Wotgalih Village, Yosowilangun Subdistrict, Lumajang Regency is a coastal village with significant potential in Terasi Reket, a processed rebon shrimp product that has become a distinctive local commodity. However, reliance on a single type of processed product has prevented the added value of local fishery resources from developing optimally, both in terms of product variation and year-round production stability. In response, the Community Service Program (KKN) team of Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Widya Gama Lumajang carried out a product diversification program in the form of rebon shrimp powdered broth as a natural flavoring, in collaboration with the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) UD Libas. The activity was carried out through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation, covering product formulation trials, production practice, packaging and label development, as well as assistance in digital marketing and simple bookkeeping for the MSME. The results show that the rebon shrimp powdered broth product was successfully developed with a distinctive savory flavor different from the previous product, has been packaged and given an attractive label, and has been handed over to UD Libas to be marketed independently. This program proved to provide economic added value for the MSME actor in Wotgalih Village, while also serving as a model for local-potential-based fishery product diversification that can potentially be replicated in other coastal villages with similar characteristics.
