Abstract

Nando mushroom house is not only a place for oyster mushroom cultivation, but also as a tourist and educational place about white oyster mushroom cultivation to attract visitors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial feasibility of the white oyster mushroom business at Rumah Mushroom Nando in Sialang Sakti Village, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province which includes: benefits, costs, investment criteria (Gold Value Method (GVM), Gold Index (GI), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), NET B/C, Payback Period (PP). Based on the calculation results of GVM, GI, NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio and Payback Period, it shows that all calculation results in the category are feasible to be developed. Thus the White Oyster Mushroom Business "Nando Mushroom House" can develop its business by increasing the amount of white mushroom production, increasing the amount of land for the White Oyster Mushroom Business "Nando Mushroom House" and developing mushroom variations and other vegetable crops. Rumah jamur nando tidak hanya menjadi tempat budidaya jamur tiram saja melainkan sebagai tempat wisata dan edukasi mengenai budidaya jamur tiram putih untuk menarik pengunjung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha jamur tiram putih Rumah Jamur Nando di Kelurahan Sialang Sakti Kecamatan Tenayan Raya, Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau yang meliputi: benefit, biaya, kriteria investasi (Gold Value Method (GVM), Gold Index (GI), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), NET B/C, Payback Period (PP). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan GVM, GI, NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio dan Payback Period menunjukan bahwa semua hasil pehitungan dalam katagori layak untuk dikembangkan. Dengan demikian Usaha Jamur Tiram Putih “Rumah Jamur Nando” dapat melakukan pengembangan usaha dengan dengan cara Meningkatkan jumlah produksi jamur putih, Meningkatkan jumlah lahan Usaha Jamur Tiram Putih “Rumah Jamur Nando” dan Melakukan pengembangan variasi jamur dan tanaman sayur lainnya.

Abstract

Abstract

Modern life tends to offer convenience and beneficial products for people’s appearance. Like cosmetics, for now, cosmetics have become people’s needs, especially for women. Because for most of women, cosmetics help them to bolster up their appearance because it helps them to feel confident and leave a good impression. Because of the current high demands of cosmetics which gave the opportunity to a lot of company to offer their own products. The purpose of this research is to knowledge and analyze the effect of quality product, price, promotion, and brand image of wardah lipstick cosmetics in Pekanbaru city. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the t-test and F test for hypothesis testing. The result of this research indicates that not all variables are influential, in the price variable there’s no significant influence on people’s buying decisions, while the variables of product quality, promotions, and brand image have a significant influence on people’s buying decisions of wardah lipstick cosmetics. Kehidupan modern menawarkan kemudahan dan kepraktisan untuk menunjang penampilan, salah satunya adalah penggunaan produk perawatan atau kosmetik. Kosmetik saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi sebagian kaum wanita untuk mendukung popularitasnya karena bagi wanita kecantikan adalah aset yang harus dijaga agar tetap menarik dipandang. Oleh karena semakin tingginya permintaan konsumen akan produk kosmetik pada saat ini telah memberikan peluang bagi setiap perusahaan yang menawarkan produk alat kosmetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Lipstik Merek Wardah dikota Pekanbaru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua variabel berpengaruh, pada variabel harga tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan, sedangkan variabel kualitas produk, promosi dan citra merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik lipstik merek Wardah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan menganalisis pengaruh loyalitas kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Indragiri Wilayah Pelayanan Kota Tembilahan serta menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pengaruh loyalitas kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PDAM Tirta Indragiri Wilayah Pelayanan Kota Tembilahan. Alat analisis penelitian ini adalah diskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan SPSS Versi 20, populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuisioner dan Wawancara. Teknik analisis dapat menggunakan analisis regresi linier dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan cukup kuat dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PDAM Tirta Indragiri Wilayah Pelayanan Kota Tembilahan serta rekapitulasi jawaban responden dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. 2) Loyalitas kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PDAM Tirta Indragiri Wilayah Pelayanan Kota Tembilahan. 3) Secara simultan Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan cukup kuat kepemimpinan dan loyalitas kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PDAM Tirta Indragiri Wilayah Pelayanan Kota Tembilahan. Diharapkan perlu adanya peningkatan loyalitas kerja karyawan melalui peningkatan motivasi kerja dan tanggung jawab terhadap tugas yang diemban dalam mencapai target kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirta Indragiri Wilayah Pelayanan Kota Tembilahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pengawasan kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Riau. Alat analisis penelitian ini adalah diskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan SPSS Versi 20.0, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 137 orang dan sampel 38 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuesioner dan Wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Dari analisis data yang dilakukan dapat diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi tanggapan responden tentang peran Pengawasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Riau dalam kategori sangat baik. Dari hasil perhitungan Uji Hipotesis (Uji t) bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen dengan nil;ai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dan diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,611 atau 61,1 % (besarnya pengaruh pengawasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai)

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the financial administration officials competencies, internal control systems and financial oversight of the local value of the local government financial reporting information to the object of research on education seleruh Indragiri Hulu district, amounting to 41 on education. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires. Analysis using multiple regression. The results of this study it is concluded that the competence of the financial administration officials and financial control area berpengarauh positive significant value of information while the local government financial reporting internal control system variable has no effect on the value of the local government financial reporting information. In this study the magnitude of the effect that the R2 of 0.555 or 55.5% indicate that the competence of the financial administration officials and regional financial oversight of financial reporting information affecting the value of 55.5%, because in the world of government, every part of government must be filled by the right person, ie which has competence in accordance with the qualifications specified. So is the financial oversight of local government has an influence on the financial statements because the information value of the government's financial oversight is a medium that can support to produce reliable financial statements and meets the characteristics of financial reporting information value that has been set. While at 44.5% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Apparatus State Civil Servants as a key element of human resources of the state apparatus have a role in determining the success of govermance and development. The figure employee Apparatus State Civil.which is able to play that role in this research is a Civil Servant who has competence indicated from the discipline that high, good performance and the attitudes and behavior that are full of loyalty and obedience to the state, morals and mentality good, professional, aware of its responsibilities as a public servant as well as capable of being the glue of national unity. This study aims to identify and analyze the discipline of work and performance of Civil Servants in the Education and Culture Kampar District and determine the effect of labor discipline on the performance of the Civil Service in the Department of Education and Culture of Kampar District. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. Respondents in was a Civil Servant in the Department of Education and Culture of Kampar District and key informants in this study consists of the Head of Department, Head of Public and Civil, Head of Basic Education and the Head of the Basic Education Curriculum. Data collected by observation, questionnaires and interviews with key informants. To see the effect of labor discipline on the performance of the Civil Service at the Department of Education and Culture of Kampar District used statistical analysis. Based on the survey results revealed that the discipline of work and performance of Civil Servants in the Education and Culture Kampar District is considered to be good. Analysis with SPSS showed that the Disciplinary Work has a strong connection to the Civil Service Performance. Labor discipline positive effect on performance Civil Servants, so any improvement to the discipline of work, it will be able to improve the performance of Civil Servants in the Education and Culture Kampar District.

Abstract

Setiap manusia ingin mencapai kesuksesan dalam kehidupan maupun kesuksesan dalam pekerjaan secara professional, apakah sebagai manusia secara individu maupun sebagai pemimpin baik pada level lower manajemen, level middle manajemen maupun pada level yang lebih tinggi yaitu level top manajemen. Pada kepemimpinan bangsa terdapat pemimpin ditingkat pusat terdiri dari Pemerintah Pusat dibawah Presiden, pimpinan badan legislative MPR RI, DPR RI, DPD dan anggotanya, pimpinan yudikatif. Begitu pula didaerah gubernur, bupati, walikota, dan DPRD. Kesemuanya itu dihasilkan dalam suatu poses pemilihan umum dan pilkada. Pada pemilihan umum dan pilkada rakyat Indonesia memilih pemimpin untuk bangsa ini yang professional supaya dapat membawa negara dan bangsa untuk maju. Para ahli berpendapat bahwa untuk mencapai kesuksesan tidak lepas dari tingkat intelegensi atau kecerdasan seseorang yang akan dipilih untuk jadi pemimpin. Every human being wants to achieve success in life and success in work professionally, whether as an individual human being or as a leader at the lower management level, middle management level, or at a higher level, namely the top management level. In the leadership of the nation, there are leaders at the central level consisting of the Central Government under the President, the leadership of the legislative body of the MPR RI, DPR RI, DPD, and their members, the judiciary leadership. Likewise in the area of governors, regents, mayors, and DPRD. All of this is produced in a process of the general election and local election. In general elections and local elections, the Indonesian people choose leaders for this nation who are professionals in order to bring the country and nation forward. Experts argue that achieving success cannot be separated from the level of intelligence or intelligence of a person who will be chosen to be a leader.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kompetensi sebagai variable intervening dan pengaruh kepribadian terhadap kompetensi serta pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 karyawan Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepribadian mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap kompetensi karyawan dan kompetensi karyawan membawa pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepribadian tidak membawa pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan tetapi kepribadian karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi karyawan dapat memediasi pengaruh kepribadian karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya hasil pebelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi karyawan dapat memediasi hubungan antara kepribadian karyawan dengan kinerja karyawan pada hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of personality on employee performance with competence as an intervening variable and the influence of personality on competence and the influence of competence on employee performance at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 110 employees of Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru. Sampling by purposive sampling method, as many as 32 employees.The results showed that personality had a significant positive effect on employee competence and employee competence had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Personality does not have a significant effect on employee performance but employee personality has a significant effect on performance through employee competence. The results of this study can be concluded that employee competence can mediate the influence of employee personality on employee performance. This means that the results of this research show that employee competence can mediate the relationship between employee personality and employee performance at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The problem of teamwork at the Nando mushroom house business is that the employees are still less compact in the work given, they are more likely to work individually in completing the work, they do not help each other in terms of work, they prefer their own work and finish while other employees not ready in terms of work but they look indifferent without offering help to each other. this will affect employee performance in the future. The purpose of this service is to provide socialization of the role of the employee work team, which is to be able to support business performance at the Nando Mushroom House UMKM in Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. The result of this service is that the participants understand more about the concept of an Employee Work Team that can support business performance. The mushroom business owner Nando becomes a facilitator to help the team, mediate and resolve conflicts between teams, and interact with the work team.
