Abstract

Abstract:The problem of that the researchers observed at BAKPI University of Kutai Kartanegara was still pretty much a look of discontent of students will be given during this service both in terms of the problem of the Ministry administration and procedures procedures service at BAKPI as a complaint against the procedure that is convoluted, the absence of a settlement period of certainty, the requirement that the lack of transparency, and the attitude of staff BAKPI less responsive.From the discussion at length on the subject of Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) of the Ministry's Bureau of Administration, finance, planning and information (BAKPI) University of Kutai Kartanegara requirements are in less good and less satisfying students. Visible results of IKM 60.71 value which means the quality of service the Bureau of Administration, finance, planning and information (BAKPI) University of Kutai Kartanegara overall less nice. Of the eight indicators that there are five indicators that still need to be improved terms of service, i.e. the time of service, managing information, managing behavior and the handling of the complaints advice to get good value for less, whereas the rest get aced i.e. procedure of service, type of product and service competence of implementors.So the hypothesis put forward in the previous chapters, namely "that the level of satisfaction of students against the Ministry's Bureau of Administration, finance, planning and information (BAKPI) University of Kutai Kartanegara was still below expectations". proven accepted. Keywords: Student Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract :The main objective of this research is to find out if any kind of timber production in Wood Carving Studio has reached the maximum profit. A series of observations carried out on the object of research, namely Wood Carving Studio Effort in Tenggarong in which Companies will get the maximum benefit from the product combination product i.e. 2 Ventilation (X 2) with the number of optimal production by as much as 100 units and Nameplate (X 3) and the number of optimal production by as much as 75 units. Maximum benefits will achieved Rp 16,525,000,-. For the cost of ulin wood or slack 1 (S1) and the cost of paint or slack 3 (S3) each still costs as much as Rp meyisakan,-2.5 million and Rp 75,000,-this indicates that companies can save costs on slack slack 1 and 3 respectively as much as Rp 2.5 million, -and Idr 75,000,-or can aggregate to Rp 2,575,000,-for 3 months. Unlike for products that have the status of non basic or value of 0 (zero) this means that other products better not manufactured by the company because it does not generate the maximum profits. Then the hypothesis has been put forward previously stating "that the production of Wood Carving Studio Effort in Tenggarong has been at the optimum point thus generating maximum profits" is rejected and not proven to be true. Keyword: Optimisation Of The Profits (The Application Of The Linear Programming Simplex Method)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the feasibility study of Doyo Pokant Takaq's Ulap Business in Tenggarong in terms of financial analysis. The analytical tools used are net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), net benefit cost ratio (BCR), and payback period. Results Based on the business feasibility analysis, the net present value (NPV) of the Doyo Pokant Takaq Tenggarong Ulap Business was Rp. 526,828,701. The net present value (NPV) was analyzed by the cash flow method for eight years with a DF of 14% so that each year a different cash value was obtained. In the eighth year, the final Net Present Value (NPV) is positive > 0, and this value is still greater than the investment value that has been invested by the owner of the Doyo Pokant Takaq Ulap Business in Tenggarong of Rp. 450,000,000. Because the NPV value is greater than zero, the Do Pokant Takaq Ulap business is still feasible to maintain. The value of the benefit-cost ratio (BCR) is 1.249. The BCR value means that the value of the benefits obtained in the Doyo Pokant Takaq Ulap business in Tenggarong is 1,249 times the value of the costs incurred at an interest rate of 14%. The value of the internal rate of return (IRR) is 33.40%. Because this value is greater than 14%, it can be said that the Doyo Pokant Takaq Ulap business in Tenggarong is feasible. From the results of the analysis of the investment that has been made by Doyo Pokant Takaq's Ulap Business in Tenggarong, it turns out that it can be returned in only 6 years and 10 months. The payback period achieved is only 68% of the 5 years estimated by the business owner to be able to return the existing capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the technology acceptance model which consists of the variables perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, intention to use and actual use of QRIS digital payment technology. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Kutai Kartanegara who used QRIS. The research sample is 60 students who use QRIS digital payment technology. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and data analysis tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 4 software version 4.8.9. Based on the results of research where Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use with t-statistics > t-table (2.049 > 1.96) so that the first hypothesis is accepted and proven true. Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on intention to use with t-statistics > t-table (3.861 > 1.96) so that the second hypothesis is accepted and proven true. Intention to use has a positive and significant effect on actual use with t-statistics > t-table (5.514 > 1.96) so that the third hypothesis is accepted and proven true.
