Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence financial compensation and working environment for employee morale on the regional water company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar Bangkinang town. Populasi of this research is all employees regional water company (PDAM) Tirta Bangkinang Kampar town. The method used is a census by using the 57 respondents. This data retrieval by giving questionnaires to respondents. In terms of data analysis, this study using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 17.0.The result of this study indicate that the compensation effect on employee morale at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bangkinang Kampar town, the satisfied employees of the compensation received by the morale will increase and vice versa. Work environment affects the employee morale at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bangkinang Kampar town. More conducive working environment then morale will increase and vice versa. Compensation and working conditions affect the morale of employees in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar Bangkinang city, donations compensation and work environment influence on morale was at 49.8%. compensation effect on employee morale through working environment on regional water companies (PDAM) Tirta Bangkinang Kampar town.Keywords: Financial compensation, work environment, morale.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify influence contextual factors and social demographic to the interest for entrepreneurship at School Of Economics Riau In Pekanbaru. The population of this research is 1,511 students majoring in management. A technique called proportional random sampling is used. From this technique, about 100 students in majoring management are concluded. Also, the method of collecting data is using the questionnaire, whereas dual linear regression technique is used as data analysis by using SPSS program. The research found in leads to a result that the contextual factors and social demographic is positively affected significant by interest in entrepreneurship. An F-Test is formulated and thus, can be concluded that the variable of contextual and social domographic are positively and significantly related to interest in entrepreneurship. Adjusted R2 of 0.188 indicates that independent variable stimulateunously affects 18,8% on the interest for entrepreneurship at School Of Economics Riau In Pekanbaru. The rest 81,2% is explained by the other factors to this research.Keywords: Contextual Factors, Interest For Eneterpreneurship and Social Demographic

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Multi Auto Intrawahana Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Marketing on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty Service Center PT Multi Auto Intrawahana in Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the customer service at PT. Multi Auto Intrawahana in Pekanbaru, amounting to 2486 people and the determination of the sample in this study using a formula Slovin and taken to the sampling method accidental sampling. Number of samples of this study are 96 customer service cars mazda in the previous year. The results of the study data analysis method using path analysis through IBM SPSS Version 20.0 shows that: 1) There is the influence of Customer Relationship Marketing on Customer Satisfaction Service Center PT. Multi Auto Intrawahana in Pekanbaru. 2) There is the influence of Customer Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty Service Center PT. Multi Auto Intrawahana in Pekanbaru. 3) influences of Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty Service Center PT Multi Auto Intrawahana in Pekanbaru. 4) There is the influence of Customer Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction Service Center PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on Purchase Decision (Y1) and Customer Satisfaction (Y2) Honda Scoopy Motorcycles at Taluk Kuantan. The population of study was customers who have Honda Scoopy automatic motorcycles at Taluk Kuantan whose numbers are not known with certainly. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 144 people were selected to be sampled. Path Analysis with software SPSS version 24 was used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision; 2) Price had a negative and significant effect on Purchase Decision; 3) Purchase Decision had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 4) Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction throughwork Purchase Decision; 5) Price had a negative and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction throughwork Purchase Decision.Keyword: Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Every human being lives by their own views and ideologies.Their demonstrate what they believe by their attitudes and lifestyle that they adopt. One of the more developed ideologies of society is Hedonism.For large communities, Hedonism is defined as extravagant, squandering, and just thinking about earthly happiness which leads to negative behavior. One form of negative behavior from hedonism is Compulsive Buying. Compulsive Buying is an act of persons in the purchasing of goods not on account of their need, but for gratification of their overindulgence, chronic and repeated desires with weak control as a form of negative feelings or to alleviate negative feelings, with adverse consequences. This study aims to identify the profound effects of factors which affecting compulsive buying behavior and hedonism of Sneakers Nike user on the Student of Faculty Economics & Business of Riau University. The primary data was collected with structured questionnaires and interviews as instruments in verifying research results. The research was using 116 students as responders with Non-Probability Sampling techniques. The method used was Explanatory Research with data analysis, classical assumptions, hypothetical test and Path Analysis as lines of data testing and aided by 23rd version of SPSS application in data processing. The result of this study indicate that the variable of Fashion Orientation and Self Esteem affect to Compulsive Buying and Hedonism, both directly and indirectly. And only the variable of Money Attitude has negative influence on Compulsive Buying and Hedonism, both directly and indirectly.Keywords : Fashion Orientation, Money Attitude, Self Esteem, Compulsive Buying Behavior, Hedonism.

Abstract

Local water company Tirta Siak Pekanbaru, which is a company belonging to the area is required to improve the working produtivitas employees are encouraged, so as to contribute to increased revenue. This study aims to look at the effect of job loyalty and job training to increase productivity of employees at the local water company Tirta Siak Pekanbaru city. The population in this study were all employees of the company with a total sample of 53 people. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Results of the study found that loyalty employment and job training partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on employee productivity local water company Tirta Siak Pekanbaru. The amount of influence loyalty employment and vocational training on employee productivity amounted to 59.6%. Results of research conducted by Analytical methods Hirarcy Procces the variable-job training, showed that among the indicators of job training that have the greatest relationship to improve employee productivity. Education and training not only gain knowledge, but also improve work skills, thereby increasing productivity. Based on the research results show that vocational training has a very strong influence on employee productivity. Meaning that job training is a very important variable for the organization.Keywords: Loyalty Employment, Vocational Training and Labor Productivity.

Abstract

This research was conducted in DISPENDA Riau Province which is located at Jalan Jend Sudirman Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership work against the loyalty of employees working on DISPENDA Riau province, determine the effect of leadership work on organizational commitment of employees in DISPENDA Riau province, determine the effect of leadership work on performance through the loyalty of employees working on DISPENDA Riau province, and to determine the effect leadership work on performance through organizational commitment of employees in DISPENDA Riau Province. Based on the research results show that (1) leadership influence on employee loyalty in DISPENDA Riau Province. The better the leadership exercised by the leadership it will increase the loyalty of employees working on the contrary if the leadership is done poorly it will lower employee loyalty; (2) leadership influence on organizational commitment of employees in DISPENDA Riau Province. The better the leadership exercised by the leader it will increase employee commitment to the organization done otherwise if the leadership is not good it will lower the organizational commitment of employees; (3) Leadership direct influence on employee performance DISPENDA Riau Province. Means the better the leadership exercised by the leader does not affect employee loyalty for leadership directly affects performance, not through job loyalty; and (4) leadership has direct influence on employee performance DISPENDA Riau Province. Abstract

This study aims to find out about the effect of organizational commitment, motivation, and work discipline on the employee performance at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency. The population and the sample in this study were all permanent employees in 2018 of 78 people. The method of data analysis used was multiple linear regression through the SPSS 23 program. Regarding with the result of qualitative research, it indicates that organizational commitment at PT. Sari Lembah Subur is still not good enough. The low dedication and dedication of employees at work and employees are also considered as less loyal toward the company. Work motivation of employees is also still relatively low toward the company. This is due to the lack of stimulus, appreciation and career opportunities. While, the work discipline of employee has been classified as good manner, however, the company is necessary to place the employees in accordance with their abilities and educational background. Further, dealing with the result of quantitative test shows that organizational commitment, motivation and work discipline simultaneously and partially effect significantly on the performance of employees at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency. Satisfying organizational commitment, high work motivation and good work discipline will lead to the optimal employee performance.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was done in kampus Purna Graha on the street Nangka, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research to eximine attitude and social demographic to the interest for entrepreneurship in School of Economics Student Purna Graha Pekanbaru.Populations of this research is were student Purna Graha School with major on Accountacy and Management. The number of populatios were 1.063. are the sample were 91 person. Writer uses descriptive quantitative regression using SPSS version 20.00.The results shows that simultaneous regression test (F test) attitude and socio demographic has positive and significant effect to dependent variable (interest for entrepreneurship). The effect is 29,6 %, the other 70,4% is affected by other variables, which were not studied in this research. Partial test (t test) show that the independent variables (Attitude) have positive and significant effect to dependent variable. For on the other hand, social demographic variable, were found not significant to interest of entrepreneurship.Keywords: Attitude, Interest For Entrepreneurship, and Social Demographic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with perceived product quality and perceived price of Mitsubishi Xpander car in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study includes buyers and users of Mitsubishi Xpander car in Pekanbaru City. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) software. The samples in this study amounted to 140 peoples. The sampling technique that has been selected is accidental sampling. The results showed that from the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, it was known that in the Cartesian Diagram there were three attributes that require improvement and enhancement, the attributes were numbered 2, 3, and 8. There were six attributes that need to be maintained, the attributes were numbered 1, 4, 7, 10, 12, and 14. Based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, the overall level of customer satisfaction is 76.33% and that value is in the "Satisfied" category (60% - 80%), which means that the customer satisfaction level of the Mitsubishi Xpander car in Pekanbaru City is high.Keywords: Perceived Product Quality, Perceived Price, Customer Satisfaction, Importance Performance Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index
