Abstract

Kesadaran terhadap eksistensi budaya literasi mengalami masalah yang cukup signifikan dan krusial. Hal ini dikarenakan, masyarakat Indonesia mengalami miskonsepsi budaya literasi dan mempunyai pemikiran bahwa literasi hanya menjadi pemenuhan kurikulum semata. Menurut survei Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) dari Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke-62 dari 70 negara atau 10 negara terbawah dengan tingkat literasi yang rendah. Peringkat tersebut menegaskan bahwa Indonesia belum memberikan kontribusi yang baik terhadap upaya penguatan literasi. Lemahnya literasi juga dipengaruhi oleh keberadaan gadget selama pandemi Covid-19 karena anak-anak banyak menghabiskan waktunya untuk bermain secara online. Oleh karena itu, Panti Asuhan Cahaya Kasih Batam menjadi lokasi yang tepat untuk melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca individu karena terdapat 30 anak yatim piatu berusia 7-18 tahun yang aktif secara online. Adapun kegiatan PkM yang dilaksanakan yaitu pembuatan reading corner dengan memanfaatkan buku donasi masyarakat dan universitas, serta sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya budaya literasi yang disampaikan secara interaktif. Kegiatan tersebut bertujuan agar anak-anak memiliki ketertarikan terhadap buku sehingga berkeinginan untuk terus membaca dan mengembangkan budaya literasi. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode survei dan implementasi. Selain itu, hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa rak yang dipenuhi dengan buku donasi seperti buku tulis, buku motivasi, novel, cerita rakyat, hingga buku pelajaran sekolah. Dengan demikian, reading corner menjadi solusi sekaligus fasilitas yang bisa digunakan oleh anak-anak dalam menunjang kesuksesannya sebagai generasi utama dari gerakan literasi nasional

Abstract

Career management is an ongoing series of activities that must be prepared, developed, implemented and monitored by employees or Organizational involvement. The key to creating professional HR lies in recruiting, selecting, training, and developing employees. Therefore, in this study the authors wanted to examine HR analysis related to recruitment and career management. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research, which is carried out based on scientific objects. In this study, the data collected is secondary data. The researcher uses the Observation method, which is the act of analyzing, keeping detailed records of the observable changes that occur in the subjects studied. The author finds that HR Analytics can be used to make a significant difference in business, particularly in the manufacturing sector. These procedures can help businesses grow by reducing the impact of human fatigue on all aspects of business operations and enabling more effective data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

Provision of good working hours in accordance with standards must be maintained by businesses to fulfill all their goals, including the Indonesian manufacturing industry. The manufacturing industry in Indonesia must prioritize work standards, because these factors greatly affect a company's ability to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working hours and overtime on resource management with industrial relations, to analyze working hours to attract employees and to analyze the calculation of employee wages. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method in this study. The result of this research is that everyone involved in industrial relations must understand the rules of the game and other regulations that apply in Indonesia. In terms of working hours or overtime policies, developing the quality of human resources, absenteeism and leave policies, and salary increases that are in accordance with industry standards, can improve employee welfare and productivity and maintain competitiveness in a company.

Abstract

In this research will be found how the implementation of operational management carried out by PT. Indofood was able to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of its business processes, reduce waste, improve product quality and increase customer satisfaction. The only highly effective and effective way of improving operational performance is to organize and distribute goods or services according to reliable and efficient customer groups. PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. is a manufacturer of various types of food and beverages located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The method used in this research in collecting data is descriptive method by collecting internet searching data. This helps researchers in improving the data found. In this study the data analysis method used is a qualitative method. By using this method researchers can analyze existing events, then will be followed later with a collection of existing theories in the analysis.
