This research focuses on the Formulation of Regional Regulation Policy Number 3 of 2017 concerning the Riau Malay Customary Institution, Dumai City. This study aims to examine the process of formulating a Perda policy by the Dumai City DPRD and related institutions. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, in which the informants were determined by purposive sampling from various related agencies. The results of the study found that the process of determining Perda policies follows the direction of the prevailing laws, but the compilation process has not been carried out in a holistic manner, it is lacking in depth, especially in the phase of setting the policy agenda. In this context, it was found that the identification of the problem was not very deep related to the problems and peculiarities of the local cultural, customary and historical conditions. Apart from the Perda, there is also no clear framework for protecting, defending and fighting for the fate of indigenous peoples and local communities. Furthermore, in the drafting phase, it has not yet mobilized public participation, including providing public space and public discussions. In fact, this shows the openness in the formulation phase of the Perda. The interesting thing here is that the concept of the Perda in broad terms refers too much to the Perda of the Riau Provincial Malay Customary Institution. So it is advisable to clarify the concept and frame work "so that it is affective in achieving the mission and goals of the Riau Malay Customary Institution. This study concludes that the Perda is more oriented towards micro interests, namely internal organizations, besides the need to have a legal basis, it can also be used as a basis for obtaining grant allocation from the Dumai City APBD.

Then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively for comparing reality with references that have to do with the analysis related to research in the form of concise and clear description perpetually . the location was used in tfis study is the Dinas Sosial and Pemakaman with satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Pekanbaru city.Based on this analysis technique that implements selected research concludes Coordination of Dinas Sosial and Pekakaman with Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Pekanbaru City is in the interval Good Enough . This Kesimplan accordance with the measurement technique that has been set that is done categories Good Enough is of five indicators used have not all done well.

The study attempt to know the level of objective practice PDAM services (Regional Water Company) Tirta Siak the city of Pekanbaru and its impact on costumer satisfaction. The indicators of the quality of services to use covering reliability, responsiveness, competence, acces, courtesy, communication, credibility, security, understanding knowing the costumer, tangible. Type research located in office PDAM Tirta Siak the city of Pekanbaru this is survey descriptive, namely prioritise list interview as a means of data collection an data collected with this device then used as the main raw to analyze the condition empiris for obyektivitas the existence of a purpose research on location minutely. There are two gropus of the population and samples to research is employes, a total of 5 people and costumers, the number 5 costumers in this case is those who are subscription water in PDAM Tirta Siak City of Pekanbaru. Engineering sampling to use in setting individual is sampling purposive sample. Type and engineering collecting data which used consisting of, primery data collected by used technique interview and secondary data collected used technique observation. While analysis techniques used data is to have technique descriptive analysis. Based on technique this analysis reserachers judging and inferring that pledge of PDAM services (Regional Water Company) Tirta Siak this city of Pekanbaru and its impact on costumer satisfaction be at intervals good enough. Recommendations need to be considered especially with respect to improvement a quality of water that always muddy and colored the quality of pipes who has not be used in order to create customer satisfaction.

Protection to the circulation of consumption goods already regulated by government which there is a institution or department which handle about industrial and commercial. One of the task of the institution is supervising the goods that are consumed by society. In this case, there are some consumption goods such as foods and baverages like junkfood, in packing and bottle. One of baverage is supervised by Industrial and Commercial Department is aperatif. In Pekanbaru, aperitif sales necessary orderly which aims to protect the society from aperitif. Based on Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 20 Tahun 2014, as the kinds of aperitif products which may merchantability approriate with its place, such as types A, B, and C. The aims of this research are identifying and explaining about supervision circulation of aperitif by Industrial and Commercial Department in Pekanbaru. To knowing obstacle factors in supervising of aperitif by Industrial and Commercial Department in Pekanbaru. Phenomenon that shows lack of supervision conducted by Industrial and Commercial Department in circulation of aperitif, as much circulation of aperitif which is not approriate its place. Still a lot of aperitif sales above 5% are sold independently in society. There are some shops or stalls which sell aperitif that not use a license as by the government. This research use qualitative method. Head of Trade from Industrial and Commercial Department of Pekanbaru as key informant and seller of aperitif as informant. Data collection respondent was done by conducting interviews with informant. Documentation and observation was conducted to see the results of Supervision of Idustrialand Commercial Department in Distribution of Aperitif in Pekanbaru A Case Study at Marpoyan District, Pekanbaru.

This study aims to determine the role of village head in coordinating physical development in the village Augments. The role of assessment indicators are used, among others, is Giving Guidelines, Giving Guidance, Referral Giving, and Giving Supervision. The location of this research is in the Village District of Stimulation Augments. Type a descriptive survey research with qualitative methods of data collection with the use of oral or written information of resources. There are two groups of the population and the sample in this study. 46 population of the village office perangkati prop is also in use as a sample. The sampling technique using the census for the village office. The technique of collecting data using interviews and questionnaire methods of observation. Data were analyzed by using a percentage table. Berdasarkaan results of research on the role of Head of Rural Development in the Physical Coordinate In the District Rural Supports stimuli produce Meranti Islands Regency kireteria assessment carried out in the category. Advice from the author, especially with regard to the role in coordinating the development of the village head is giving pedoaman, guidance, direction and supervision of the construction will be undertaken in order to run with done.

This study aims to determine the sub-district supervision Tenayan Pekanbaru City in overseeing the Pit Mining C. Implementation Supervision Indicators used include direct supervision and indirect supervision is carried out by sub-district Tenayan Pekanbaru City. This type of research is located at the District Office Tenayan Pekanbaru City is a descriptive method with qualitative data analysis. In line with the objectives of the study, the study population is Tenayaran Raya sub-district, District Office Employee Tenayan Kingdom c excavation and mining community. To support the validity and research results, then set the population at the District Office Tenayan Kingdom as many as 6 people and society miners excavated c 8 persons. The sampling technique for the sub-district and District Office Personnel Tenayan puposive Kingdom using sampling techniques and to society c miners excavated using random sampling techniques. Types and techniques of data collection consisted of primary data collected by using questionnaire data and interviews and secondary data collected by observation and documentation techniques that are the source of data and information as well as information from the parties - parties associated with this research. Based on this analysis technique can be concluded that the implementation of sub-district Supervision Pekanbaru City Tenayan In Mining Pit C at Kulim District of Tenayan Kingdom works quite accomplished. The recommendations need to consider is the future of Pekanbaru City District Head Tenayan to conduct intensive monitoring on Mining Excavation C.

This study aims to determine the Implementation of School Quality Supervision by Technical Implementation Unit of the Office (UPTD) Education in SMA Negeri 3 Pinggir Pinggir Sub-district Bengkalis District. Implementation Monitoring Indicators used include student standard and achievement in schools, performing quality of student services in schools and school management leadership Implementation of School Quality Supervision by Technical Implementation Unit of Education Office at SMA Negeri 3 Pinggir Kecamatan Pinggir Kabupaten Bengkalis. The type of research located in the Technical Implementation Unit of the District Education Office (UPTD) in Sub-district Pinggir is Descriptive Survey because this research aims to explain explain, and describe the reality. There are 4 groups of population and sample in this research that is, Head of UPTD which amounts to 1 person, supervisor coordinator which amounted to 1 person, Oversight Auditor amounted 3 0rang and Guru amounting to 5 people. Sampling technique used is using purpose technique. Types and data collection techniques consist of primary data collected by using questionnaire and interview data and secondary data collected by observation and documentation technique which is the source of data and information and information from the parties related to this research. Based on this analysis technique can be concluded that the Implementation of School Quality Supervision by Technical Implementation Unit of Education (UPTD) of Education in SMA Negeri 3 Pinggir Kecamatan Pinggir Bengkalis run with Effective Enough. Recommendations that need to be considered especially with respect to the implementation of supervision that must be optimized in order to create capable of quality schools.

This research was conducted in Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Village Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbang) in Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2016. The usefulness of this study is also expected to be an input for Pulau Komang Village regarding the implementation of Village Development Planning Consultations, and also expected to be useful to increase knowledge and can be a reference for further research with the same subject matter. With the aim of knowing and explaining the Effectiveness of Village Development Planning Consultation in Pulau Komang Village. In line with the purpose of this study, the population and sample in this study were the Village Heads of Pulau Komang, the Village Commands of Pulau Komang amounted to 3 people, the Village Consultative Body of Pulau Komang as many as 3 people and the Community Shop of Village Pulau Komang as many as 5 people. The sampling technique used is the Slovin formula cited by Danang Sunyoto (20013; 16), and the theory I use is a theory from Permendagri Number 66 of 2007, with indicators set as many as 3 indicators. After all data were analyzed with quantitative and qualitative research, the results of research on the effectiveness of Village Development Planning (Musrenbang) in Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2016 were included in the category of "Effective Enough"..

This study aims to determine the extent of applicants satisfaction and services quality in the process recruitment civil state apparatus using the CAT system in the district government lingga. Research variables used Reliability, Tangibles, Responsivines, Assurance and Empathy this research is quantitative research, while qualitative research only as supporting data. Population and sample in this research is the applicants pass and do not pass the selection CASN recruitment process. Sampling technique used in determining the individual sample is Cluster Sampling (Area Sampling). The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique used is the calculation of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the calculation CSI obtained a score of 82,45% or at the level very satisfied, on the Cartesian diagram IPA there are two indicators in quadrant I, 7 in quadrant II, 11 in quadrant III and 1 in quadrant IV.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi pelaksanaan pengelolaan air minum oleh perusahaan daerah (PDAM) Unit Ikk di Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak. Indiktor penilaian yang dipergunakan meliputi Input, Proses, Output, Outcome. Tipe Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif yaitu memprorioritaskan daftar kuisioner wawancara sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data – data yang terkumpul dengan alat kemudian di jadikan bahan baku utama untuk menganalisis kondisi empiris dan objektivitas keberadaan tujuan penelitian pada lokasi peneliti. Adapun lokasi penelitian di kantor Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Unit Ikk di Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak. Pada penelitian ini yaitu Kepala PDAM Unit Ikk berjumlah 1 orang, Pegawai PDAM berjumlah 5 orang . kemudian pelanggan PDAM yang ada di kecamatan minas kabupaten siak yang peneliti wawancarai berjumlah 5 orang. Kemudian Pelanggan PDAM yang ada di Kecamatan Minas, Kabupaten Siak sendiri adalah mereka yang sedang berlangganan air di PDAM Unit Ikk di Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak. Berdasarkan teknis analisis yakni peneliti menilai dan menyimpulkan bahwasanya Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Pengeloaan Air Minum Oleh Perusahaan Daerah di Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik dan optimal, karena masih banyaknya terdapat kualitas air yang dialirkan oleh PDAM di kecamatan minas masih belum bisa dikatakan dengan air bersih yang dialirkan kepada masyarakat. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya PDAM Unit Ikk tersebut sudah berjalan tetapi belum optimal baik dalam air yang dialirkan kepada masyarakat. Rekomendasi yang perlu dipertimbangkan terutama berkenaan dengan pembenahan kualitas air yang selalu keruh dan berwarna agak kekuningan, macetnya air yang dialirkan, berbau, serta kualitas pipa-pipa yang sudah tidak layak di pakai. masih kurangnya Sumber daya manusia dan kualitas ruangan kantor Loket yang ada di PDAM Unit Ikk yang agak sempit perlu pembenahan yang baik demi tercapainya kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan ke masyarakat dapat dikatakan baik
