Abstract

Sumedang Regency is a natural, historical and cultural tourist destination. There are still many tourism potentials that have not been built and developed optimally. The natural resources of the Sumedang regency in rivers can be used as unique interest tourism resources, namely rafting. These resources can support the vision and mission of tourism in Sumedang regency who want to build their territory as a natural, historical and cultural tourism destination and special interests that are well known both nationally and internationally. To find out the potential of research conducted with the title Of Analysis of Tourism Product Potential in Sumedang Regency. The method of research conducted is qualitative. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, documentation and library studies. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive. The results showed that, especially in the Cipeles river, Citepok village could develop rafting tourism products. The unique attraction of the Cipeles river is that the river flow is in grade 2 rafting path and a line flanked by beautiful rock cliffs. Tourist facilities such as inns and restaurants are adequate. Additional services such as financial, security, health and rafting services are available around Citepok village.

Abstract

The development of community-based tourism is an alternative approach to improving the welfare of a community. Based on this concept, community service activities are carried out to strengthen tourism management competencies for the community in the Sawarna Beach Area. The activities are carried out using off-site and on-site concepts through the application of training modules and workshops on the preparation of an electronic catalog. Pokdarwis Tanjung Layar as a partner for community service activities shows full support in the form of participating in all series of activities and providing input on packaging thematic tour packages. The results of this activity are in the form of 5 (five) electronic catalogs regarding the theme of tourism products in the Sawarna Beach Tourism Area, namely adventure, culture, nature, fishing and geoparks. This community service activity is expected to be followed up by tourism actors in the Sawarna Beach Tourism Area in order to sharpen and expand the benefits of the activities that have been carried out.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze and describe the NPF and FDR ratio of Bank Muamalat Indonesia between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is quantitative with research data in the form of secondary data. The data were collected using the documentation method and analyzed using the descriptive statistic and independent sample t-test. The results of the study state that the NPF and FDR value of Bank Muamalat Indonesia was differ between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, although not statistically significant. The difference in terms of NPF indicates that the financing risk faced by Bank Muamalat Indonesia during the pandemic period is greater. The difference in terms of FDR indicates the existence of prudence from banks in distributing financing to the public because the business situation is not conducive during the Covid-19 pandemic.
