Abstract

Analysis of Factors Affecting Income and Order Levels of Online Motorcycle Taxis During the Pandemic Case Study of Grab And Gojek Online Ojek Drivers In palopo City. This study was conducted to determine the income and number of orders as well as factors that affect the orders and income of online motorcycle taxi drivers during a pandemic. From the results of the study, it shows that the pandemic affects the income of online motorcycle taxi drivers, but there are also drivers who do not experience a decrease in income, a factor that affects the income of online motorcycle taxi drivers, namely the lack of orders because the number of online motorcycle taxi bookers everyday cannot be ascertained, online motorcycle taxi drivers who do not experience changes in income are drivers who are diligent and have many working hours

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Pos Hertasning. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is statistical analysis method in the form of multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that linear regression, correlation coefficient (r) coefficient of determination (r2) =, t-test and F-test with arithmetic results f-count < f-table so that it can be seen that there is a significant positive relationship between communication and motivation on employee performance at PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Pos Hertasning.

Abstract

Leadership, Transactional Leadership, and Motivation with the Performance of  Public Works Department employees of East Luwu Regency on the performance of district public works employees. East Luwu. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing the transformational leadership style on employee performance, (2) analyzing the effect of transactional leadership style on employee performance, (3) analyzing the effect of motivational style on employee performance, (4) analyzing which leadership style is has the most dominant influence on employee performance. The results of this study are waiting for a saturated sample where the total population of 49 people is used as the research sample, the survey was conducted from August to September. The results of this study show that: (1) transformational leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance (2) transactional leadership style has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance, (3) motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, ( 4) motivation is the dominant factor influencing leadership style, (5) the contribution of transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and motivation on employee performance is 19.9%.This means that a good leadership style is one of the determining factors for employee performance.

Abstract

Leadership is about how to influence other people, subordinates or followers to want to achieve the goals desired by the leader. In management science in general, there are 3 (three) models of leadership. In general, we often see these three leadership models in leaders themselves in daily practice in managing offices or companies. Each model has its own color, some arise because of God's grace, some arise very closely related to the nature or character of the person himself, some even arise as a result of the learning process. The results of this study are waiting for a saturated sample where a total population of 50 people is used as a research sample, the survey was conducted from August to September. The results of this study show that: transformational leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, transactional leadership style has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, motivation is the dominant factor influencing leadership style, the contribution of transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and motivation on employee performance is 20%. This means that a good leadership style is one of the determining factors for employee performance.

Abstract

Sagu diolah menjadi makanan pokok masyarakat kota Palopo yakni kapurung, sinole dan diolah juga menjadi kue tradisional seperti ongol–ongol, cakko cakko, cendol, produk lainnya, sagu juga diolah menjadi produk olahan misalnya diolah menjadi kue Bagea dapat yang dipasarkan di wilayah Kota Palopo dan sekitarnya. Produk ini masih dikelola oleh rumah tangga sehingga proses produksi maupun pengemasan, masih sangat sederhana, sehingga diperlukan peningkatan penegmbagan usaha serta peningkatan daya saing produk di pasaran. Sangat diperlukan upaya untuk melatih dan mendampingi masyarakat dalam pembuatan produk olahan sagu yang merupakan salah satu bahan baku lokal. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah Kelurahan Luminda pada bulan Desember 2021. Sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakah 30 orang kelompok ibu rumah tangga dari Kelurahan Luminda yang dilatih oleh pelaku UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi: Tim pengabdian berkoordinasi dengan mitra untuk mengatur jadwal kegiatan pendampingan, mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan produk dari bahan sagu, demonstrasi pembuatan kue berbahan sagu, diskusi tanya jawab. Dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dapat meningkatkan keterampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam pembuatan produk. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini maka dapat mendorong masyarakat untuk meningkatkan ekonomi berbasis kearifan lokal. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini maka dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja baru bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PDAM Kabupaten Bantaeng, Penelitian ini adalah penelitian bersifat continue bertujuan bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor PDAM Kabupaten Bantaeng. Penelitian ini dilakukan Pada bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2021. Objek Penelitian ini adalah Pegawai PDAM Kabupaten Bantaeng sebanyak 50 Orang pegawai yang terdiri dari 24 orang laki- laki dan 26 orang pegawai Perempuan yang di analisis secara kualitatif dan Kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan motivasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PDAM Kabupaten Bantaeng. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tabel, disamping itu data hasil observasi disetiap siklus menunjukkan adanya perubahan motivasi dan kinerja yang meningkat serta pegawai lebih aktif dalam bekerja. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan ini sangat memberikan dampak yang sifatnya positif dan membangun baik dari pegawai serta kantor.
