Abstract

A large population is an asset for a nation in improving its quality of life. However, the rate of population growth that is not matched by increases in other fields, such as the economy and other fields, results in the narrowing of employment opportunities which in turn will increase the number of unemployed. In connection with the narrowness of employment opportunities and the large number of unemployed, one of the solutions offered is to provide materials, motivation and skills to high school students. The young generation since school was given lessons, skills about entrepreneurship so that when they graduate from school, they will not only think about applying for jobs or working for other people or companies, but also thinking about how to create jobs. The method used in this Community Service is to provide knowledge, share experiences and provide motivation about entrepreneurship. To increase the life skills of SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Ciputat students, during this PKM activity, the practice of making food that is easy, tastes good and is liked by many people is also carried out. In addition, they are also taught how to properly package food, in order to increase the selling value of the food. This activity is carried out in accordance with health protocols. The results of this Community Service activity showed increased knowledge, insight, motivation experience of SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Ciputat students. In addition, it was seen that was enthusiasm from SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Ciputat students to practice making food that had been taught.

Abstract

A large population is an asset for a nation in improving its quality of life. However, the rate of population growth that is not matched by an increase in quality can cause problems in the future. With regard to improving human resources, one of the parties who play an important role is the teacher. So that teachers can provide teaching in accordance with the development of the era that is developing rapidly as it is today, one of the solutions offered is to provide materials, motivation and experience to the teachers of the Al Mukhlisin Peduli Ummah Foundation. The method used in this Community Service is to provide knowledge, share experiences and provide motivation on how to improve the quality of teachers so that they can adapt to the rapid development of the times. So that what is taught by the teacher is more interesting and can improve the quality of the students he teaches. This activity is carried out while still complying with the Health protocol. The results of this Community Service activity show an increase in the knowledge, insight, motivation and experience of the teachers of the Al Mukhlisin Pndok Petir Depok Foundation. And will hold further cooperation in the field of Education to improve the quality of human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy and debt policy on firm value. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk in 2010-2019. The samples in this study are financial statements, income statements notes to financial statements, and stock price reports. The results of the study show that dividend policy has a significant effect on firm value where the value of t count |-2.453| > t table 2.365 and sig value 0.044 < 0.05 and debt policy affects the firm value where the value of t count |-3.821| > t table 2.36462 and sig value 0.007 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously dividend policy and debt policy have a significant effect on firm value with a value of F count 7.967> F table 4.74 with a sig value of 0.016 <0.05. an adjusted R Square value of 60.8% means that the value of the company is influenced by the independent variable and the remaining 39.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

It is undeniable that the Covid-19 pandemic has hampered the economy in Indonesia since almost two years ago. In 2020, most industries in Indonesia experienced a significant decline in sales. In addition, Indonesia is also projected to experience the slowest economic recovery process compared to other developing Asian countries. In this case, family businesses in Indonesia are also affected. For this reason, anticipatory steps are needed to secure the continuity of the family business which is part of the strength of MSMEs in Indonesia. The method used in this Community Service is to provide knowledge, share experiences and provide motivation on how to manage household finances and do family business marketing digitally. This activity is carried out while adhering to the Health protocol. The results of this Community Service activity show an increase in knowledge, insight, and motivation for housewives at the Pesona Pamulang Pondok Petir Complex, South Tangerang. Next there will be further cooperation in finance and marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) on stock return in manufacturing companies sub-sector cement industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2019 – 2023. This research was conducted using a quantitative analysis method. This study using panel data regression analysis calculate in Eviews 13 program. Results of study shows that partially Economic Value Added (EVA) on Stock Return with value t-value 1.188 with a positive direction of < ttable 2.048 and a significant value of 0.2475 > 0.05 which means that Economic Value Added does not have a significant effect on stock return especially in manufacturing companies-sub sector cement industry period 2019 - 2023. And partially Market Value Added (MVA) to the Return of Stocks with a calculated value of t-value -3.990 with a negative direction > ttable 2.048 and a significant value of 0.0006 < 0.05, This means that Market Value Added (MVA) has a significant effect on stock returns, especially in manufacturing companies-sub sector cement industry period the 2019 - 2023 period. And simultaneously (together) Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) have a significant effect on Stock Return with a calculated value of F-value 6.1407 with a positive direction > Ftable 2.510 and 0.0004 < 0,05. And also the result of the determination coefficient value (Adjusted R Square) of 0.553 or 55.3% and the remaining 44.7% was influenced by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine influence Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on financial performance in banking sector companies listed on the Indonesian for the period 2019 - 2024. The present study uses GCG variables, such the Board of Director, Independent Board of Commissioner, and Audit Committee for regression analysis using Return on Assets (ROA) ratio as financial performance. The empirical findings indicate with significance level on 0,05 that the Board of Directors negative significant influence on ROA. In contrast, the Independent Board of Commissioners has positive insignificant and the Audit Committee exhibit negative insignificant individual influence on ROA. Nevertheless, the three governance variables jointly influence on ROA, with an adjusted R² of 69.2582%, suggesting that the proposed model contribute substantial proportion of the variation in banking financial performance.
