Abstract

The purpose of the training is (a) it is hoped that PJOK teachers will understand the latest physical education paradigm and the learning process. (b) After actively participating in training activities, it is hoped that elementary school PJOK teachers will gain theoretical and practical experience regarding PIKEM learning in physical education through play models and modification of learning facilities so that they can be applied and developed in their respective schools. This community service method is carried out by providing training to teachers regarding active, innovative, and fun PJOK learning and making PJOK learning media by modifying fun learning infrastructure tools and game models so that children don't get bored and bored quickly. The results of this service, the free test ability level was found that 50% of PJOK teachers' knowledge related to theory and practice of Physical Education learning was classified as low category, while after being given training, 83% post test results were classified as high category. Effective and Fun (PAIKEM) Physical Education Based on the 2013 Curriculum and teachers can innovate in physical education learning. And they promised to start carrying out motivation and fun learning after receiving this counseling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru reguler dalam mengajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SMP Negeri 7 Samarinda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh guru yang mengajar di SMP Negeri 7 Samarinda dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 49 guru. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket.. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan persentase, dan bantuan SPSS Versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang telah dilakukan peneliti, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar guru di SMP Negeri 7 Samarinda sudah cukup siap dalam mengajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus, dengan frekuensi 37 orang pada kategori siap dan 8 orang belum siap. Hasil ini merupakan hal yang baik mengingat guru yang mengajar bukan berasal dari latar belakang Pendidikan Luar Biasa melainkan lulusan bidang pendidikan secara umum namun telah berusaha memenuhi hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kesiapan mengajar anak berkebutuhan khusus yang berada di SMP Negeri 7 Samarinda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh bagaimana motivasi mahasiswa dalam upaya meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani angkatan 2019 Universitas Mulawarman. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2022 yang terdiri dari kelas A dan B dengan jumlah mahasiswa 53 orang, yang beralamat dijalan kampus Gunung Kelua, Muara Pahu.teknik Probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik non tes dengan menggunakan kuesioner(angket). Untuk Mengetahui seberapa besar motivasi mahasiswa dalam upaya meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh. Skala pengukuran mengunakan Skala likert Mahmud (2011:181) Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa rata-rata Motivasi Mahasiswa Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Daya Tahan Tubuh Dengan Berolahraga Di Rumah Pada Mahasiswa Penjas Angkatan 2019 dalam kategori sedang. dengan hasil data dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 4 mahasiswa atau 7,50%, kategori tinggi sebanyak 12 mahasiswa atau 22,60%, kategori sedang sebanyak 18 mahasiswa atau 34,00%, kategori kurang sebanyak 16 mahasiswa atau 30,20%, dan sangat kurang sebanyak 3 atau 5,70%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi Mahasiswa Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Daya Tahan Tubuh Dengan Berolahraga Di Rumah Pada Mahasiswa Penjas Angkatan 2019 dalam kategori sedang. walaupun sarana dan prasarana belum mendukung.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide students with understanding and skills related to the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) on the Theme of Local Wisdom in Traditional Sports for SKOI East Kalimantan Students. The advantage of this activity is completing school programs related to P5 in the independent curriculum. The method used is 1) Preparatory stage, preparing material from guidelines, PPT and Project Module Strengthening Pancasila P5 Student Profile, 2) Implementation stage, delivery of material and demonstrations related to traditional sports games, 3) Evaluation stage, sharing or discussion of values and students' understanding in implementing the socialization of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The results of the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) were in the good and responsive category, meaning that there was an understanding of students about the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). Meanwhile, students looked very enthusiastic in paying attention to the explanations conveyed by the service team with a positive response and were not ashamed ask if there is a misunderstanding in the service team's explanation. Students are very enthusiastic in terms of listening to traditional sports, which are media for introducing local wisdom values such as game sports, stilts, Bakiak, Asin Naga/Gobak Sodor, and Gasing and the monitoring results of the service team, as a whole the students have done the task given quite well. This can be seen from the results of understanding and demonstrating items from all types of traditional game sports

Abstract

This study aims to analyze static balance in students of SDN 004 Samarinda Ilir. Static balance is the ability to maintain a stable body position while standing or standing still. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. Determination of the subject of this study using saturated sampling method by involving all grade 2 students at SDN 004 Samarinda Ilir, namely 30 students. Measurement of static balance using the stork stand test. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the ability of static balance in grade 2 students of SDN 004 Samarinda Ilir has a good static balance, namely 70% with an average duration of 20 seconds and there are 30% of students who get a shorter duration with an average of 13 seconds so that it falls into the category of less. So it can be concluded that the ability of static balance in grade 2 students at SDN 004 Samarinda Ilir is in the good category.
