Abstract

The amount of income that is owned by adults who are working and not married is very important, besides that financial knowledge also has an important role to avoid things that are not desirable. Apart from income and financial literacy, what is no less important is financial attitude. Unmarried adults must be able to manage their income and expenses, especially since they don't have dependents. This is also a learning process to be able to manage finances when married. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of income, financial literacy, and financial attitude on the financial management behavior of unmarried adults. The research sample used was 150 respondents. To get the sample, this study used a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. After conducting the research, the results show that income and financial literacy have a positive but not significant effect on financial management behavior, while financial attitudes have a positive and significant influence on financial management behavior. Jumlah pendapatan yang dimiliki bagi orang dewasa yang telah bekerja dan belum menikah sangat penting, selain itu pengetahuan keuangan juga memiliki peran penting supaya terhindar dari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Selain pendapatan dan literasi keuangan, hal yang tidak kalah penting adalah sikap keuangan. Orang dewasa belum menikah harus mampu mengatur pemasukan dan pengeluaran apalagi mereka belum mempunyai tanggungan. Hal tersebut sekaligus menjadi proses belajar untuk bisa mengelola keuangan ketika sudah menikah. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk bisa mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan, financial literacy (literasi keuangan), dan financial attitude (sikap keuangan) terhadap financial management behavior keuangan (perilaku manajemen) orang dewasa belum menikah. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 150 responden. Untuk mendapatkan sampel, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampling purposive. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa pendapatan dan financial literacy mempunyai pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan, sedangkan sikap keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the financial well-being of adult workers in Jakarta is influenced by financial literacy, financial behaviour, financial stress, and internal locus of control (LOC). This study utilizes primary data with the target population being adult workers residing in Jakarta. The data collection process was conducted by distributing an online questionnaire through Google Forms. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with convenience sampling type, with a total of 241 respondents collected. The data analysis technique employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results of this research indicate that financial literacy has a positive but not significant influence, financial behaviour and internal locus of control have a significant positive influence, while financial stress has a significant negative influence on the financial well-being of adult workers in Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah financial well-being pekerja dewasa di Jakarta dipengaruhi oleh financial literacy, financial behaviour, financial stress, dan internal locus of control (LOC). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan target populasi adalah pekerja dewasa yang berdomisili di Jakarta. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui media Google Form. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling jenis convenience sampling dengan responden yang terkumpul berjumlah 241 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa financial literacy berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan, financial behaviour dan internal locus of control berpengaruh positif signifikan sedangkan financial stress berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap financial well-being pekerja dewasa di Jakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Growth, Leverage, Liquidity dan Profitability terhadap kebijakan dividen di subsektor perbankan. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dan metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan program Eviews12. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu nonprobability sample dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel ini terdiri dari 7 perusahaan yang memiliki laporan keuangan lengkap dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 2015-2021. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Growth berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen di Subsektor Perbankan. Leverage berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen di Subsektor Perbankan. Liquidity berpengaruh tidak signifikan positif terhadap kebijakan dividen di Subsektor Perbankan. Profitability berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen di Subsektor Perbankan. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of growth, leverage, liquidity, and profitability on the policy of distribution in the banking sub-sector. The data used are secondary data and the method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews12 program. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sample with purposive sampling method. This sample consists of 7 companies that have complete financial reports and are listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during 2015-2021. The results of this study are growth has a positive and insignificant effect on dividend policy in the Banking subsector. Leverage has significant negative effect on dividend policy in the Banking Subsector. Liquidity has a positive and insignificant effect on dividend policy in the Banking subsector. Profitability has no significant negative effect on dividend policy in the Banking Subsector.

Abstract

The merger & acquisition (M&A) process with foreign companies can cause changes in the company, ranging from changes in structure to processes and ways of working in the company. This study aims to determine the influence of workplace factors specifically organizational commitment, organizational culture, organizational support, and individual factors in the form of job satisfaction, work engagement and affective commitment to employee readiness to face change. Data for this study was gathered utilizing the probability sampling method, with a total of 156 respondents from the head office of PT Tbk. The findings indicate that organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, work engagement, and individual commitment (affective commitment) significantly influence readiness for organizational change (p = 0.00). However, organizational support does not exhibit a statistically significant effect on readiness for organizational change (p = 0.053). Notably, organizational culture emerges as the most influential factor affecting readiness for organizational change.

Abstract

Nowadays, human life cannot be separated from technology, especially the internet. The internet helps human activities, so the internet is needed, but with the presence of the internet, humans abuse the internet provided. This phenomenon is known as cyberloafing. Cyberloafing is a form of internet abuse behavior during working hours. Cyberloafing behavior itself is influenced by several variables. The variables examined in this research that influence cyberloafing are academic stress, class engagement, and burnout. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether the variables of academic stress, class engagement, and burnout influence a person's cyberloafing behavior. In the process of collecting research data using the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique by submitting questionnaires online via WhatsApp, Line and Discord with Google Form. The sample chosen was students studying at Tarumanagara University, with 371 participants studying at Tarumanagara University. The results of this research show that the class engagement and academic stress variables have a positive and significant effect, but the burnout variable has a positive and insignificant effect on cyberloafing behavior. So from this research it can be concluded that academic stress and class engagement variables influence students to carry out cyberloafing
