Abstract

The aims of this research are to know and analyze the influence of capital structure, company growth, and profitability on the value of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yaitu sebanyak 42 perusahaan dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan dengan metode The population in this study were all manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector, namely 42 companies and a total sample of 12 companies using the method purposive sampling .purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia .This study uses secondary data derived from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS).Data were analyzed using the Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) program.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia . The results of this study indicate that the capital structure and profitability have a negative and not significant effect on the value of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange . Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia. The company's growth has a positive and not significant effect on the value of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The arrangement of zakat must involve aspects of reliable modern management, so that zakat becomes a meaningful force. The arrangement includes aspects of data collection, collection, storage and distribution, during the covid 19 pandemic, of course many problems arise, one of which is Productive Zakat Management, where this study aims to determine whether BAZNAS Masamba, North Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province carries out administrative management in The Covid 19 pandemic period is in accordance with the Sharia Economic Law Perspective, so that the goal of improving the Mustahiq's Economy is going well. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach and empirical normative research, namely legal research regarding the direct application of normative provisions to every legal event that occurs in society. In the results of research related to the Management of Productive Zakat Management during the Covid 19 Pandemic, it is in accordance with Sharia Economic Law and Law. Number 23 of 2011, however, in the management of productive zakat where the Human Resources factor is still being worked out because the mentoring process for Mustahiq has not been well optimized and the socialization of zakat has not been thoroughly informed, thus the community does not understand the management and benefits of productive zakat.

Abstract

Analysis of Factors Affecting Income and Order Levels of Online Motorcycle Taxis During the Pandemic Case Study of Grab And Gojek Online Ojek Drivers In palopo City. This study was conducted to determine the income and number of orders as well as factors that affect the orders and income of online motorcycle taxi drivers during a pandemic. From the results of the study, it shows that the pandemic affects the income of online motorcycle taxi drivers, but there are also drivers who do not experience a decrease in income, a factor that affects the income of online motorcycle taxi drivers, namely the lack of orders because the number of online motorcycle taxi bookers everyday cannot be ascertained, online motorcycle taxi drivers who do not experience changes in income are drivers who are diligent and have many working hours
