan kapasitas pengolahan 45 ton/jam. Setiap kelapa sawit yang diolah menghasilkan 6% cangkang dan 13% fiber, maka produksi cangkang sebesar 2.700 kg/ jam dan fiber sebesar 5.850 kg/jam. Bahan bakar yang masuk ke Boiler adalah 1.735,08 kg/jam untuk cangkang dan 5.189,34 kg/jam untuk fiber Rata-rata penggunaan listrik pabrik adalah 783 kWh maka bahan bakar yang dibutuhkan untuk membangkitkan listrik adalah sebesar 6,63 kg serat dan 2,22 kg cangkang per kWh. Biaya Energi dari pemanfaatan serabut dan cangkang kelapa sawit lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan solar yaitu sebesar Rp32.050.425/hari.

Abstract

Kampus merdeka merupakan kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dengan beberapa program yang diterapkan di perguruan tinggi salah satunya adalah magang dan studi independent bersertifikat (MSIB). Program magang memberikan kebebasan kepada mahasiswa untuk memilih bidang magang serta instansi penyedia magang. Namun dalam penerapannya bidang magang yang dipilih belum sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki mahasiswa. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan K-Means Clustering dalam menentukan bidang magang mahasiswa. Studi kasus yang diambil yaitu mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatik Universitas Papua. Kemampuan mahasiswa akan diukur berdasarkan nilai mata kuliah serta menerapkan metode K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan bidang magang mahasiswa. Setelah melakukan pengujian diperoleh nilai DBI terendah yaitu 0.203 dari nilai k=2. Cluster yang terbentuk dalam penelitian ini yaitu cluster_0 dengan 57 data nilai mahasiswa dan cluster_1 dengan 134 data nilai mahasiswa. Dengan metode K-Means Clustering berhasil menentukan bidang magang mahasiswa berdasarkan nilai mata kuliah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Sipadu application in the Manokwari Regency implemented by Civil Servants (PNS) to increase the administrative efficiency of absenteeism. Before the application came into action, absenteeism was controlled through attendance books or paper forms and everything took more time, then it was necessary to validate and adjust the data manually. The sheer volume of paper and equipment, managing, processing, and storing the attendance data also represented additional costs. The introduction of the Sipadu application shifted attendance recording from manual to automated system, so data entry and processing can be done in real time, paper and administrative equipment can be minimized, and the administrative process can be automated. According to the results of this study, attendance processing using the Sipadu application is faster, data accuracy is increased, and operational costs are reduced. Moreover, since there are automatic verifications in the application, the chances of repetition and tampering with data is reduced to keep the application transparent and reliable. Increasing employee satisfaction, as they are more focused on their activities no longer disturbed by absence input as a result of the benefits of implementing Sipadu linked with the attendance system that are efficient and transparent. This research shows that the Sipadu application as information technology solves the problems of absenteeism administration and public sector efficiency.

Abstract

The hymn of praise Seruling Emas and Suara Gembira is one of the hymns or songs used by Christians, specifically in the GKI Church throughout Papua, including the congregation of GKI Maranatha Biak, in the worship process. However, the system of using hymn books/papers is still ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, this research aims to develop a practical, effective, and efficient hymn application for the congregation, which helps facilitate information delivery and saves costs in creating or text of joyous sound songs. The methods of data collection include observation, interviews, and literature studies. The application development uses the waterfall method or model, through stages of analysis, design, implementation using the Flutter Framework, and testing. The result is an Android-based application "Kidung Pujian Seruling Emas dan Suara Gembira" successfully created using the Flutter Framework. This application has a menu featuring a list of songs with several features including text/lyrics and instrumental audio. The application testing is done using the BlackBox method, and the results of the testing show good results, meeting the specified specifications, and expected to help the congregation obtain accurate information.

Abstract

This research discusses designing a website-based information system using the CodeIgniter Framework. The aim of this research is to optimize district information management, increase open access to information for the community, and speed up the data management process at the district level. The research methodology involves requirements analysis, system design, implementation using CodeIgniter, and system performance evaluation. A needs analysis is carried out to identify the information needed by the community, district government and other related parties. With the results of this analysis, system design was carried out by utilizing the features provided by the CodeIgniter Framework, such as model-view-controller (MVC) to separate application logic and display. CodeIgniter's advantages in database management and ease of web application development are the main focus in developing this system. The user interface is designed to be responsive and easy for users to use. Designing a website-based district information system using the CodeIgniter Framework can make a positive contribution in increasing the efficiency of district information management, providing better accessibility to the community, and supporting transparency and accountability of district governments in data and information management.

Abstract

The library is part of a learning resource for students at the Department of Physics, University of Papua. Because it makes it easier for students to find information or knowledge through the library. With the development of technology, humans think about being able to work more effectively and efficiently, one of which is to make computerized systems and systems. This study aims to create a Library Information system at the Department of Physics, University of Papua in terms of book search, book data collection, member data collection, borrowers and book returns. The method used in designing library information systems is the RAD model, as well as using PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), MySQL database server and using CodeIgniter Framework. The result of this research is a web-based library information system application that has transaction features, making it easier to collect data on borrowing and returning books, and will improve performance and make it easier to manage book data

Abstract

Current technology has become a crucial part of an institution or company to help accelerate processes and minimize human errors. The General Election Commission (KPU) of South Manokwari Regency in West Papua Province, specifically, has not yet fully implemented leave permissions as stipulated in labor regulations for its employees, especially those bound by annual contracts. Similarly, the issuance of official travel orders (SPPD) for employees is hampered by administrative workforce issues, resulting in delays in the issuance of SPPDs as permits to leave the location for other out-of-town work. The Web-Based Application for Issuing SPPD and Leave Permits is created using the CodeIgniter framework, all of which are free licensed applications. With the design and development of this system and application, it is expected to maximize work time effectively by better controlling the leave of specialist service personnel and more efficiently managing business trips

Abstract

Improving the quality of road infrastructure is one of the main priorities in regional development, especially in ensuring the comfort and safety of road users. Road damage that is not immediately repaired can disrupt community activities and increase the risk of accidents, ranging from potholes to serious damage. Therefore, a system is needed to report and receive road damage. Therefore, the author designed and built a website-based road repair complaint information system using the Laravel framework and MYSQL database. With this system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the public to report road damage in real-time and assist relevant agencies in managing and authenticating reports quickly and transparently.

Abstract

Rapidly developing information technology has given rise to many facilities to facilitate people's activities in their daily lives. Therefore, several public service agencies have begun to develop information technology to manage and serve the public to be more efficient and effective, one of which is the Immigration office releasing the M-passport application for making passports online. so it is necessary to examine user satisfaction of the M-passport application. This study is a quantitative study using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method which is used to measure the level of satisfaction of M-passport application users. The results of the study of 20 respondents obtained a score of 62 with an Acceptability range entering the "marginal low" category, a grade scale entering the "Grade D" category and an adjective rating entering the "OK" category, where the M-passport application can be accepted but with a sufficient level of acceptance. And these results indicate that the M-passport application can also be accepted by its users and has been at the Average Usability Value standard that has been set.
