Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan survei, dapat diketahui bahwa permasalahan yang dialami Boston Resto yaitu penurunan omset hingga 50% atau kurang lebih 20 juta sejak tahun 2020. Hal Ini dikarenakan adanya penerapan sistem takeaway di Kabupaten Karimun dan faktor ekonomi masyarakat yang menurun. Dengan ini, kami memutuskan untuk melakukan pendetailan informasi umum mengenai Boston Resto, mengedit foto menu, membuat poster, dan caption menarik serta hashtag yang tepat untuk diunggah pada feeds, story, highlights dan biografi instagramnya guna untuk meningkat kembali minat konsumen dan juga omset yang telah turun sejak pandemi Covid-19. Selain itu, untuk lebih menarik perhatian para konsumen, kami memberikan saran kepada Boston Resto serta merancang kartu tukar hadiah untuk setiap pembelian diatas Rp 50.000 akan memperoleh sebuah stamp. Hasil dari implementasi kegiatan tersebut belum membawa perubahan besar pada peningkatan omset per harinya sehingga kami memikirkan alternatif lain yakni membantu Boston Resto membuat poster kartu tukar hadiah untuk diunggah pada feeds intagram mereka dan whatsapp bisnis. Hal ini telah membawa perubahan yang besar pada peningkatan omset per harinya. Namun, peningkatan ini akan lebih meningkat lagi apabila pihak Boston Resto maupun penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan kartu tukar hadiah dalam bentuk digital agar tidak dapat dimanipulasikan dan melakukan promosi berupa video singkat proses pemesanan hingga pengantaran makanan, proses memasak menu makanannya dengan memberikan sensasi rasa nikmat maupun lezat melalui media sosial lainnya seperti facebook, tiktok dan sebagainya. Hal ini dikarenakan, pada masa pandemi ini sangat banyak pengguna internet maka ini akan menjadi sebuah peluang untuk mempromosikan suatu usaha

Abstract

Batam's economic growth has decreased in recent years. As one of the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) areas that are very possible to attract investors from abroad to make Foreign Investments (PMA), Batam City should have great economic growth. With this, it encourages the author to conduct research in order to determine the factors causing the decline in economic growth in Batam City. Where to obtain information, we use descriptive quantitative methods. The information obtained can be seen that Foreign Investment (PMA) greatly affects the economic growth rate of Batam City. The decline in PMA, the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) also decreased. So that it can be one of the determining factors for the size of the UMR in Batam City. The decline in PMA is due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation and overlapping regulations between the two agencies, namely BP Batam and Pemko Batam. Therefore, the author would like to recommend in order to clarify the law (regulation) between BP Batam and Pemko Batam. So as not to cause inconvenience to investors due to overlapping regulations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku keuangan investor dalam keputusan investasi crypto. Faktor keuangan tersebut mencakup financial literacy, risk tolerance, experience regret, dan overconfidence. Pendekatan non-probability sampling digunakan untuk menentukan informan yang sesuai untuk mengumpulkan informasi dengan teknik wawancara. Penelitian ini dianalisis melalui metode hermeneutika-kritis, suatu metode intepretasi dan pemaknaan jawaban informan secara tertulis. Sejumlah 5 orang informan yang merupakan mahasiswa, dosen, dan finance kontraktor diwawancara dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif yang dilakukan, hasil studi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya financial literacy, risk tolerance, dan overconfidence akan mendorong perilaku investor untuk mengambil keputusan investasi crypto. Selain itu, faktor experience regret, di mana kebanyakan para investor crypto pernah mengalami pengalaman yang buruk, tetap tidak menutup kemungkinan para investor untuk melakukan keputusan investasi dalam crypto kembali.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis manajemen operasional pada PT Batam Plastik, seperti sistem pengelolaan, produksi, perencanaan, sumber daya, dan proses pengiriman produk. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggali permasalahan pada PT Batam Plastik. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap karyawan perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa proses operasional yang diterapkan oleh PT Batam Plastik masih belum maksimal, terlebih pada proses produksinya. Oleh karena itu, pengendalian dan pengelolaan produksi masih diperlukan untuk menjaga aktivitas operasional PT Batam Plastik.

Abstract

MSMEs have an essential economic role and contribute significantly to a country's GDP. Over time technology can be used to promote MSMEs by using social media for digital marketing. This study uses De'Sate as its object and a qualitative descriptive approach as its research method. Visits and interviews were carried out with De'Sate owners to obtain the required data. However, it is known that social media hasn’t been utilized optimally. Therefore, this research aims to maximize its digital marketing. Based on the research results, it is known that the business risks are limited employees and less extensive areas. In addition, this study also made changes to the logo, as the font used in the previous logo was less attractive. Next, changes are made to the menu, Instagram feeds and landing page, Google Business, WhatsApp Business catalog and description, auto greeting, quick reply, and away messages on WhatsApp and Facebook Page. A month after the changes, Pak Suryadi was satisfied with the content, and based on the insight of Instagram, performance link, and Google Business, it is known that De'Sate's social media is visited by many users, so it can be concluded that these MSMEs are becoming better known than before.

Abstract

Masyarakat harus memahami betapa pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan bagi pribadi masing-masing agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masa depan tanpa membebani generasi mendatang. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku manajemen keuangan personal para Gen Z Kota Batam. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis datanya adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Kuesioner disebar melalui Google Form dan diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat Gen Z Kota Batam yang lahir pada rentang tahun 1996 hingga 2012. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis yaitu PLS-SEM dan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS, maka diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel financial attitude dengan manajemen keuangan personal Gen Z Kota Batam, (2) variabel literasi keuangan dan locus of control memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap manajemen keuangan personal Gen Z Kota Batam.

Abstract

Good financial management has a very important role in the long-term success of a company. However, currently, there are still many companies that experience problems in terms of managing their company's finances, one of which is PT. Anak Rantau Riau. This company is a service and goods company engaged in sports, namely fitness and workout sports. PT. Anak Rantau Riau experienced problems in the form of differences between the money received in the company account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system and several times made payments twice for the same invoice. Seeing this, of course, there needs to be steps to follow up so that nothing like that happens in the future. To follow up on this, discussions with company employees were held to determine what platforms and techniques were suitable and easy to implement to overcome the company's problems. Then, followed by providing direction to employees regarding the utilization of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets as well as knowledge about the importance of even the smallest difference in money in finance. Finally, there will be an assessment of the results of the training. The result of the follow-up is that the problem of discrepancies between the money in the account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system can be minimized and there is no need to pay invoices twice for one invoice. Abstract

With advances in technology in the current era, technology can make it easier for MSMEs to record more accurate financial reports so they can continue to survive and adapt to various conditions. The purpose of the research conducted was to analyze the state of MSME De'Sate through internal control using the COSO framework and then to design an information system through the UML Class Diagram and UI Layout Form modeling. The research approach was used by conducting direct observations and interviews with De'Sate MSME owners, with the types of data being primary data and secondary data obtained through literature studies. The research results obtained are as follows: (1) In maintaining the continuity of its business, De'Sate implements internal control with the COSO concept, (2) system design has been made using use case diagrams, UML class diagrams, and the creation of UI Layout forms and systems that made accompanied by a Point Of Sales (POS) so that De'Sate can improve the efficiency of the customer service process.
