Abstract

Conceptually, work discipline and a conducive work environment allow employees to work optimally. This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Remu Sorong West Papua. Quantitative research with a population of 65 employees is used. This study census the entire population. The data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to all employees as sample members. Next, the data obtained are tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Test the hypothesis using the IBM SPSS Software Version 26 assisted t-test and F-test. The results show that; Work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 94.6%. Meanwhile, partially work discipline and work environment have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. The better the discipline and work environment of employees, the better the performance of these employees. In other words, employee performance that can accelerate organizational goals can be realized if employee work discipline and the work environment can be optimized.

Abstract

Agility leadership is expected to improve the performance and satisfaction of The State Civil Apparatus (SCA) employees and can play a positive role in motivating employees and building a positive organizational culture. Agility leadership is the ability to identify, find and engage stakeholders. Motivation encourages an understanding of The State Civil Apparatus (SCA) goals that employees want to achieve. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on Agility Leadership. This quantitative research uses a SEM-PLS approach. Quantitative research is the search for explanations and universal laws that are formulated in a quantitative approach that is more directed at things that are general in nature. Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that Agility leadership had a major effect on The State Civil Apparatus (SCA) satisfaction and performance at work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of investment knowledge and investment motivation on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market for students of Islamic economics study program IAIN Sorong. The research method used is a quantitative research method with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis models. The population in this study were students of Islamic economics study program IAIN Sorong totaling 372 people. The sample technique used is purposive sampling technique with an error rate of 5% so that the sample used is 100 people. The results of this study indicate that investment knowledge has a positive and significant effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (6,832 > 1,984) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. so it can be concluded that H1 is. Accepted Investment motivation has a positive and significant effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (14,041 > 1,984) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. so it can be concluded that H2 is. acceptedThen investment knowledge and investment motivation have a simultaneous effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market as evidenced by the f test results obtained by f arithmetic > f table (98,847 > 3.09). so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much impact or influence arises from product quality and Islamic design on Muslim consumer satisfaction on Arung Meubel sofa products in the city of Sorong. To achieve this goal, the research method used is quantitative. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire with respondents (consumers of Arung Furniture). The number of samples used in this study were 30 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression, f test, coefficient of determination (simultaneous), and t - test (partial). The results of the study show that product quality and Islamic design have a significant effect on Muslim consumer satisfaction. Based on the results of the validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing, namely the simultaneous test (f - test), the coefficient of determination, and the partial test (t - test) product quality (X1) and design (X2) showed that the results of these tests show a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan aspek kunci dalam keberhasilan organisasi. Praktik manajemen SDM yang efektif dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh praktik manajemen SDM terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan organisasi X. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 2 variabel dan total responden sebanyak 51 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu random sampling. Peneliti akan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan di berbagai departemen dan tingkatan dalam organisasi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis secara statistic dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan. Melalui rekrutmen yang selektif dan tepat, pengembangan SDM dan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan, dan pemeliharaan SDM dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas kerja yang berdampak langsung pada efektivitas kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style and employee competence on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. The research is included in descriptive quantitative research. The population was government employees of Sorong city, West Papua with a total sample of 30 employees. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that there was a significant negative effect between leadership style on employee performance, a significant positive effect between leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior, a significant positive effect between employee competence variables on employee performance, a significant positive effect between employee competence on organizational citizenship behavior, a significant negative effect between organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, a significant positive effect between leadership style on employee performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior, and significant positive influence between employee competence on employee performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian dan lingkungan sosial terhadap keputusan berwirausaha pada mahasiswa ekonomi Syariah Institut Agama Islam Negeri Sorong. Pada penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 50 mahasiswa yang memiliki usaha pada Angkatan 2019-2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian dan lingkungan sosial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keputusan berwirausaha. Besarnya koefisien R Square sebesar 0,49 menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas (X) secara simultan mempengaruhi variabel terikat (Y) sebesar 49%, sisanya sebesar 51% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang lain. dimana variabel yang memiliki pengaruh langsung terbesar yaitu lingkungan sosial terhadap keputusan berwirausaha sebesar 18,8%, dan diikuti kepribadian terhadap keputusan berwirausaha sebesar 15%.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan unsur yang sangat penting di dalam organisasi karena sumber daya manusia memiliki peran kunci dalam menentukan kelancaran kegiatan organisasi dan keberlangsungan hidup organisasi. Perubahan lingkungan yang semakin mengglobal menuntut pihak organisasi untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, perubahan lingkungan yang terjadi ini mengarah pada pentingnya sumber daya manusia sebagai sumber keunggulan bersaing bagi organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil pengaruh  lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, pendidikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan mengetahui hasil pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, pendidikan, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan yang bekerja pada PDAM Tirta Remu Sorong Papua Barat. Teknik sampling adalah Slovin, sehingga di peroleh sebenyak 93 responden karyawan yang bekerja pada PDAM Tirta Remu Sorong Papua Barat. Teknik analisis penelitian adalah Analisis PLS-SEM. Sehingga diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi Pendidikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. budaya organisasi, Pendidikan, komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. secara tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi secara positif dan signifikan
