Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of Home Industry Strategies for Tapis Fabric Craftsmen in Improving Family Economic Welfare in Komering Putih Village, Central Lampung. This study uses qualitative research. Data obtained from the results of interviews and documentation observations. The technique used is data analysis in three steps, namely, data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy in the home industry of filter cloth craftsmen uses a marketing strategy with sales through offline and online media. The income in the home industry of this filter cloth craftsman continues to increase every month because orders for filter cloth always increase.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence accounting students on career choices. The population in this study were undergraduate accounting students who are currently or have completed their thesis final assignments with a population of 74 students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from research subjects in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale data measurement tool. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and was performed with the help of IBM SPSS Version 25.0. The results showed that all factors that influence student career choices, namely work environment, professional training, social values, personality, job intrinsic values, job market considerations and professional recognition have a significant effect on student career choices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether non-financial compensation and financialcompensation have a partial or simultaneous influence on the performance of employees atthe West Coast Samsat Office. The research method uses a quantitative approach throughobservation and distribution of questionnaires and is processed with the SPSS version 25program. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling with sample calculations obtainedby 32 representative employees in filling out the questionnaire. The analysis tool usesmultiple regression with partial (t) and simultaneous (f) test decisions. The results of thestudy prove that non-financial compensation has an effect on employee performance, whilefinancial compensation has no effect on employee performance. Simultaneously both have aninfluence in improving employee performance.

Abstract

To find out whether market orientation affects business performance. To find out whether entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation affectbusiness performance. The sample of this study was culinary MSME actors in the Iring Mulyo Area of Metro City as many as 70 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires, and data analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, determination r2 test, and Statistical Hypothesis using the program (SPSS). The results showed that there is a positive influence of Entrepreneurship orientation on business performance, there is a positive influence of market orientation on business performance, and there is a positive influence of Entrepreneurship orientation and market orientation on business performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah, nisbah bagi hasil, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan menabung pada Koperasi Sejahtera Mandiri Syariah Kabupaten Pesawaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 25. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden yang merupakan nasabah baru KSMS pada periode 2022–2024, yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan perhitungan berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, literasi keuangan syariah, nisbah bagi hasil, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung nasabah. This study aims to analyze the influence of sharia financial literacy, profit sharing ratio, and service quality on saving decisions at the Sejahtera Mandiri Syariah Cooperative in Pesawaran Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression methods and processed using SPSS 25. The sample in this study was 97 respondents who were new KSMS customers in the 2022–2024 period, taken using purposive sampling techniques and calculations based on the Slovin formula. The results of the study show that partially and simultaneously, Islamic financial literacy, profit sharing ratio, and service quality have a significant effect on customer savings decisions.

Abstract

Competition between the personal care and cosmetics industry markets is increasinglycompetitive. This is proven by the many types of cosmetics in circulation, both domestic andforeign production. The flood of cosmetic products on the market influences a person'sattitude towards purchasing decisions and using goods. Purchasing a product is no longer tofulfill a need, but rather because of a desire. This research aims to find out whether there isan influence of Service Quality, Brand Image, and customer satisfaction on PurchasingDecisions. This method uses quantitative research. The population in this research arecustomers who subscribe to or have purchased products from the Beauty Clinic. In this study,non-probability sampling was used using a purposive sampling method. The number ofsamples that met the requirements for this study was 64 samples. The data collectiontechnique used was using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used includes validitytest, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test and multiple linearregression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 application. Service quality andcustomer satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at theCantika Beauty Clinic in Metro City. Meanwhile, Brand Image does not have a positive andsignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Cantika Beauty Clinic in Metro City
