Abstract

The aims of this research are to know and analyze the influence of capital structure, company growth, and profitability on the value of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yaitu sebanyak 42 perusahaan dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan dengan metode The population in this study were all manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector, namely 42 companies and a total sample of 12 companies using the method purposive sampling .purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia .This study uses secondary data derived from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS).Data were analyzed using the Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) program.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia . The results of this study indicate that the capital structure and profitability have a negative and not significant effect on the value of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange . Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia. The company's growth has a positive and not significant effect on the value of manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Leadership, Transactional Leadership, and Motivation with the Performance of  Public Works Department employees of East Luwu Regency on the performance of district public works employees. East Luwu. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing the transformational leadership style on employee performance, (2) analyzing the effect of transactional leadership style on employee performance, (3) analyzing the effect of motivational style on employee performance, (4) analyzing which leadership style is has the most dominant influence on employee performance. The results of this study are waiting for a saturated sample where the total population of 49 people is used as the research sample, the survey was conducted from August to September. The results of this study show that: (1) transformational leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance (2) transactional leadership style has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance, (3) motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, ( 4) motivation is the dominant factor influencing leadership style, (5) the contribution of transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and motivation on employee performance is 19.9%.This means that a good leadership style is one of the determining factors for employee performance.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada pentingnya mengoptimalkan efisiensi dan keamanan transaksi UMKM melalui metode pembayaran QRIS untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi digital di Kota Palopo. Latar Belakang dan Permasalahan: Pelaku UMKM di Alun-alun Lapangan Pancasila Kota Palopo menghadapi tantangan dalam mempercepat proses transaksi serta menjamin keamanan pembayaran di tengah meningkatnya kebutuhan akan layanan non-tunai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji seberapa efektif penerapan metode pembayaran QRIS dalam menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan metode pembayaran QRIS dalam meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dan keamanan pada UMKM yang beroperasi di Alun-alun Lapangan Pancasila Kota Palopo. Metode Penelitian: Desain: Kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan analisis tematik; Lokasi: Alun-alun Lapangan Pancasila, Kota Palopo; Populasi/Sampel: Populasi terdiri dari seluruh pelaku UMKM di lokasi tersebut. Sampel dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan pengguna aktif QRIS hingga mencapai kejenuhan data; Hasil: Dari analisis tematik wawancara dan observasi, ditemukan bahwa penerapan QRIS membantu mempercepat proses transaksi, meminimalisir kesalahan uang kembalian, serta meningkatkan persepsi keamanan baik bagi pelaku usaha maupun pelanggan. Kesimpulan: Penerapan QRIS memberikan dampak positif dalam menyederhanakan proses pembayaran dan meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan, sehingga membentuk layanan transaksi yang lebih efektif dan terpercaya di kalangan UMKM di lokasi penelitian
