Abstract

Indonesia?s economic growth can no longer depends on internal trade only but needs to depend on the export and import with the global market, thus macroeconomic influence towards export and import needs further research.Thus, this research focuses on the effect of multiple macroeconomic variables which are the rate of loans, money supply, inflation and consumer price index towards export and import in Indonesia. The data used in this research are secondary data acquired from BPS, BI and the Ministry of Trade during the periode of 2012-2018, which are analyzed using the classic assumption tests (normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test) followed by the multiple regression analysis. Based on the F test we concluded that all the dependent variables are simultaneously effecting both import and export, while the T test shows that only the Consumer Price Index does not have any effect towards both import and export  while the other variables effect both import and export, this signifies that Consumer Price Index does not need to be considered in analyzing and forecasting of both import and export.

Abstract

The Indonesia Composite Index (ICI) serves as a tool to measure and compare stock price movements in the capital market. The purpose of the research is to analyze the impact of the Operational Efficiency, Net Interest Margin, and Non-Performing Loan Ratios on Bank BCA, BRI, and Bank Mandiri as independent variables. Data used in this research was taken from the Financial Services Authority. The result from the F test shows a significant relationship in Operational Efficiency, Net Interest Margin, and Non-Performing Loan on the Bank BCA, BRI, and Mandiri towards the Indonesia Composite Index. Meanwhile, the t-test shows a significant relationship between Non-Performing Loan on the Bank BCA, Net Interest Margin on the Bank BRI, and all variables on the Bank Mandiri to Indonesia Composite Index. Based on Adjusted R Square; Operational Efficiency Ratio, Net Interest Margin, and Non-Performing Loan towards to Indonesia Composite Index is 88% while the rest of it 12% were influenced by other factors

Abstract

ABSTRAKPT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. merupakan Bank BUMN yang memiliki tingkat aset tertinggi sedangkan dari Bank Swasta yang memiliki aset tertinggi adalah PT. BCA Tbk. Kedua bank tersebut memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam mengelola kinerja keuangannya, untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan alat ukur yang dapat digunakan adalah rasio keuangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa perbandingan kinerja keuangan PT. BCA Tbk. dengan PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. menggunakan rasio keuangan periode 2010 – 2015. Data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari annual report BEI, annual report PT. BCA Tbk. dan annual report PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. periode 2010 - 2015. Berdasarkan seluruh kinerja keuangan yang di analisis meliputi enam rasio keuangan yang diukur yaitu LDR, DER, ROE, ROA, EPOTI dan PER, terlihat bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. BCA Tbk. sangat mendominasi secara keseluruhan dibandingkan PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. BCA Tbk. jauh lebih baik dibandingan PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Pengujian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji One-Way ANOVA secara parsial dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata – rata kinerja keuangan, dari perusahaan tersebut berdasarkan ROA, EPOTI dan PER. Sedangkan secara simultan, hasil uji statistik dalam penelitian ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan kinerja keuangan antara kedua perusahaan tersebut. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembentukan portofolio yang terdiri dari kedua jenis saham tersebut memberikan hasil optimal mengingat kedua saham tersebut memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dilihat dari kinerja keuangannya. Kata Kunci : Rasio Keuangan Bank, Analisa Perbandingan, Kinerja Keuangan.  ABSTRACTPT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. is a state-owned bank, which has the highest asset level while the private banks that have the highest asset is PT. BCA Tbk. Both banks have advantages and disadvantages in managing financial performance, to measure the financial performance measurement tool that can be used is the financial ratios. The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparative financial performance. PT. BCA Tbk. with PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. using financial ratios period 2010 - 2015. The data used in this research is secondary data that take from BEI annual report, annual report PT. BCA Tbk. and the annual report of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. the period 2010 - 2015. Based on the all financial performance in the analysis covered six financial ratios are measured LDR, DER, ROE, ROA, EPOTI and PER, it appears that the financial performance. PT. BCA Tbk. dominates than PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. so it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. BCA Tbk. Better, compared to the PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Tests were performed using One-Way ANOVA test can be partially seen that there are differences in the average financial performance of the company based on the ROA, EPOTI and PER. While simultaneously, the results of statistical tests in this study showed a difference in financial performance between those two companies. These results indicate that the establishment of a portfolio consisting of both types of shares that will provide optimal results considering both these stocks have a different characteristic views of its financial performance. Keywords: Bank Financial Ratio, Comparative Analysis, Financial Performance

Abstract

Consumer Price Index (CPI) is an index number indicates the price level of commodity and services must be purchase by consumers inone period. The purpose of the research is to analyze macroeconomics impact to CPI on variable Interest Rate of Credit, Money Supply, USD Exchange Rate, and Inflation as variables. Data used in this research was taken from Central Statistics Agency Indonesia and The Central Bank of The Republic of Indonesia. The result from F test shows significant relationship in Interest Rate of Credit, Money Supply, USD Exchange Rate, and Inflation to CPI. Meanwhile t test shows there is no significant relationship between Money Supply and USD Exchange Rate to CPI, while significant relationship Interest Rate of Credit and Inflation to CPI. Based on Adjuted R Square; Interest Rate of Credit, Money Supply, USD Exchange Rate, and Inflation towards to CPI is 65.6% while the rest of it 34.4% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Banking, especially commercial banks is at the core of the financial system of each country. The Bank is a financial institution that becomes a venue for companies, agencies - government and private entities, and individuals to save funds - funds. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (BBRI) and PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. (BMRI) are the two giant banking companies that excel and consistently dominate the banking industry in Indonesia, but in order to assess whether or not a bank is not only seen from the value of its assets, one of the tools that can be used to assess banks are financial ratios. The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparative financial performance. Bank Mandiri Tbk. with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. using financial ratios period 2011-2015.This study uses secondary data, in the form of annual financial statements of banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011 - 2015. Of the total financial performance analyzed include four ratios measured, namely EPS, PER, PBV and DER seen that the financial performance. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. dominates overall than PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Tests were performed using one-way ANOVA test can be partially seen that there are differences in the average financial performance of the two companies is based on PER. But simultaneously, the statistics on the test results of this study show the difference in financial performance between the two companies. These results indicate that the establishment of a portfolio consisting of both types of shares that will provide optimal results considering both these stocks have a different characteristic views of its financial performance.

Abstract

BUMN bank is a groups the most influential banks in the Indonesian banking industry. fourth the BUMN Bank namely BRI, Mandiri, BNI, and BTN successively is the largest bank number one, two, four, and Six of a total of 118 banks in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparisons financial performance BUMN banking consisting of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk and PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk period 2010 - 2015 using financial ratios. This research is using secondary data, namely in the form of annual financial statements of companies banking BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010 - 2015. Based on the financial performance analyzed include four ratios as measured, this is EPS, PER, PBV and DER, seen that the financial performance PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk are very dominating and better when compared with PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Testing were performed using One-Way ANOVA test in partially seen that there are differences in the average financial performance of the four companies based EPS, PBV and DER. Whereas in simultaneous, Statistical test results in this study shows the difference in financial performance between the four companies. This result indicates that the portfolio formation that consists of four types of shares will delivers optimal yield considering the fourth these stocks have a different characteristic views of its financial performance. Keywords : Financial Performance, EPS, PER, PBV and DER.

Abstract

ABSTRACT - PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. are the two banks that consistently hold the largest assets in Indonesia, for the community, especially the business people, of course these two banks are an attraction to invest their funds. Before entrusting the funds, it is important for the public to know which bank performs best before entrusting the funds. This study aims to compare the financial performance between PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. the period of 2013-2017 measured in the financial ratios of LDR (X1), ROA (X2), ROE (X3), BOPO (X4), CAR (X5) and DER (X6) using One Way Anova test at the 5% or 0.05 significance level. The results of this study based on the value of each ratio, the financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. is superior to PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. if measured using ROA (X2), ROE (X3), CAR (X5), but PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. has a higher risk in managing its operational expenses to its revenue and liquidity management because the credit value is greater than its liquidity value. Based on the One Way Anova test simultaneously in this study it can be concluded that there are significant financial performance differences between PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk., while based on One Way Anova test partially in this research can be concluded that ROA (X2) has difference of financial performance with significance value 0.009 <0.05.Keywords: Financial Ratios, Financial Performance Comparisons

Abstract

Indeks Harga Saham Gabugan (IHSG) merupakan salah satu faktor pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh variabel Ekspor, Impor, Inflasi dan Kurs Tengah USD Terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari Kementerian Perdagangan, Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Ekspor, Impor, Inflasi dan Kurs Tengah USD terhadap IHSG. Sementara, pada uji t menunjukkan variabel Inflasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap IHSG, namun pada variabel Ekspor, Impor dan Kurs Tengah USD tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap IHSG. Berdasarkan hasil Adjusted R Square, variabel Ekspor, Impor, Inflasi dan Kurs Tengah USD mempengaruhi IHSG sebesar 56.4% sementara sisanya 43.6% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model.
