Abstract

The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK) is one of the Faculties at the University of Papua which has two majors namely, Aquatic Resources and Marine Sciences. Each department has a laboratory that can be rented by students, lecturers, and the general public. The large number of laboratory equipment often makes it difficult for laboratory managers to arrange loan data and return laboratory equipment. Most of the borrowing data is filed in the form of files which might be damaged if a disaster occurs, besides that the means to promote laboratory equipment rental services for the general public are still manual, by placing advertisements placed on the FPIK Walls, which are generally can be seen by students in the Faculty. Based on this condition, an application for leasing laboratory equipment was made in FPIK using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 and PHP Mysql. With the existence of this application it can help each process of borrowing and returning laboratory equipment more effectively. Some features contained in this application include member registration, registration of loan forms, return forms, tool data, and transaction lists.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Sipadu application in the Manokwari Regency implemented by Civil Servants (PNS) to increase the administrative efficiency of absenteeism. Before the application came into action, absenteeism was controlled through attendance books or paper forms and everything took more time, then it was necessary to validate and adjust the data manually. The sheer volume of paper and equipment, managing, processing, and storing the attendance data also represented additional costs. The introduction of the Sipadu application shifted attendance recording from manual to automated system, so data entry and processing can be done in real time, paper and administrative equipment can be minimized, and the administrative process can be automated. According to the results of this study, attendance processing using the Sipadu application is faster, data accuracy is increased, and operational costs are reduced. Moreover, since there are automatic verifications in the application, the chances of repetition and tampering with data is reduced to keep the application transparent and reliable. Increasing employee satisfaction, as they are more focused on their activities no longer disturbed by absence input as a result of the benefits of implementing Sipadu linked with the attendance system that are efficient and transparent. This research shows that the Sipadu application as information technology solves the problems of absenteeism administration and public sector efficiency.

Abstract

The development of technology in this world is very rapid and has spread to various aspects of life. Technology also makes it very easy for us to make our work easier, one of which is managing stock at a place of business. M Mart is a business place or place to shop for daily necessities, food and drinks, as well as equipment commonly used for household needs, which still uses manual methods for managing and storing stock, incoming goods, outgoing goods. This is felt to be less effective and inefficient, because in the process of processing and storing data on stock of goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods, this will result in ineffectiveness in data processing and storage. To overcome this problem, the company needs a form of information system, namely a web-based inventory application that can help in carrying out the work of work units in managing and storing data, especially regarding stock of goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods.

Abstract

Introduction to the campus environment for new students in carrying outPKKMB. At the time of Covid-19, many new students at the University ofPapua did online PKKMB without being familiar with the environment andthe faculty building for new students, whereas after the Covid-19 outbreaksubsided there were still students who did not know the faculty building. Byusing virtual reality tour technology, which can be accessed via smartphone,new students can familiarize themselves with the campus environment whendoing PKKMB, where new students can get to know the new environment verywell and know the location of each faculty building where they will study.Therefore, the author wants to create an application that can help newstudents at the University of Papua in getting to know the campusenvironment. The author conducted research with the title "Creating a 360Virtual Tour Application as a Media for Introducing the Campus Environmentat the University of Papua Using Unity 3D Engine". This application displayspanoramic photos of the buildings and faculties of the University of Papua in360. Based on the research and testing that has been carried out, thisapplication can run well using black box testing. And we hope that thisapplication can help new students when doing PKKMB.

Abstract

Warmare Community Health Center is a public health service institution expected to provide optimal services to the community. One important aspect of delivering health services is drug stock management. Currently, the processing and storage of drug data at Warmare Community Health Center are done manually. Manual processing of drug data has several drawbacks: it is less effective and efficient in managing drugs, and the data is at risk of being damaged or lost. The author has taken the initiative to create a web-based application for managing the entry and exit of drugs at Warmare Community Health Center using the CodeIgniter framework. The implementation of this drug management application aims to address the issues faced by Warmare Community Health Center. The application for managing drug entries and exits is developed using the Waterfall method and the CodeIgniter framework. The result is a successful development of a drug data management application for incoming and outgoing drugs at Warmare Community Health Center, designed to manage drug data available at the health center. This application provides drug management services, including drug stock data, incoming drug data, outgoing drug data, and drug data report printing.

Abstract

TOKO AMI IT & CREATIVE is a store located at Sp7 Kampung Sumberboga, Masni District. TOKO AMI IT & CREATIVE itself is a business store that runs an office stationery (ATK) and printing business. At this time, many people have problems managing stock inventory, which is one of the most important things for a business field such as a store. If an item is not properly inventoried, it can cause problems such as inconsistency in the stock of available goods, loss of data on goods owned, long search for item data, a lot of time consuming when managing data, and losses. Therefore, this research aims to assist business processes in TOKO AMI IT & CREATIVE in building web-based applications. The system development methods used are the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Prototype, because this development process has the stages needed in its development.

Abstract

Rapidly developing information technology has given rise to many facilities to facilitate people's activities in their daily lives. Therefore, several public service agencies have begun to develop information technology to manage and serve the public to be more efficient and effective, one of which is the Immigration office releasing the M-passport application for making passports online. so it is necessary to examine user satisfaction of the M-passport application. This study is a quantitative study using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method which is used to measure the level of satisfaction of M-passport application users. The results of the study of 20 respondents obtained a score of 62 with an Acceptability range entering the "marginal low" category, a grade scale entering the "Grade D" category and an adjective rating entering the "OK" category, where the M-passport application can be accepted but with a sufficient level of acceptance. And these results indicate that the M-passport application can also be accepted by its users and has been at the Average Usability Value standard that has been set.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kualitas situs web Sistem Informasi Manajemen Universitas Papua (Sim UNIPA) dari perspektif pengguna dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4. 0. Metode ini menilai kualitas situs web melalui tiga aspek utama, yaitu kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas interaksi layanan, dengan kepuasan pengguna sebagai variabel yang diukur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 150 mahasiswa aktif di Universitas Papua. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemudahan penggunaan dan kualitas interaksi layanan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, sedangkan kualitas informasi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R-Square) sebesar 0,525 menunjukkan bahwa model ini dapat menjelaskan 52,5% variasi dalam kepuasan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas situs web harus difokuskan pada aspek interaksi layanan dan kemudahan penggunaan, serta didukung dengan perbaikan terhadap kualitas informasi agar lebih akurat dan terkini.

Abstract

Program bantuan sosial pendidikan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni merupakan upaya strategis dalam memperluas akses pendidikan tinggi bagi mahasiswa asal daerah. Penelitian ini membangun model klasifikasi sentimen berbasis algoritma Multinomial Naive Bayes untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa penerima bantuan. Sebanyak 442 data komentar diperoleh melalui kuesioner Google Form, diproses melalui tahapan preprocessing (case folding, stopword removal, tokenisasi, dan stemming), serta direpresentasikan menggunakan Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) dengan pendekatan bigram. Pembagian data dilakukan dengan rasio 80:20 dan ketidakseimbangan kelas diatasi menggunakan Random Oversampling. Optimasi parameter alpha dilakukan melalui Grid Search dengan 5-Fold Cross Validation menghasilkan nilai alpha terbaik 0,1. Model mencapai akurasi 85,39%, precision rata-rata tertimbang 84%, recall 85%, dan F1-Score 83%. Distribusi sentimen menunjukkan 79,0% positif, 14,7% netral, dan 6,3% negatif, mengindikasikan program secara umum dinilai bermanfaat oleh mahasiswa.
