Abstract

Humans will inevitably experience stages of the aging process which will result in functional and anatomical changes in organs such as a decrease in the musculoskeletal system which if there is a decrease in the system will affect changes in posture, one of which is forward head posture. This posture condition will cause difficulty in controlling balance. This study aims to determine the relationship between forward head posture and static balance in the elderly in Untia Village, Makassar City. This research is included in the type of quantitative research using a cross-sectional approach. Respondents of this study were elderly people aged over 60 years as many as 67 elderly people who met the exclusion and inclusion criteria. The normality test used is Kolmogorov Smirnov which shows the significance value (p) of Kolmogorov Smirnov of 0.000 which means that the data is not normally distributed (p <0.05). Furthermore, a non-parametric correlation test was carried out, namely Spearman's rho correlation and obtained variable results of 0.001 (p <0.05) which means that the two variables have a significant (real) relationship, namely between forward head posture and static balance with data obtained by researchers showing 46 of 67 respondents had FHP conditions and 38 of 67 elderly people experienced low stability. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between forward head posture and static balance in the elderly in Untia Village, Makassar City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen dalam kasus dugaan kecurangan takaran pada produk minyak goreng bersubsidi merek “MinyaKita”. Kasus ini mencuat dan menjadi perhatian masyarakat luas setelah ditemukan sejumlah kemasan produk yang tidak sesuai dengan volume yang tercantum pada label kemasan. Ketidaksesuaian tersebut menimbulkan kerugian bagi konsumen, baik secara materiil maupun dari segi kepercayaan terhadap produk subsidi pemerintah yang seharusnya terjamin kualitas dan kuantitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan studi kasus sebagai dasar analisis hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik pengurangan takaran merupakan bentuk pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, khususnya Pasal 8 yang melarang pelaku usaha memberikan informasi yang menyesatkan. Dalam konteks penegakan hukum, diperlukan pengawasan yang lebih intensif oleh pemerintah dan lembaga terkait. Selain itu, perlu adanya penerapan sanksi yang tegas terhadap pelaku usaha yang terbukti melanggar, serta pembaruan regulasi yang lebih adaptif guna menjamin kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hak konsumen secara menyeluruh, adil, dan berkelanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to transform the way we teach and learn. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the application of AI in education, with a range of initiatives and products emerging in the market. This review article provides an overview of the literature focusing on the following areas: the role of Artificial Intelligence in teacher education, the roles of teachers in the Artificial Intelligence era, teacher’s role predicament in the era of Artificial Intelligence, teacher’s role orientation in the era of Artificial Intelligence, challenges of teachers in the era of Artificial Intelligence, and the ways of facing the teachers’ challenges in the era of Artificial Intelligence.
