Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and career development on employee performance in the Cirebon City Fire Department. The type of research used in this study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The type of data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire using SPSS for Windows version 26 and a questionnaire survey. Secondary data obtained from company data as well as several books and journals that can be accounted for. The sample in this study was 69 respondents with probability sampling using a simple random sample technique. The results of this study There is a significant influence between the intrinsic motivation variable and employee performance with the results of Intrinsic Motivation t-count of 1.705 t_table 1.66792 with a significance level of =5%. There is a significant effect between Career Development variables and Employee Performance with t-count of 3.923 t_table 1.66792 with a significance level of =5%. While the R Square value of 0.253 means that the Intrinsic Motivation and Career Development variable has an influence of 25.3% on employee performance, while the remaining 74.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai di dinas pemadam kebakaran kota cirebon. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk Windows versi 26 dan survey kusioner. Data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data perusahaan serta beberapa buku dan jurnal yang dapat dipertanggung jawabakan. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 69 responden dengan probability sampling menggunakan teknik sampel acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel motivasi intrinsik dengan Kinerja Pegawai dengan hasil Motivasi Intrinsik t-hitung sebesar 1.705 ≥ t_tabel 1.66792 dengan tingkat signifikansi α=5%. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Pengembangan Karir dengan Kinerja Pegawai dengan t-hitung sebesar 3.923 ≥ t_tabel 1.66792 dengan tingkat signifikansi α=5%. Sedangkan nilai R Square sebesar 0.253 artinya bahwa variabel Motivasi Intrinsik dan Pengembangan Karir mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 25,3% terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 74,7% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty at PT. Pegadaian Arjawinangun Branch. The research method used is quantitative associative method. The population in this study were 8,322 loan customers. The sampling technique used a simple random technique with a sample of 99 customers. The method of collecting data is observation and questionnaires. The data analysis method used was validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, product moment correlation test, determination test, and hypothesis test (t-test). The results of research and partial testing (t test) show that the independent variable Marketing Services has a positive and significant influence on the Customer Loyalty variable because both variables have a Sig value < of 0.05. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah pada PT. Pegadaian Cabang Arjawinangun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode assosiatif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini nasabah pinjaman sebanyak 8.322 nasabah. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik acak sederhana dengan jumlah sampel 99 nasabah. Metode pengumpulan data observasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji korelasi product moment, uji determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji-t). Hasil penelitian dan pengujian secara parsial (uji t) diketahui bahwa variabel bebas Pelayanan Marketing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Nasabah dikarenakan kedua variable memiliki nilai Sig < dari nilai 0,05.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of career development on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala. The method that will be used in this research is the Associative method. Data collection techniques used are Field Research (Observation, Interview, Questionnaire) and Library Research. To determine the sample size in which the entire population is sampled. This study uses data analysis methods consisting of validity test, reliability test, normality test, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis t test. The results of the research on career development variables at SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala were categorized as good, where the average respondent's answer was 4.01. The results of the study of the variable job satisfaction of SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala teachers were categorized as good, where the average respondent's answer was 4.03. That career development has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala. It is known in the analysis of the coefficient of determination which shows that career development has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction by 77% and the remaining 23% is influenced by other variables. Meanwhile, based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis test which states that if career development is increased by one unit, then teacher job satisfaction will increase by 0.679 at a constant of 0.945. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karier terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Asosiatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Riset Lapangan (Observasi, Wawancara, Angket) dan Riset Kepustakaan. Untuk menentukan ukuran sampel di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yang terdiri dari Uji validitas, Uji reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Analisis Koefisien Korelasi, Koefisien Determinasi, Analisis regresi linier sederhana, Uji t Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian dari variabel pengembangan karier pada SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala dikategorikan baik, dimana rata-rata hasil jawaban responden sebesar 4,01. Hasil penelitian dari variabel kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala dikategorikan baik, dimana rata-rata hasil jawaban responden sebesar 4,03. Bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Suranenggala. Hal ini diketahui dalam analisis koefisien determinasi yang menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 77% dan sisanya sebesar 23% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil dari uji analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menyatakan bahwa apabila pengembangan karier meningkat satu kali satuan, maka kepuasan kerja guru akan meningkat sebesar 0,679 pada konstanta 0,945.

Abstract

A well-prepared abstract enables the reader to identify the basic content of a document quickly and accurately, to determine its relevance to their interests, and thus to decide whether to read the document in its entirety. The Abstract should be informative and completely self-explanatory, provide a clear statement of the problem, the proposed approach or solution, and point out major findings and conclusions. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of e-learning workshops and intrinsic motivation on teacher effectiveness in Al Hidayah Primary School. The research method used quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaire. The general population is 51 people and the sample is 6 people (deviation 5%). Data analysis methods used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classical hypothesis test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskedasticity test), linear multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of the study using SPSS 26.0 program calculations resulted in an f-number of 9.163, while the f-table was 3.209 and the R-square was 0.696. Thus, the independent variables, i.e. e-learning workshops and internal motivation, positively influence the dependent variable of the teacher's work efficiency by 69.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of product knowledge and promotion on honey pumpkin buying decisions at PT Askara Farm Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach with a sample 75 people. Data was collected by filling out a questionnaire for product knowledge and promotion with buying decisions. Then the data colleted was analyzed using SPSS 16.0 for windows a significance level (α) of 0,05 with data analysis methods consisting of Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Asumption Test ( Normality Test, Heteroscedastisity Test, Multicolinearity Test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination and Hypothesis Testing. From the results of the study, the tcount value of the product knowledge variable (X1) was 2,509 ttable, namely 1.66600 and promotion with the promotion variable (X2) with a tcount value of 1.706 ttable, namely 1.66600 with an R Square of 0.336. Thus, the independent variables, namely product knowledge and promotions, have a positive influence on the dependent variable in purchasing decisions of 33.6%. ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisa dampak pengetahuan produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian labu madu di PT Askara Farm Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey dengan sampel sebanyak 75 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner untuk pengetahuan produk dan promosi dengan keputusan pembelian. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan SPSS 16.0 for windows dengan tingkat kemaknaan (α) 0.05 dengan metode analisis data yang terdiri Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Multikolinearitas), Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi dan Uji Hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai thitung variabel pengetahuan produk (X1) sebesar 2,509 ≥ ttabel yaitu 1,66600 dan promosi dengan variabel promosi (X2) dengan nilai thitung sebesar 1,706 ≥ ttabel yaitu 1,66600 dengan R Square sebesar 0,336. Dengan demikian variabel bebas yaitu pengetahuan produk dan promosi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap variabel terikat keputusan pembelian sebesar 33,6%.
