Abstract

Obstacle Limitation Surface was the requirement for air transport safety. Indonesia as Contracting State of United Nation Organization had been formulated this rule by Basic Law on Civil Aviation. The aimed of this research is to analys the implementation of KKOP related to the airport operation and airport development refer to Fatmawati Soekarno Master Plan No. 576 Tahun 2015 tentang Rencana Induk Bandar Udara Fatmawati Soekarno. UU No. 1 Tahun 2009 tentang penerbangan was clearly mentioned that Local Goverment becoming responsible to control and conduct the air space near the airport operation as ilustrated in the Obstacle Limitation Surface in order to make secure the aviation safety and aircraft operation. UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Daerah had been not mentioned yet to accept in the operational activity to control and conduct in this air space that had been entrusted in the part section of UU. No. 1 Tahun 2009 tentang Penerbangan. Furthermore, this research as inputing program to civil aviation regulator and local goverment to make optimum coordination.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC) starting from March 2020 to July 2020 using the quantitative associative correlation method. The research population was all departing aircraft at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport using various runways and taxiways and aprons. The samples used were all aircraft departing from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and navigation services were provided by the Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC) in three, namely from November 2019 to January 2020 and using cluster (area) sampling techniques. The data collection technique used is a documentation study containing data on the fulfillment of Target Take Off Time (TTOT) and data on each aircraft movement required for research (such as aircraft identification, Estimate Off Block Time, taxi time, etc.). Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is parametric statistics in the form of data assumption tests followed by relationship analysis tests.

Abstract

This design aims to seek data that existed on Raja Haji Fisabilillah, Tanjungpinang Aerodrome for safety and integrated VFR route mapping with other VFR route on Sumatra and The Islands of Riau. It was found that the visual traffic condition have burdened APP. If TWR takes control, there will be misperception between pilot and TWR. Many terrains, bad weather rages frequently where the visibility reaches under 1 kilometres even 400 metres only. With the existence of VFR Corridor Generation, will guarantee the flight safety and become an implementation from VFR Route intergration all over Sumatra and The Islands of Riau.

Abstract

Pengertian drone sangat beragam, namun merujuk pada beberapa literatur, drone diartikan sebagai sebuah mesin terbang yang berfungsi dengan kendali jarak jauh oleh pilot atau mampu mengendalikan dirinya sendiri yang dioperasikan oleh operator, menggunakan hukum aerodinamika untuk mengangkat dirinya, bisa digunakan kembali dan mampu membawa muatan baik senjata maupun muatan lainnya. Akhir-akhir ini drone telah digunakan untuk pelayanan delivery barang, bahkan bulan Oktober 2021 telah dilakukan percobaan drone taxi di Bali Indonesia, artinya drone berpenumpang untuk melayani model transportasi baru untuk mengangkut penumpang dari satu titik ke titik lain untuk keperluan transportasi. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan mengenalkan permainan drone khususnya untuk pengembangan hobi dan minat, serta mengenalkan aturan dasar yang berlaku di Indonesia agar permainan ini aman, selamat, dan tetap mematuhi regulasi yang ada,
