Abstract

The main problem, which is commonly faced is the concerns in running an entrepreneur and the lack of leadership spirit that grows in the student environment. We try to motivate and provide counseling that the spirit of leadership needs to be grown and nurtured early on, especially in entrepreneurship.  Let us not be afraid to start but seize the opportunities that exist accompanied by strong intentions. Strong desire can be the driving force of our start in entrepreneurship Is expected by providing counseling to improve the Spirit of Leadership of Muhammadiyah 8 High School students. Ciputat in the management of entrepreneurship planning can foster the spirit of leadership as well as this becomes the expected external with the implementation of this PkM.

Abstract

A large population is an asset for a nation in improving its quality of life. However, the rate of population growth that is not matched by an increase in quality can cause problems in the future. With regard to improving human resources, one of the parties who play an important role is the teacher. So that teachers can provide teaching in accordance with the development of the era that is developing rapidly as it is today, one of the solutions offered is to provide materials, motivation and experience to the teachers of the Al Mukhlisin Peduli Ummah Foundation. The method used in this Community Service is to provide knowledge, share experiences and provide motivation on how to improve the quality of teachers so that they can adapt to the rapid development of the times. So that what is taught by the teacher is more interesting and can improve the quality of the students he teaches. This activity is carried out while still complying with the Health protocol. The results of this Community Service activity show an increase in the knowledge, insight, motivation and experience of the teachers of the Al Mukhlisin Pndok Petir Depok Foundation. And will hold further cooperation in the field of Education to improve the quality of human resources.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT Bogor Samudra Media Bogor West Java. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data collection method used was a questionnaire; the sample used in this research was 50 respondents. Multiple linear regression data analysis using the SPSS version 26 program and partial hypothesis testing results show that work discipline significantly affects employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously, work discipline and the work environment significantly affect employee performance. Determination shows that the work discipline and environment variables influence 86.2% of employee performance. In comparison, the remaining 13.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of human relations and the physical work environment on the work ethic of warehouse employees at PT. Talkindo Selaksa Anugrah, South Tangerang. The study focuses on a population comprising 62 employees in the warehouse department, using a saturated sampling technique where the entire population serves as the sample. This ensures comprehensive representation of the targeted group for reliable results. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing an associative method to examine the relationships between variables. Data collection was conducted through structured questionnaires designed with a Likert scale to measure respondents’ agreement levels with various statements related to human relations, physical work environment, and work ethic. The study incorporates both primary data, obtained directly from respondents, and secondary data, sourced from relevant literature. Results indicate that both human relations and the physical work environment significantly and positively affect work ethic, both individually and collectively. This study highlights the critical role of fostering interpersonal relationships and maintaining a supportive physical environment in enhancing employee motivation, satisfaction, and overall productivity.
