Abstract

In maintaining credit problems that arise, it is carried out by carrying out SOPs in accordance with company regulations including financing analysis, handling accounts receivable (receivables), monitoring arrears to Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and solutions in reducing financing problems (bad credit). In this study, the authors discuss the problems, namely the level of bad loans in the form of credit quality in late payment of installment obligations to financing performance assessments in the form of NPF, handling finance companies on the quality of credit given to debtors related to Islamic financing. It can be seen that the level of non-performing financing (bad loans in the category of non-performing financing is quite high and quite high risk with a value above 5%). The need to re-conduct some considerations in the development of financing for four-wheeled vehicles (cars) in sharia financing, the use of Murabahah contracts and recommendations for implementation without late fees for customers who are in arrears until final handling with POJK Number 10/POJK.05/2019 concerning the implementation of finance company business sharia and sharia business units of finance companies and DSN Fatwa Number 111/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 concerning murabahah contracts.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how the motivation of hypocrites affects the interest in giving in the infaq can care program BAZNAS Sorong district. This study aims:1) To find out what is the motivation for the interest of hypocrites in giving infaq in the infaq can program of BAZNAS Sorong Regency. 2) To find out whether there are opportunities and challenges from the implementation of the BAZNAS infaq program in Sorong Regency. The approach used is a quantitative research approach whose results are calculated using analysis techniques and classical assumption tests, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS V.28, the type of research used is descriptive correlation research. The sample used was 34 respondents who were selected through the census sample technique or saturated sample. Based on the results of the study, it showed that motivation had a significant positive effect on the interest in donating in the infaq can program of BAZNAS, Sorong Regency. The magnitude of the contribution of the independent variable or motivation is 0.116 or 11.6%. The implication of this research is for BAZNAS Sorong Regency to continue to pay attention to things that affect the motivation to donate in the ongoing BAZNAS infaq can program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of halal labels and Electronic Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions for MS Glow skin care products. This study uses a correlational or associative approach with a descriptive quantitative research type. The sample in this study were 30 respondents who bought and used MS Glow skincare products. The technique taken in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type, while the data collection is carried out using a questionnaire with a closed statement type. To answer the problem and test the hypothesis, SPSS Version 28 technical analysis is used. The results showed that: first, the halal label variable (X1) had a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y). Second, the Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) variable has no significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y). Third, the halal label variable (X1) and the Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision variable (Y).
