Abstract

AbstrakIndonesia merupakan salah satu negara multikultural terbesar di dunia. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kondisi sosio-kultural, agama maupun geografis yang begitu beragam dan luas. Sekarang ini, jumlah pulau yang ada di wilayah Negara Kesatuan republik Indonesia (NKRI) sekitar 13.000 pulau besar dan kecil. Populasi penduduknya berjumlah lebih dari 200 juta jiwa, terdiri dari 300 suku yang menggunakan hampir 200 bahasa yang berbeda. Kebudayaan yang biasa menjadi perhatian masyarakat adalah kebuadayaan makanan suatu daerah. Makanan seperti yang kita tahu merupakan suatu kebutuhan utama bagi manusia. Selain sebagai sumber energi dan tenaga, makanan juga memiliki makna dan nilai budaya tersendiri. Sistem Kuliner atau makanan khas dari setiap daerah memiliki keunikan tersendiri yang berbeda dari tiap daerah begitu pula di daerah Kalimantan Tengah. Hal inilah yang membuat makanan kami mangangkat Eksplorasi Kekayaan Kuliner Masyarakat Suku Dayak Kalimantan Tengah. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa saja ragam  kekayaan kuliner Masyarakat Suku Dayak Ngaju di Desa Mandomai Kalimantan Tengah. Sebagai syarat menyelesaikan mata kuliah Seminar PPKn. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya masyarakat dalam mempertahankan Kekayaan Kuliner Masyarakat Suku Dayak Ngaju Kalimantan Tengah. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 1 bulan, untuk di presentasikan dan diseminarkan. Kegiatan observasi kami laksanakan di daerah yang kami tentukan, untuk mewawancarai narasumber serta mengali informasi tentang rasa Kekayaan Kuliner Masyarakat Suku Dayak Ngaju di Desa Mandomai Kalimantan Tengah di daerah tersebut. Kalimantan Tengah merupakan Provinsi terbesar kedua setelah Papua, yang didominasi oleh penduduk Dayak, Jawa dan juga Banjar. Selain memiliki potensi alam yang indah, yang bisa dijadikan destinasi wisata, Kalimantan Tengah juga memiliki potensi wisata kuliner yang bisa dikenalkan hingga pelosok dunia. Berikut adalah beberapa daftar makanan khas Kalimantan Tengah: juhu umbut sawit, Kalumpe/kaluang, wadi, juhu taya, juhu umbut rotan, keripik kelakai, lemang, kue gagatas, dan masih banyak masakan atau ragam kuliner di daerah Kalimantan Tengah, yang masih dipertahankan dan masak dari dulu sampai sekarang ini.Kata Kunci: Kuliner Dayak Ngaju, Masakan Tradisional Kalimantan Tengah, Kuliner Masyarakat Dayak Ngaju, Desa Mandomai AbstractIndonesia is one of the largest multicultural countries in the world. This can be seen from the socio-cultural, religious and geographical conditions that are so diverse and broad. Currently, the number of islands in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) is around 13,000 large and small islands. Its population is more than 200 million people, consisting of 300 tribes who speak almost 200 different languages. The culture that usually gets people's attention is the food culture of an area. Food as we know it is a basic need for humans. Apart from being a source of energy and energy, food also has its own cultural meaning and value. Culinary system or typical food from each region has its own uniqueness that is different from each region as well as in the Central Kalimantan area. This is what makes our food promote the Exploration of Culinary Wealth of the Central Kalimantan Dayak Tribe. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the various culinary riches of the Ngaju Dayak Tribe in Mandomai Village, Central Kalimantan. As a condition for completing the Civics Seminar course. To find out how the community's efforts in maintaining the Culinary Wealth of the Ngaju Dayak Tribe, Central Kalimantan. This research activity was carried out for 1 month, for presentation and seminars. Our observation activities were carried out in the areas that we determined, to interview sources and gather information about the taste of the Culinary Wealth of the Ngaju Dayak Tribe in Mandomai Village, Central Kalimantan in the area. Central Kalimantan is the second largest province after Papua, which is dominated by the Dayak, Javanese and Banjar people. Besides having beautiful natural potential, which can be used as a tourist destination, Central Kalimantan also has the potential for culinary tourism that can be introduced to all corners of the world. Abstract

This research is motivated by the facts in the field which show that children's ability to use loose parts media oriented to HOTS can improve children's moral development with a scientific approach at Pelita Nusantara Tanjungpinang Kindergarten there are still many children who are not right when using it. The purpose of this study was to improve scientific skills with loose parts media in group A at Pelita Nusantara Kindergarten. The improved ability is to be able to use loose parts media oriented Hots on children's moral development. This type of learning improvement is done by Classroom Action Research (PTK) with two learning cycles. Research activities were carried out at Tanman Kanak-Kanak Pelita Nusantara in group A children totaling 12 children consisting of 7 boys and 5 girls. After carrying out learning improvement activities, the sauntifik approach by using loose parts media oriented to Hots in improving children's moral development at Pelita Nusantara Kindergarten is very appropriate because these diverse activities raise children's interest and children can actively participate in activities. Abstract

This research is motivated by facts in the field which show that children's language skills in recognizing letters in Al Mushlihun Kindergarten are still lacking, there are still many children who are not correct when pronouncing letters, this research aims to improve the ability to recognize letters using letter cards in group B at Al Mushlihun Kindergarten. In detail, the ability to be improved is being able to recognize letters, pronounce letters correctly and complete letters to form words. The type of research carried out is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with two learning cycles. Research activities were carried out at Al Mushlihun Kindergarten on group B children, totaling 16 children consisting of 7 boys and 9 girls, and children who were not yet able to recognize letters consisting of 8 children (50%) who did not know letters, 5 children (32%) are starting to recognize letters, 2 children (13%) can already recognize letters, 1 child (5%) can recognize letters well. After carrying out learning improvement activities, improving children's ability to recognize letters using letter card media was able to show development, this can be seen from the data collected in cycle 1, including 3 out of 16 (19%) children who were able to recognize letters, then learning improvements were carried out in activities to recognize letters using letter card media in cycle 2. The data shown consists of 15 children (94%) being able to recognize letters well. So the description of the data collected is that the use of letter card media can improve children's ability to recognize letters in Kindergarten. Kanak Al Mushlihun group B. Abstract

Children's fine motor skills have not shown good results, in performing fine motor movements, children also need the support of other physical skills and mental maturity. Picture coloring activities at Serai Wangi independent kindergarten are still lacking. When the activity of coloring pictures is carried out there are still many children who play with their friends rather than completing the task. The media provided by the teacher is too large causing children to get bored. The media provided by the teacher is also less varied. The time limit given by the teacher is not appropriate, so that children lack responsibility for image coloring activities. The way the teacher conveys how to color the picture is less precise. Some children still color the picture in two directions. In fact, there are still children who color pictures out of the predetermined pattern lines and are very monotonous. And there are more children who color pictures with only one color. Coloring pictures usually uses crayon media. The focus in this study was group B children of Mandiri Serai Wangi Kindergarten with a total of 10 children consisting of 6 girls and 4 boys. This study uses classroom action research with coloring pictures through the assignment method which is carried out through four stages, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings. Based on the results of the analysis in cycle I meeting 1 children who were predicated Developing very well only 20% increased in the second meeting to 30%. In cycle II, the first meeting of children who were predicated on developing very well from 30% increased in the second meeting to 60%. The occurrence of an increase from cycle I and silkus II can be concluded that there is an increase with the activity of coloring pictures through the method of giving assignments to children in group B of Mandiri Serai Wangi Kindergarten Peranap Academic Year 2022/2023. Abstract

This study aims to enhance early childhood speaking skills at TK Melati Indah through the implementation of the story-retelling method. This research employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, involving 17 children aged 4-5 years over two cycles. Data were collected through observation and documentation, then analyzed using quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results indicate an improvement in children's speaking skills, with an average percentage reaching 55.01% in cycle I and increasing to 76.81% in cycle II. Thus, the story-retelling method has proven effective in enhancing the speaking skills of early childhood learners.
