<![CDATA[Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah memberikan pengetahuan khususnya informasi tentang dunia penerbangan terkait pelayanan lalu lintas udara kepada calon lulusan SMK di wilayah kecamatan legok serta menumbuhkan minat dan bakat calon lulusan SMK Penerbangan Dirgantara terhadap dunia penerbangan khususnya di bidang lalu lintas udara. Para peserta diharapkan memahami pengetahuan tentang pelayanan informasi yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan, seperti flight information service, alerting service , aeronautical information service, meteorology agar terwujud harapan untuk mencapai faktor keselamatan dan efisiensi pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia yang berlokasi di kecamatan Legok, kabupaten Tangerang memiliki visi menjadi pusat unggulan di bidang penerbangan sipil Indonesia melalui penyelenggaraan pendidian vokasi dan profesi yang berstandar Internasional, sehingga meningkatkan martabat dan kesejahteraan bangsa. Program studi Lalu Lintas Udara (Prodi LLU) yang merupakan salah satu program studi di Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug saat ini mendidik calon-calon sarjana muda yang akan berkarya di bidang penerbangan terutama pemanduan Lalu Lintas Udara. Taruna yang mengikuti pendidikan diploma di prodi LLU merupakan lulusan SMA maupun SMK dari seluruh Indonesia. Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang tepat untuk menumbuhkan minat dan bakat para pelajar terhadap ilmu penerbangan sehingga diharapkan kelak akan lahir insan-insan penerbangan di masa yang akan datang, khususnya minat dan bakat para pelajar SMK Penerbangan Dirgantara di wilayah kecamatan legok.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of the development of heliport construction in Greater Tangerang is an opportunity for the local government and is part of one of the functions of the Department of Transportation that needs to be optimized, through Community Service activities this time the Diploma III Study Program of Aeronautical Information at the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Curug held a sharing session regarding the importance of understanding technical matters. and administrative related to heliport construction recommendations. The purpose of this activity is a sharing session with officials and personnel of the Tangerang Regency Transportation Service regarding the heliport development process between the local government authorities and the regulators who are responsible for the technical aspects of flight safety. The method of activity is socialization and sharing of joint policies regarding heliport development. The Director-General of Civil Aviation is a technical partner related to aviation safety aspects that need to have collaborated with local government authorities related to areas and Building Construction Permits (IMB). Clarity about the recommendation process for heliport development in an area will encourage investors or development initiators which of course are expected to have a direct or indirect impact on the development and welfare of the local community.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis jumlah kebutuhan personel Pertolongan Kecelakaan Pesawat dan Pemadam Kebakaran per shift berdasarkan deskripsi pekerjaan sesuai dengan penempatan personel di kendaraan utama dan pendukung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksploratif dengan analisis kualitatif menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan. Data sekunder diperoleh berdasarkan dokumen dari unit Pertolongan Kecelakaan Pesawat dan Pemadam Kebakaran di Bandara Juanda Surabaya. Proses peninjauan dokumen kemudian dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data tentang skenario kecelakaan terburuk yang mungkin terjadi. Kemudian dilakukan proses analisis sumber daya tugas bagi personel Pertolongan Kecelakaan Pesawat dan Pemadam Kebakaran berdasarkan analisis sumber daya tugas pada Dokumen 9137-bagian I. <![CDATA[The process of guiding air traffic is not only for planes in the air but also for landing, take-off and setting up the plane to the parking stand. Analysis of the problem found a very high workload that had an impact on ATC performance, where an ATC every day had to be responsible for guiding and supervising hundreds or even thousands of planes carrying thousands to millions of people on planes. The purpose of the study was to determine how much influence the workload had on the performance of ATC personnel at the Approach Control Unit Makassar Air Traffic Service Center. The research method uses quantitative methods with a correlative approach. The result of this research is that there is a strong negative relationship between workload and the performance of ATC Approach Control Unit Makassar Air Traffic Service Center. The conclusion of the study shows that there is a fairly strong relationship between workload on ATC APP performance in MATSC and workload has a significant contribution to ATC performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh komunikasi pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia (STPI) Curug - Tangerang melalui metode kuantitatif dengan rumusan masalah assosiatif dengan dua variabel independen yaitu komunikasi dan pengawasan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para pegawai STPI Curug - Tangerang. Data penelitian diperoleh dari seberan kuesioner terhadap 83 ( delapan puluh tiga) orang responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi dan pengawasan secara bersama - sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada STPI Curug Tangerang, hal ini diperoleh dari hasil persamaan Y= 8,897 + 0,395X1 +0,249X2. Diperoleh Koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,444, artinya kontribusi komunikasi dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja 44,40% dan sisanya 55,60% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainya yang tidak dianalisis lebih lanjut dalam penelitian ini.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyzethe hazards that exist at the end of runway 24 at Juwata Tarakan Airport.Then how to reduce the risks that exist in the area.The method that used for this research is the qualitative method. the data collection has been gained by observation, attendingdirectly into the field to analyze the hazards that exist at the end of the runway 24, depth interview with key informant, and document study on the accident historical data of the airport, respectively. Furthermore, the data was analyzed by risk management standardizationof AS/NZS 4360. Theresult show thatthe runwaypositionis near withthe road so it couldendanger motorists who pass on the highway. Moreover, therisk of jet blastbursts might cause an accident. After this research was carried out, a solution was obtained to reduce the existing risks by implementing a system of opening and closing traffic on the highway. In addition, it can also be done by diverting the flow of traffic on the highway.]]>

<![CDATA[The design made has the aim of simplifying the tasks of all technicians and field coordinators in monitoring the operation of VHF Transmitter conditions, so that they canbe controlled anywhere. The background of this research is based on a case that has happened at Perum LPPNPI Kulonprogo Branch, where the VHF Transmitter Building is far from the technician's standby room. When a problem occurs, the technician cannot immediately find out. Therefore, the authors are interested in conducting research with the type of Research and Development (R & D) that uses qualitative research methods. This study resulted in the conclusion that with the main control of the microcontrollerand using a sensor to extract the voltage value from the alarm LED voltage line, so that this design can work and function properly according to the author's expectations.]]>

Teknik kualitatif yang digunakan yaitu teknik triangulasi antara lain, Observasi, yang dilakukan dengan mendatangi Fire Station Bandar Udara Nusawiru, Wawancara, dan Analisis. Hasil yang didapatkan ialah penerapan Quality Management System pada unit PKP-PK Bandar Udara Nusawiru belum tertata dengan baik dan belum memenuhi Quality Management System.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to explore the perspectives among aviation stakeholders on aviation human resources development in the triple helix scheme. How the academician, businessmen, and government thought on the produces the human resources that qualify with their needs is investigated. A qualitative method was implemented to elaborate this research both data collection and analyses. A depth interview was conducted with informants from the three parties. After that, a focus group discussion among them to crosscheck and validated the interview was realized. The result showed that the academic perspective builds the model which seems near to a laissez-faire configuration. On the other perspective the industry, offer different model among them. Airnav Indonesia could be part of laissez-faire configuration. Garuda Maintenance Facility (GMF) Aeroasia model seems exactly like the third configuration. Batam Aero Technic (BAT) follows the first configuration. The government perspective offers an Indonesia Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) collaboration model. It seemed like the statist configuration. Academicians, businessmen, and Government in the triple helix scheme have similar preparation to face the aviation technology development in the future. They anticipated the challenge by preparing the human resources competencies. On the other hand, academician is preparing new major in the field of air navigation and unmanned aircraft.]]>
