Abstract

Computer Science innovation plays a major role in everyday life-changing and enriching human interaction, communication, and social transactions. Currently, the fourth wave of computational innovation is underway relating to spatial (mapping), immersive technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR). Metaverse is a new interface that is expected to be used to perform all kinds of human-computer interactions. Bank BRI and Bank Mandiri are conventional banks that are starting to enter the metaverse ecosystem. Of the features that have been provided by BSI, there are no features related to the metaverse. From the search that the author did from various sources,untill now there has been no Islamic bank in Indonesia that has begun to penetrate the world of the metaverse. In this article, the focus of the discussion is on the metaverse application that can be used for virtual branch offices of Islamic banks. With the virtual branch in Metaverse, of course, it is hoped that it can be a new, fun journey for customers while at the same time being able to reach a wider community to carry out various digital transaction services as well as better customer service in the future. Spatial is one of the most worthy metaverse applications for the banking world, including Islamic banks. Spatial application provides features that can serve customers in the metaverse realm at a low cost. Spatial empowers users to take advantage of beautiful privacy spaces to share engaging content, build close-knit communities, and drive meaningful sales of creative works and products. Keywords: Augmented Reality, Metaverse, Islamic banking, Virtual Branch, Spatial.

Abstract

Sekretariat Daerah merupakan lembaga pemerintah daerah dibawah bupati yang terdiri dari beberapa bagian, salah satunya bagian hukum. Bantuan Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia yang berupa penyelesaian sengketa hukum, pemberian bantuan dan perlindungan hukum merupakan salah satu tugas pokok bagian hukum. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk melatih para perangkat desa dalam menggunakan aplikasi bantuan hukum. Aplikasi tersebut dibuat untuk mengatasi permasalahan konsultasi dan bantuan hukum yang dialami oleh Kab. Kotawaringin Timur (Kotim) yang memiliki 168 desa dan 17 Kecamatan. Kendala jarak tempuh yang jauh menjadi alasan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan membuatkan aplikasi website yang dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan konsultasi dan bantuan hukum oleh bagian hukum selaku mitra kegiatan ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini   terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pasca pelaksanaan. Persiapan dimulai tanggal 21 Juni 2022, dengan adanya permohonan dari Kepala Bagian Hukum. Pembuatan aplikasi dapat diselesaikan dalam sebulan (tanggal 21 Juli 2022). Untuk pelatihan penggunakan aplikasi dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Juli 2022.  Hasil yang didapatkan pada pengabdian ini adalah terealisasinya aplikasi website yang dapat digunakan oleh kepala desa dan perangkat desa di kabupaten-kabupaten Kotim dalam upaya untuk memudahkan konsultasi dan bantuan hukum. Aplikasi yang dibuat sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan dan diharapkan dapat digunakan dengan baik oleh para perangkat desa.The Regional Secretariat is a regional government institution under the district head which consists of several sections, including the legal section. Legal aid and human rights in the form of legal dispute resolution, provision of legal assistance and protection is one of the main tasks of the legal department. This service aims to train village officials in using legal aid applications. The application was made to overcome the problems of consultation and legal assistance experienced by Kab. East Kotawaringin (Kotim) has 168 villages and 17 districts. Long-distance constraints are the reason for this community service to be carried out. This community service is carried out by developing a website application that can be used for consulting and legal assistance activities by the legal department as the partner of this activity. The method used in this community service includes three stages: preparation, implementation and post-implementation. Preparations began on June 21, 2022, with a request from the Head of the Legal Department. The developing application can be completed in a month (21 July 2022). Training for using the application was held on July 29, 2022. The results obtained in this service were the realization of a website application that village heads and village officials could use in the Kotim districts to facilitate consultation and legal assistance. The application is in accordance with the provisions and is expected to be used properly by village officials.
