Abstract

Etika bisnis Islam dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu dimensi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh etika bisnis Islam yang diterapkan oleh toko Riyadh Store terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah keadilan, kejujuran dan kepercayaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dimana sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden yaitu seluruh pelanggan toko Riyadh Store di Banda Aceh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu mengedarkan langsung daftar pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuesioner. Metode analisis penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan, kejujuran dan kepercayaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan secara parsial hanya variabel kejujuran dan kepercayaan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sedangkan variabel keadilan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI) on the profitability of Bank Aceh. This study uses a quantitative research approach with Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. This research data uses Bank Aceh monthly financial report data for the 2017-2020 period. Research data obtained by testing the hypothesis performed by statistical tests, namely partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (f-test). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Operating Expenses to Operating Income jointly affect the profitability of Bank Aceh. (2) Third Party Funds affect the profitability of Bank Aceh. (3) Capital Adequacy Ratio affects the profitability of Bank Aceh. (4) Operating Expenses to Operating Income affect the profitability of Bank Aceh.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative social and economic impact, affecting and lowering people's living standards. This is caused by restrictions on economic activity and muamalah so that economic growth weakens, causing many people to lose their jobs which can increase the number of poverty in Indonesia. Thus, the government needs to make policies or programs to overcome these problems. This study aims to determine whether the government program in the form of Village Fund BLT in Lambhuk Village, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh City has been effective and can realize maslahah dharuriyah for the community due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with field research data collection through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that the Village Fund BLT program in Lambhuk Village can be said to be effective because it is in accordance with the rules and procedures set by the government, namely the accuracy of making choices, targeting accuracy, timeliness, and program monitoring have been felt by the community because of the goodness of the implementation of the assistance. characterized by a sense of security in terms of feelings, environment, and benefits. This assistance provides maslahah dharuriyah for the community because it can help in meeting their daily needs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dana desa serta bagaimana pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan ditinjau dari segi konsep ekonomi Islam yang ada di Kecamatan Sukamakmur Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), serta tujuan dan arah penelitian adalah deskriptif. Data yang dipakai adalah data primer dan data sekunder, data primer diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari Geucik 12 desa di Kecamatan Sukamakmur Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang dijadikan sampel penelitian selama periode lima tahun yaitu 2015-2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan dana desa telah berjalan efektif di Kecamatan Sukamakmur Kabupaten Aceh Besar dengan nilai mencapai 100 persen dan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat jika ditinjau dari beberapa sisi diantaranya: tingkat pendapatan masyarakat dan proses pembangunan masyarakat, dari segi konsep ekonomi Islam juga berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat yang sesuai dengan konsep dari Imam Al-Ghazali yaitu agama (ad-dien), hidup atau jiwa (nafs), keluarga atau keturunan (nasl), harta atau kekayaan (maal), dan akal (aql), kunci dari pemeliharaan tujuan dasar tersebut diperoleh dari tingkatan pertama yaitu kebutuhan terhadap pakaian, makanan, dan tempat tinggal yang artinya dengan adanya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dapat memenuhi kebutuhan nya serta dapat memelihara tujuan dasar kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam konsep Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di toko Ratu Textile pada konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian ulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat “Pengaruh Bauran Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian ditinjau dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam (Studi Konsumen Toko Ratu Textile Banda Aceh”. Variabel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah periklanan, promosi penjualan dan penjualan pribadi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dimana sampel yang diambil sebanyak 125 responden yaitu seluruh pelanggan toko Ratu Textile di Banda Aceh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu mengedarkan daftar pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuesioner. Metode analisis penelitian dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa periklanan, promosi penjualan, dan penjualan pribadi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dibuktikan dengan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 56,228 > 2,68. Periklanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian hasil ini dibuktikan dengan Thitung < Ttabel 1,902 < 1,979. Promosi penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian hasil ini dibuktikan dengan Thitung > Ttabel 3,098 > 1,979. Penjualan pribadi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian hasil ini dibuktikan dengan Thitung > Ttabel 6,307 > 1,979.

Abstract

Issues surrounding curriculum integration have been discussed worldwide. Some argue that curriculum integration contributes meaningfully to empowering students’ multi knowledge and skills, while others claim that curriculum integration has detrimental effects on teachers and students’ study load. This qualitative study investigates the English teachers’ and Islamic boarding school principals’ perceptions of integrating English subject materials of Curriculum 2013 into the Islamic boarding school curriculum context. Eleven participants (two Islamic boarding school principals and nine English teachers teaching at two Junior Islamic boarding schools in Banda Aceh) were selected purposively. The findings indicate that integrating English materials into the Islamic boarding school curriculum positively contributes to developing students’ general and Islamic-related knowledge. The results also suggest that the integration of English materials into the Islamic boarding school curriculum can be performed by switching the listed materials in the syllabus of Curriculum 2013 with the Islamic-related materials. The study unveils that among these curricula integration challenges are the inadequacy of Islamic-related knowledge that the teachers master and the subject overload. These two main issues are the main challenges to integrating the English materials into the Islamic boarding school curriculum.

Abstract

Pokok persoalan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dikaji dalamperspektif ekonomi Islampada pelanggan produk busana muslim Toko Ija Kroeng di Banda Aceh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja (X1), daya tahan (X2), pelayanan (X3), keistimewaan (X4), kehandalan (X5), estetika (X6) dan kesan kualitas (X7) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk busana muslim Toko Ija Kroeng di Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner dengan populasi seluruh masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 70 orang.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan softwareSPSS for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja, pelayanan, keistimewaan, kehandalan, estetika, kesan kualitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan namun pada daya tahan menunjukkan hasil negatif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dalam membeli produk busana muslim Toko Ija Kroeng di Banda Aceh

Abstract

This research is motivated by Muzakki's perception of Zakat as a tax deduction in Banda Aceh City. This goal can be achieved with various strategies, including increasing knowledge of Zakat, Taxes, and Religiosity in the people of Banda Aceh City. This study measures Muzakki's perceptions of Zakat as a tax deduction in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study was 175 civil servant respondents at the Banda Aceh City Hall office. The data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine the effect of the variables. The study results show that Knowledge of Zakat positively and significantly affects Zakat as a tax deduction. The influence of tax knowledge has no significant effect on Zakat as a tax deduction. Religiosity has a positive and significant effect.
