Abstract

This research examines the effect of GCG, financial ratios, cash flow and company size on financial distress in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. The general objective of this study is to determine how the influence of GCG, financial ratios, cash flow and company size on financial distress in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. Meanwhile, for the specific purpose of this study, it is to analyze more deeply about financial distress, especially in the banking sector, where during the Covid-19 pandemic the risk of financial distress in banks is high. The research method used in this research is to use quantitative analysis. The analytical tools used are descriptive statistics and panel data regression analysis. The population in this research are banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. The sampling method in this study used the saturated sampling method. Based on the results of purposive sampling, there are 37 banks that fall into the criteria with an observation period of 2015-2020. The data collection technique used is literature study through various literatures and the internet. Based on the results of the research, it shows that GCG, financial ratios (ROE, ROA, LDR and NPL) and company size have no significant effect on financial distress. Meanwhile, financial ratios (BOPO and NIM) and cash flow have a significant effect on financial distress. Keywords : GCG, Financial Ratios, Cash Flow, Company Size, Financial Distress.

Abstract

As the next generation of the nation, toddlers need healthy food for optimal growth and development, as well as to reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases as adults. However, there are several things that prevent toddlers from getting balanced nutrition. One of them is low economic problems, lack of supporting facilities, and lack of public awareness of the fulfillment of nutrition in toddlers. The purpose of this program is to increase public awareness of toddler health as well as family economic management by providing counseling on how to make nutritious food for toddlers. In addition, this program also seeks to optimize the ability of related support systems, namely the role of posyandu, as a community empowerment function. The service method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) with five main steps, namely identifying partners and analyzing needs, counseling on the fulfillment of toddler nutrition and cooking demonstrations, mentoring and monitoring, providing raw materials and equipment, as well as evaluation and further development. The output of community service activities is an increase in community understanding, implementation of raw material management, providing education on healthy food consumption habits. In addition, the results of this service are also the material for published articles. Based on the community service activities carried out, the understanding of the community shown by the understanding of the mothers increased based on the comparison of the results of the pre and post tests conducted. The desire to implement knowledge from the counseling results is also quite high. Education related to healthy food habits is also carried out during counseling and other educational media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The object of research is 50 employees in one of the sub-district offices of Bandung Regency using a questionnaire so that data is taken using the population. The variables in this study are divided into two, namely, independent and dependent variables. The independent variable divides into motivation and work discipline, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study uses using the SPSS version 16 application. Research using Path Analysis shows that the variable Motivation (X1) has a direct effect of 26.0%, an indirect effect through a relationship with Work Discipline (X2) of 15.9%, and the total effect is 41.9%. The Work Discipline Variable (X2) has a direct effect of 20.7% and an indirect effect through its relationship with motivation (X1) of 15.9%. The total effect is 36.6%. The results of the relationship of the coefficient of determination (R square) with the variable Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) in determining the Employee Performance variable (Y) is 78.5%. In comparison, other factors that affect employee performance but are not examined show by the value of € = 0.215 or 21.5%. As for suggestions concerning the research results, agencies should be able to improve the above variables further.
