Abstract

Importance of local taxes as a cash receipts and local finances. to achieve this goal, local governments continue to improve and explore every potential. One source of revenue sizeable contribution and potential as a source of revenue is the advertisement tax. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of Advertisement Tax Payments in UPTD Department of Revenue District of Bengkalis Bengkalis. In this study, using the theory of Policy Evaluation according Winarno, indicators evaluating policies used include identifying the purpose of the program will be evaluated, the analysis of the problem, standardization activity, a measure of the level changes, the observed change of activities and indicators to determine the existence of impact , To know Evaluation of the advertisement tax payments in the District of Bengkalis the researchers took population and sample a total of 11 people including employees UPTD Revenue, and 26 people who are not paying taxes, while being key informants in this study is the Head of Revenue and Treasurer Recipients UPTD UPTD. The sampling technique is a technique Dispenda UPTD employee census and for people who do not pay taxes is purposive sampling. This study uses qualitative and quantitative data collection from respondents was conducted by distributing questionnaires, and selanjunya researchers conducted interviews, documentation and observation to know the results of the implementation of the payment of the advertisement tax. After data collection is done, then analyzed by using percentages to determine how many respondents stating done, quite materialize, or less accomplished. based on the analysis of the obtained results of the research done and it can be concluded that the implementation activities Payment of advertisement tax in UPTD Department of Revenue District of Bengkalis Bengkalis, from the employees that are in the category of "Done" and Society in the category "Simply Done", it is appropriate with comments and statements of the respondent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of Licensing Services Installation of Billboards in Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Office. Service assessment indicators used include the transparency of services, accountability of service, conditional service, participatory services, services of equal rights, the balance of rights and obligations of service. This type of research that is located in the Regional Revenue Office Pekanbaru is surfey descriptive, ie prioritize dftar questionnaire as a means of data collection and data collected by the tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical condition of obyektivitis presence at the location of meticulous research purposes. Tedapat two groups of the population and the sample in this study is the head of licensing billboards , numbered 1 and communities or entrepreneurs who manage licensing installation of billboards, infinite in number. Community or employers in this case are those who are taking care of licensing installation of billboards, the amount of the second sample set of this population group is 1 and 75 people. Two sampling techniques used in determining the individual sample is the population census techniques for employees and teknil purposive sampling for population groups or businesses. Types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data was collected using a questionnaire and interview techniques as well as a list of secondary data were collected using observation. While data analysis technique used is by using the tools frequency table. Based on this analysis technique researchers assess and conclude that the analysis of Licensing Services Installation of Billboards in Pekanbaru City Department of Revenue is in the interval pretty good assessment. Recommendations to be considered, especially with regard to making the service mechanism is still unclear, and further improve the facilities and operational procedures satandar clearer so that people or businesses who take care of permits installation of billboards is not confused and ease of doing business.

Abstract

Mobil merupakan kendaraan fungsional untuk dipergunakan dalam berbagai bidang kegiatan, baik dalam urusan bisnis, keluarga, maupun untuk kegiatan pemasaran. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli mobil Mitsubishi pemakaian pribadi secara kredit Avalis pada PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru merupakan dealer resmi mobil Mitsubishi merek Mitsubishi di Propinsi Riau, adapun mobil yang dijual adalah jenis mobil untuk pemakaian pribadi meliputi Mitsubishi Lancer, Grandis, Maven, Kuda, Pajero, dan Strada Triton. Serta mobil pemakaian Niaga meliputi Mitsubishi Fuso, L 300, Super Pick Up. Tapi pada penelitian ini penulis lebih memfokuskan pada mobil pemakaian pribadi. Dalam pemasarannya PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru menggunakan metode Promosi Penjualan. Promosi penjualan harus memperkuat posisi produk dan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan konsumen. Promosi Penjualan inilah yang dianggap oleh PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru merupakan alat Promosi yang Efektif dari alat promosi lainnya. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 30 responden dengan menggunakan metode Aksidental ( secara kebetulan ) dan dalam menganalisa data menggunakan metode Diskiriptif dan Kuantitatif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah Data Primer dan Data Sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan Kuisioner kepada responden pengguna mobil Mitsubishi Pribadi dan Wawancara kepada Wakil Bagian Pemasaran serta dengan Salesnya hasil penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Promosi Penjualan yang ditinjau dari Pameran, PotonganHarga, Pemberian Hadiah dan Tingkat Penjualan memperoleh Skor 804 dengan Interval Skor 751 – 1051 dan tergolong kedalam Kriteria “ Cukup Berpengaruh” ini menunjukan bahwa adanya Pengaruh Promosi Penjualan Dengan Volume Penjualan. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa Promosi Penjualan mempunyai pengaruh Positif terhadap peningkatan Penjualan Mobil Mitsubishi pada Perusahaan ini.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the feeling of pleasure or disappointment of someone who emerges after comparing the performance (result) of the product to the expected performance. Customer satisfaction is influenced by the perception of various qualities, both services and products. One of the factors that determine customer satisfaction is customer perceptions of service quality that focus on five dimensions of service quality, ie Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. One of the restaurant organization that has good customer satisfaction is Pizza Hut Sudirman Pekanbaru Riau. This study aims to determine and analyze how influential customer satisfaction for Pizza Hut retorance on the level of satisfaction perceived by customers who buy or consume pizza Hut Sudirman Pekanbaru Riau. The type of research used is the type of descriptive research, namely the description of the reality that exist in the field. Methods of data collection is done by interview, questionnaire questionnaire s(questionnaire), observation, documentation. And use 3 purposive sampling technique that is for sampling at 7 employees, census technique for sampling at 1 Manager 1 assistant Manager 1 Sift Leader and use isedental sampling for sampling on 30 consumers. The results of the 5 indicators are Very Important. The author's suggestion is to improve the quality of customer satisfaction by fixing the five independent variables that are considered less than the maximum

Abstract

The Study on Optimizing Original Local Government Revenue (PAD) from the Market Levy was determined the potential of Original Local Government Revenue (PAD) from the traditional market levies owned by the Pekanbaru City Government. In general, the purpose of this activity was to collect data, using a survey method for data collection of Stalls and Street Vendors that exist in the traditional markets of the Pekanbaru City Government. Optimizing the acquisition of PAD from traditional market retribution in the city of Pekanbaru is Rp. 566,643,000 per year if the estimated traditional market levies planned for 2019 have included cleaning levies on the market. If only the estimated revenue obtained from the levies on the use of market service facilities in the form stalls and street vendors only (not included in the 2019 DISPERINDAG cleanliness estimate) then there is Rp. 940,863,000 per year as a retribution that can be optimized. To increase market retribution revenue, some concrete steps are needed. Firsly, to increase collection efficiency, namely by reducing unnecessary costs where the percentage of collection fees is lowered or smaller than the percentage increase in revenue realization so that from year to year market levies show an increase in efficiency. Moreover, revise Perda No. 8 of 2017 concerning market service levies by providing explicit delegation to the OPD relating to the market to fully manage the market both for cleanliness and parking lots

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Financial Statements of the Mosque in Simpang Tiga Village covering Al Barokah mosque, Al Marzukin mosque, Al Mulk mosque, Asshobirin mosque, Nurul Hidayah mosque, Subulusalam mosque, and Ar-Raudah Mosque are in accordance with the provisions contained in the Financial Accounting Standards Guidelines (PSAK) No. 45. The research data used in the study are primary data and secondary data. Data obtained directly from the Ar-Raudah mosque management. In this study, the data collection method is by conducting direct observations and interviews with the Ar-Raudah mosque management and documentation. The method of analysis in this study is the Descriptive Qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that of the seven mosques used as research sites, only one mosque has implemented PSAK No. 45, namely the Ashobirin mosque, while the six mosques have not implemented PSAK NO.45, the financial statements are still in the form of simple mosques, namely still in the form of income and expenses not in accordance with PSAK No. 45. This is due to the absence of accounting personnel and not having human resources who understand in the field of accounting. Abstract

This study discusses the socio-economic status of the people of Rangsang Island, Meranti Islands Regency, Riau Province. The discussion in this study is focused on the District of Rangsang Pesisir. The factors that become the focus of writing are economic and social including changes in social values, livelihoods and people's incomes. The method used is descriptive quantitative method by analyzing primary data and secondary data. The analysis results show that abrasion causes social values to change and affects people's livelihoods
